Solved

Just... watch this: and tell me Adobe aren't serious with this? How many iterations of the software, now? When does anyone think they might start putting some, I dunno, research and development into their broken, glitchy, incompatible and obsolete software? They should be paying us to test their patheticly managed "apps".

Hello! I accidentally licensed #60785469 instead of downloading the preview as well and reached out to customer support. They directed me to this thread. I would love to return it if possible to recieve my credit back. Thank you!

Hi community, I am trying to write a script that includes anchoring an object to a pre-existing Note in Indesign.I can get the anchoring to work, but I cannot figure out how to find the actual position of the Note within the parent textframe/Story, to use the Note as the anchor insertion point. I have tried checking various properties of the Note, but note.insertionPoints[x] appears to return insertionPoints within the Note text, ditto note.characters. Note.storyOffset appears to return the beginning of the parent story. Note.parent returns a story object, nothing positional.  If it's not possible to anchor to the note itself that's ok,  getting the neighboring text would be good enough, but I'm not sure how to get there? Thanks in advance for your advice!

I'm trying (and failing) to diagnose what is causing the last line of this paragraph to be further away from the previous lines.I tried to change paragraph styles, even going back to [Basic Paragraph Style], but they all seem to behave the same way. Any idea of what may be happening here?Thank you!

Hi,When I try openning the new file that I purchased on Google Play, Adobe Digital Editions creates the following Server Communication message and does not open the file: "Unable to download. Error getting License Server Communication Problem: E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED.Thanks.

I create a collection, then hit "Make Public". I go the the web gallery (https://adobe.ly/43PUrvf), but they do not sort by name or date created. I need to sort them by name. How do I do that? I am using a Mac, but even if I go to LR web and sort there, nothing changes. Any thoughts?

Can anyone tell me how to organize images so they show up organized by name on a Lightroom Web gallery? On LR Classic, they are arranged by name, but on the web gallery, they show up in a random order. I have also tried to organize the gallery in question on LR Web by filtering by custom or date options. They are the only options available.  I am working on LR Classic and am working on an M1 machine.

When I clicked on "text to video" on the Firefly home page, the editor still showed the example video "black panther" that I looked at for reference yesterday. I cleared the style selection and wrote a new prompt, but Fi just generated a new, very similar black panther video. It completely ignored the new prompt. On the next try the new prompt worked.

Hello,I submitted my first payout request to Adobe on Monday, March 3, 2025. Today is March 14, 2025, and my request has been pending for 10 days now. I would like to know if the payout process will take longer than the timeframe mentioned by Adobe.I created my Payoneer account through Adobe Stock, and it was approved. However, I noticed that no verifications appear in my Payoneer account. Could this be preventing the transfer of funds from Adobe Stock to Payoneer?Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Adobeコンプリートプランを購入し使用開始をしたのですが、ストレージが5GBから100GBにならずどうしたら良いか分からない状態です。クレジットが更新されていないのか、写真にある通り未出荷のものなのかが分からないです。

Spacebar not working in Premiere Pro 2023. Used to be able to stop/start playback while working in the timeline by just tapping the spacebar. Have to use shift+space now to start playback. Using shift+space again now sends the playhead back to beginning of clip instead of just stopping at the previous playhead position. Spacebar also not working when entering lines of text. Have to use shift+space here also to get a space between words. Tried resetting preferences with no results. Uninstalled and reinstalled the application with no results. I have not created any custom preferences or custom keyboard settings. Never had this problem problem in any previous version of Premiere. I'm using a MacBook Pro running Ventura OS.

Just recently, fonts from Adobe Fonts are not loading up in Illustrator 2025. My OS software is up to date, I have logged in/logged out Adobe and apps, attempted to resolve missing fonts, cleaned out font cache, etc. with no resolve. Illustrator is stating that the fonts are not loaded up on my computer (though the fonts originated from Adobe Fonts/Creative Cloud). I have followed a lot of guidance via google searches, without any resolve. I would be incredibly grateful for any guidance for resolving this issue.  Thank you in advance!!

