6월 3일에 프리미어 프로를 결제하고 잘 쓰고 있다가 금일 6월 26일부터 갑자기 로그인이 안 되고 결제한 내역이 없다고 뜹니다. 조속한 해결 요청합니다. 돈을 냈는데도 앱을 쓸 수 없으니 무척이나 답답하네요...

지난달 5월 26일에 어도비 파이어플라이와 어도비 스톡 같이 묶여있는 39,800원의 플랜을 구독했었나봅니다.잊고 있다가 보니 6/26일 18시 56분에 입력되어있던 결제수단으로 자동이체가 되어있었습니다.5/26일 이후 저는 이 플랜을 사용할 생각이 없으며 구독해지를 잊고 자동으로 결제가 된 점에서 환불 받고 싶은데 알고보니 연간결제여서 취소 수수료가 붙고, 6/27일 기준 취소 후에도 이미 결제된 내역까지는 이용가능하며 7/20일 이후부터 결제 해지가 되는 것으로 고지되어있더라고요.저는 결제 시점으로 24시간이 지나지 않은 점과, 앞으로의 이용의사가 없다는 점에서 6/26일 결제도 환불받고 취소 수수료도 왜 지불해야하는지 모르겠습니다. 방법이 없을까요?

Hi, I would like to ask expirienced Mac user for help.I'v just got new Mini M4, my first mac, and one of few functionality I'm missing is checking boxes in dialog windows without mouse, for example Resample checkbox in Image size dialog. In Windows they are accsesible with Alt+letter keyboard, so I dont have to touch mouse too mucha, but I still couldn't find a way how to check/uncheck them with keyboard only on MacOS.For me it is big workflow slowdown. Is it possible somehow? Thanks.

I updated Animate for the first time in a while, and I noticed that the text sizing is finally adapting to very high-res monitors, which is great! But... I had my Actions window stretched to the full Windows height, and after the update, the window got even bigger.  The bottom edge is now past my screen and I can't grab the bottom to re-size it.   I noticed if I change my Workspace to a different setting, the re-sizes it but.. I like my custom workspace setting.  Seems like there should be a better solution than creating a Workspace from scratch?

Cuando intento arrastrar un video a la linea de tiempo o al explorador de archvios, no me permite insertarlo. Ni siquiera activando y desactivando las pistas. La unica manera de insertar los contenido es haciendo doble click en el explorador, lo que me resta eficiencia.

I have recently installed another external drive and copied the Lightroom folder onto it from the current external drive.Whether this is coincidence or not I am not sure.  But when I have now finished editing a file I save it to file as a PSD document, as I have always done. However when previously it would re-open with the history of changes it not longer does. I can see the edited image in the catalogue with the history, so this issue only occurs when i export the inage as a PSD file renamed into the relevant folder and then open it back into LrC.I also retied making a Virtual copy of the image with its history that shows the masks, but again when it is exported out and comes back into LrC it simply shows as the first time it has been opened.Any thoughts or assitance welcome pleaseThanks

I know that it is possible to set a specific pixel size and resolution when using the crop tool. The crop border will then be constrained to the aspect ratio of your chosen dimensions as you drag and move etc. Then when you commit the crop it will resize the image to the specific pixel dimensions you have given. But, that is not what I want to do. Importantly, setting the dimensions does nothing to the crop border. If I have a 1000x1000 px image and specify a 100x100 px crop, the border remains at 1000x1000 px and I have to drag the handles to 100x100 px if I want to crop to a specific 100x100 px region. This is an absurd pain the backside when working with a trackpad, trying to hit the exact size takes way too long. I want to be able to set a specific size in pixels and for the crop border to assume that size. Then I can drag the crop around and get those exact pixel dimensions from the region I want.  I was a long time user of PaintShop Pro prior to Photoshop

Before upgrading, LR correctly reported over 100K photos next to "All Photos" in the left sidebar. I keep originals on this Mac Studio M1 and can confirm there are still 106,130 photo files on disc. However, after upgrading, LR now reports my library has only 50,732 photos. And many folders seem to be "messed up" in almost an opposite sense: they report having photos, as they should, but the grid view is empty (no filters enabled—screenshot attached). This is a serious problem.  

Al ingresarlo junto con mi forma de pago me dice "ID de IVA con errores". La verdad es que llevo años pagando y nunca me han podído facturar. El código o RFC como le llamamos en México es muy estandarizado y tendria que poder ingresarse, ademas de que para facturar correctamente necesitan mas datos. Pasan los años y y no no eh podido deducir ya decenas de pagos a Adobe. Trate de ponerme en contacto con ellos pero me dice un mensaje "estamos cerrados" pregunta en las comunidades.

