My app keeps crashing when I open a pdf. My app is up to date Ive tried deleting and reinstallIve cleared cacheIts been like this for at least a week

Consistently getting these same errors when trying to update the creative cloud app (see screen shot - Error code: 191). Been happening for over a month now... unsure what's up. Tried completely uninstalling all adobe apps as well as creative cloud today... Reinstalled - and still getting the same issue. Any ideas on how to resolve would be appreciated. Thanks!

This is not a file with .psd extension. This file is created when saving custom workspace of Ps. Unwittingly, I opened this with Ps, that is why it shows Ps icon, othewise it is blank. How to get rid of this icon?

This may be a simple fix that I'm just not seeing, but I can't find a way to use the free draw tool in Adobe Pro. Until recently, I was using the free version of Adobe Reader, and used the Free Draw and Hilight tools all the time. However, since upgrading to Pro, I can't seem to access the Free Draw tool anywhere, and the hilight tool is very limited (doesn't allow me to select multiple colors, change size, etc). I have looked under every toolset available, and these options seem to have just dissapeared. Is there something I need to do in order to reintroduce them?

Hi there!Anyone here who managed to make Illustrator 2019 run on a Windows 11 machine and who would like to share some hints on this?I just switched from an ancient Windows 10/11 machine to a brand-new Windows 11 machine, where Illustrator 2019 did well with the former and fails to run with the latter 😞Thanks

I’ve run into a confusing and frustrating issue while uploading some AI-generated images to Adobe Stock, and I’m wondering if anyone else has faced this.I uploaded a few images and definitely checked the "created using generative AI tools" box before submitting. Despite that, all images were rejected for “Missing Generative AI Flag” I thought it might have been a one-time glitch, so I uploaded the exact same images again, triple-checked the checkbox, even refreshed the page multiple times… and got rejected again for the same reason.I'm using Edge Browser as I always have since a few years.Any ideas? Is there a known bug, or something I’m missing in the submission process?Would appreciate any guidance... don’t want to get flagged unfairly for repeat violations. Thanks in advance

Hello Adobe Team,I’m a contributor from Mexico and I’ve already had more than 100 images accepted. However, the editorial submission option still does not appear in my dashboard.Could you please let me know if there’s a delay, or if any additional steps are needed to enable editorial uploads?Thank you very much.—Héctor

Hi Adobe Community,I hope you're all doing well! I'm currently preparing an image for submission to Adobe Stock and would appreciate your feedback before I upload it. I'm seeking any insights regarding composition, technical quality (including focus, exposure, and noise), and whether it meets Adobe Stock's standards. Here is the image: [Insert link or upload image if the forum allows]I'd love to know:Are there any technical flaws I might have missed?Does the subject/composition work for stock?Any suggestions for improvement? Thanks in advance for your time and help! I value the input from this community.

I'm trying to buy some credits and subscribe, but I get a message saying 'success,' but afterward, I see no subscription.

Title: Keyboard Input Bug – Language Key Triggered by Mouse Movement in AnimateMessage:Dear Adobe Animate Team,I’m experiencing a strange and frustrating bug in Adobe Animate.Whenever I move the mouse, the keyboard input language changes automatically — as if the language switch key (e.g., Alt+Shift or Ctrl+Shift) is being pressed. However, my keyboard is functioning perfectly, and this issue only occurs when Animate is running. It doesn’t happen in any other software, so I believe the problem is specific to Adobe Animate. Please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible. This is disrupting my work and feels quite urgent.Thank you.

I'm able to successfully compile, and the effect runs in Premiere when I test it, but it runs in CPU mode only. Is there something I need to do with the sample project to make sure GPU will work? Or does it have to do with the other things used in compile like boost, directx compiler, cuda? Like maybe I need different versions than the latest versions? Can someone familiar with the SDK help me? I plan to customize the effect to do what I need later, but for now I just want to get the sample project to work with the GPU, because GPU acceleration is important to what I will need later on.