Hey y'all, Could you please help me figure out how to add items to a list as I am iterating through all items in a system folder? I know I can do "list all" in a "for each" but I need to filter out what gets put into that list, and so far the best way I can see is iterate through that files inside that folder and add them to a list one by one. Ultimately I need to compare what files are on disk and what files are imported into premiere and see what is missing. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I very frequently need to do this routine: choose Organize Pages, select all odd pages, rotate 90º CW, select all even pages, rotate CCW. I'd like to create a Custom Tool to do this but don't see how to select odd/even pages. Any advice?

I am entering a photo contest that has the following format requirements: "Format: Images must be in RGB color format, horizontal, 300 dots per inch, 8 bit, and at least 9x12 inches when printed at 300 dpi. The pixel width should be 3600 and pixel height should be 2700."  I have no issue setting this in Photoshop, however, the submission page requires maximum of 5mg size.  How can I reduce the MB size without reducing the format required. I have tried saving as jpeg, gif and png and using Windows 11.

I would like to know if the 10 images I download in the free trial of Adobe Stock can be used in commercial projects?

Hi! I need to create a script that replaces a clip on a sequence, adjusts its size to fit the frame and also changes a couple things on a mogrt. Would anyone be able to hop on a call to help create that kind of script? It could be a paid collab if needed. Thanks!

I have been searching for a while for a standalone pen sensitive tablet that can run adobe photoshop and/or adobe illustrator. However every single tablet I see seems to either only run Android to which Adobe does not seem to want to provide a version for. Or Apple OS, whos systems never mesh well with Windows setups. I used to have a Wacom Cintiq Companion 1.... However it was increadibly bulky and heavy, overheated easily and had a ciritical design flaw where the power port connection had such tiny solder connection to the motherboard that it would break with repeated use and had to be replaced several times until the warantee ran out.... At which point it would cost more than a new replacement tablet to get it fixed... And the local repair shops cant help because the solder points are too small for the smallest tool they have. I think they have since made improvements and have a new standalone tablet, however those cost a ludicrous ammount which I cannot afford. &nbsp

hello, the following script is not able to undo its actions in one go, any ideas of where I am making a mess? Also it deosnt work on mac, I think the file path in it maybe wrong havn't sorted that yet.  The script makes guides   and here is the entire script  /** * Illustrator Margins, Grid & Baseline Guide Script [CLEAN MODERN VERSION] * No geometry/visual styling code—pure guides only. * All settings and UI logic are preserved; all RGB/stroke/fill logic is stripped out. */ var settingsXMLPath = Folder.myDocuments + "/IllustratorGridSettings.xml"; // --- XML functions (unchanged) --- function loadSettingsFromXML(xmlFilePath, abIdx, defaults) { function stringifyDefaults(defaultsObj) { var stringDefaults = {}; for (var key in defaultsObj) { if (defaultsObj.hasOwnProperty(key)) { if (key === "BaselineInc") { stringDefaults[key] = defaultsObj[key].toString() + "pt";

A client sent us a pdf of something that they wanted us to print for them. They later sent us a new copy with some changes that had been made. So we completely deleted the old files and saved the new ones to the same folder. The new pdf opens the way it should in Acrobat, Photoshop, internet browsers, and the preview in File Explorer. But when I import it to InDesign, it pulls up the old version of the file every time, even though they have been deleted and didn't have the same file name anyway. So I deleted the contents of InDesign's cache folder and used the shift+ctrl+alt shortcut on startup to delete the preference file. I also tried it on a different computer. I also saved the files from the email from the client to a different location and imported that copy. All to no avail. Is this a problem with InDesign or could it be something in the way he made the changes to the pdf? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

To comply with the task in the tutorial, I was prompted to use the Content-aware fill icon in the Contextual task bar. I do not have a Content-aware fill icon. However, the Remove icon completed the task needed.

As adminstrator I have signed up members of my company to an Adobe Corporate Account. Now that I have done so how do they log-in and start using? I thought they would get an automate invite email or something but dosent appear that this is the case.