I have already disabled the default CMD+M shortcut on Photoshop, still the app wont minimize using it. I can do it on InDesign, but not on Photoshop. 

When I accidently click "Remove Background" Photoshop pops up a dialog to offer to remove the background. After clicking the X on the top right corner of the dialog, you would expect PS to follow commands and cancel the process. Oh no, it doesnt want to give up that easy. It wants to create frustration and heartache for you as much as it can due to bad coding. In proceeds to tell me that its "Removing Background" and when I click cancel, it does nothing except showing that its still doing something?? I had to wait until it looked like it was done. Cancel button does nothing even when its done? I clicked the X and this time it told me there was an error. Well, I knew that.    

Running Photoshop 24.1.0 on Windows 11 64 bit.Suddenly, my Plugins sub menu has gone gray. Plugins Panel,  Browse Plugins, and Manage Plugins sub-menu items are all gray.My plugins stopped appearing in the now missing Plugins Panel. My Adobe Creative Cloud shows the missing plugins as installed. None of the plugins have been updated by their authors lately. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugins and get a message that they were successfully installed. I tried uninstalling and re-installing PS with same results.The Plugins that were actually legacy extensions are showing up in the extension window. All other plugins are unavailable because the plugin menue is all gray. Any help appreciated.

Hi I have a doubt with the styles. For example, I have several paragraphs with a style that sets the font to 10pt. If I modify a couple of lines and set the font to 11pt without modifying the style, I will get the symbol (+) next to the style name when I select that part of the text. But that modification can be easy to see. Let's suppose that now there are many modifications and maybe not all so obvious, color change but very subtle, or modification of values in the hyphenation... Is there a way to know which are the modifications made outside of the style and which generate the (+). I had the idea that it was somehow shown in the summary of the style settings that comes out in the “general” option of the “paragraph style options” menu but it doesn't seem to be so. Thank you very much.

Sometimes I cut out small video clips that are less than a second long. The problem is that now I have more than 3 thousand video fragments in various projects and I don't want to create nested sequences "one by one" and rename them with the original name of the video. Is there a way to create a nested sequence with the original name of the video and quickly?The way I create a nested sequence with the original name of the video is like this:Right click on the fragment / properties / copy the name of the video. Then right click again on the video fragment / Nest / paste the name of the video instead of "Nested Sequence 1".Doing it that way is going to take days and days.The "Make Subclip" option does not work for me because it does not allow me to resize, add effects, trim or remove things within the video. Besides, not all the videos have the same dimensions (4k / 1080/720), and when I export I want all the videos to be in 1080p.

I'm sorry, but WHERE THE HELL IS THE PREFERENCES BUTTON. I'm on mac, running audition 25.2. I simply wan't to toggle synchronize clips with waveform editor. It's not under the edit dropdown menu, and the only thing that comes up when I search "preferences" in the help menu is "Time display<synchonize with time display preferences." Is that the same thing at synchronize with wavform editor? Anywho, this is really frustrating 🙂 

I have an audio file of a podcast, and the client would like the audio waveform shown on screen, moving along as the person speaks. What is the best way to do this using either premier pro or after effects?

Hello everyone,I recently encountered an issue with the import function for Adobe Pro to convert Word/Excel documents into a PDF. This is happening with multiple people. We are on Windows 11 Enterprise, Adobe Acrobat Pro 64-bit (checked for updates), and running on Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise. Previosuly we were on Office 2019. Using the import function within Adobe would work flawlessly, allowing to browse and select Word/Excel files and it would convert to PDF. However, ever since we upgraded to 365 Apps, we now encounter an error:At first, I thought it was just that specific document. It turns out, it happens to all Excel/Word documents. I even tried creating a new document and would encounter the same error. I have tried installing the 32-bit of Adobe and re-installing Adobe, this did not work. The Acrobat PDF Maker add-in for Word/Excel is active. I disabled and re-enabled, this did not help.  Opening the Word/Excel document and using the the "Create and Share

Estou editando com Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 e de repente perdi o áudio de saída tanto do alto falante quanto de fone de ouvido. Consultando a comunidade e procurando soluções, não encontrei nenhuma solução que desse resultado. Desinstalei o Premire Pro e reinstalei e continua do mesmo jeito.
