Solved

Today I noticed for the first time under the {Clean Up} sidebar menu a filter item labeled {"Clutter"}. Clicking on this does generate a grid view of images that might be considered "unnecessary". My question is what is the criteria that Adobe uses to determine "Clutter"? I can see that this feature might be useful. But the images displayed are out of context and there is no relationship to the setting in which they were taken. Why is this feature not available on Lightroom Desktop or Lightroom mobile?

I did a dumb. I worked through a couple hours of footage by selecting clips from source and inserting into the sequence. I never happened to notice that I didn't have a video track targeted, so now my sequence is full of audio-only clips. Is there a clever way to reconnect the linked video to each audio clip, or am I doing this all over again?

I have put together a PDF form that will be on a website for download and want to have some calculations for ticket purchasing. Can this be done on a downloadable form and if so is there a tutorial for adding the calculations? Thanks,John

My prompt is for Photorealistic image of passengers waiting in line at the Security Xray section of an airport.Everyone was wearing a paper covid mask. Didn't ask for that. Because including a series of negative prompts and findally worked up to: And later became: Photorealistic image of passengers not wearing masks waiting in line at the Security Xray section of an airport. NO MASKS. NO MASKS. DO NOT INCLUDE MASKS ON PEOPLE'S FACES!! Make sure people are not wearing masks. EVERYONE in the image is wearing a COVID mask. How to make it stop.

Hi all—I'm experienced with Indesign, but not so much with GREP. Hoping to get helpw with what is most likely a syntax error. I am trying to set up a GREP expression that will style text inside of quotes within a paragraph (including the quote marks. I set up this GREP expression: ~{.+~}\sThis works to apply the style to the quote text; however, when there is more than one string of quoted text within a paragraph, all text between the first opening quote mark and the final closing quote mark in the paragraph gets styled, as seen here: In this case, the words > I would go to rehearsal every day and say, < should not have the sans serif character style applied. I'm assuming there is code that should be included to "reset" the GREP call when the first closed quote mark character is reached, then reapply when the following open quote character is encountered, etc?Thank you in advance.

System: New Macbook Pro 16 inch M4 MaxSequoia 15.564GB Ram Photoshop: 26.7.0 Issue:I just newly installed the latest version of Photoshop to my new machine. I was hoping the issue I have had for over a year now would finally be solved but no. There is a FRUSTRATING bug in Photoshop involving clicking and constrained dragging. Here is what I do:- I select an object- I select the pointer tool- I hold the SHIFT key and drag to constrain movement When I drop the object it does not stay in the position it was dragged to. Instead, it simply snaps back to its original position. This also happens if I SHIFT drag with the option key held down to duplicate an object.  This is not a new issue and I am still confused that I cannot get an answer to the issue.

Hello,I am currently working on a feature, I like to keep everything organized to ensure a smooth workflow (don't we all). The sound recorder on set told me, that he has named all the individual audio sources in his recorder. This way, I should be able to have a visual representation on my timeline, of what audio track belongs to which actor.Something along the lines of:V1         Actor #1Actor #2BoomThe only problem is, the metadata isn't showing up in Premiere. I don't have the option to rename the individual audio tracks manually, either. Please tell me, that the function is there and that I'm just overlooking something...Best,Daniel

Quiero reducir el numero de licencias, ya que actualmente contamos con 13/14 licencias que estan siendo utilizadas. Por mas que busco no encuentro la manera de reducir este numero.

I've searched for this and can't find an answer. I'm using Lightroom 8.3.1 on MacOS Land trying to export two batches of jpgs from raws in the cloud, one batch at print resolution and one for web. I can't figure out how to do any useful export naming to distinguish the two batches of files and keep which raw they came from. In DxO and CaptureOne I've been able to build templates like filename_print.jpg and filename_sm.jpg to distinguish the resolutions. In Lightroom the "Custom" setting doesn't seem to inlude the filename with the custom text. All I can get it to do is "print1.jpg" "print2.jpg" and so forth. I must be missing something. Are there fields I can use in the "Custom" box to get normal custom names and if so where can I get a list of them? Thanks

If I export a video in 4K it's fine. If I export in 1080p, the last second of every export has an audio skip. Why? How do I fix this?

Hi There, this one has been bugging me for a while - anyone know how to fix? Title says it all, with a brush selcted, option click now sets the background colour insted of the freground colour - the eyedropper tool itself has always worked this way but not the brush tool. Does anyone know how to get the previous behvior? hi, in 'Effects' the 'pan and zoom' function does not work, and 'Reframe' does not work

I have PSE 2023 on my Dell Window 10 laptop. I want to download it onto my new Lenovo Window 11 laptop. I signed in and selected the exe file but part way through the installation it stops with the message " The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP120.DLL was not found".How do I solve this? Thanks

In Substance 3D Stager, I am trying to fit 3d models into a photograph, replacing objects already in the photo. How can I get a wireframe view to see how the model fits over the object it replaces? Even making the model transparent would be a help. I need to be able to go from solid to see through. Right now, the 3D model covers everything, and I have no idea if it is positioned right.

HiI currently manage a bunch of controlled templates for use by contributors. I often need to make very small edits to the templates and there doesnt seem to be any way to directly edit a controlled template even if i am the creator of the template. The current workflow is to create a file from the exisiting template > make the required amends > save the amended document as a remixable template with a place holder name > delete old template file from brand > rename new template from placeholder name. This isnt an efficient or user friendly way to manage controlled templates, is there a better way? Thanks

When I first installed Lightroom, I had (2) 15" VGA (Dell 15" LCD &Acer 15" LCD)  monitors pluged into the built in graphics controler & I was able to use 1 for the filmstrip, controls, etc... and the other for the image I was working on. When I upgraded to a single Acer 24 LCD wide screen HD monitor with a Raedeon HD 5450 2GB graphics card, I disconnected both of the other VGA/LCD monitors. After doing some work in Lightroom, I missed having the abilty to have the image on a seperate screen. So, I installed one of the old monitors. However, now Lightroom will only let me work on 1 screen. When I look at the "System Info" window, it says I only have (1) display. Can anyone tell me how to get Lightroon to detect my 2nd monitor? Running Windows 10 Pro, Intel Core i7-4790 CPU, 16GB RAM

and plans and return cost if im from Ukraine?

Hi, Due to the confusing name changes on the Lightroom products, I'm having a problem finding an answer on any of the fora!   Currently using the programme in the subject and would like to use 2 monitors on my iMac setup.   Is there any way to do this yet? Many thanks in advance!

I recently switched from a Mac Mini (on Monterey, I believe) to a Macbook Pro Ventura OS running Premiere 2023. All my project files and media are on an external drive.  Everything works fine, no issues EXCEPT when I hit the Cmd+S shortcut for save.  Instead of just saving, I get this popup  "The project file has been modified since the last save, do you wish to continue?"  And I hit OK and it saves.  It does this every time.  It's saving, so that's fine, but it is very annoying to have to do the extra step of hitting OK every time I save the project.  If I move the project to my local drive on the laptop and open it in premiere, the Cmd+S works normally and I don't get the message.  It only occurs with projects on my external drive.  And only in Premiere.  After Effects and Photoshop all save projects on the external drive normally when I hit Cmd+S.  Any thoughts?

I'm trying to recreate the steps involved in a video of a flower where you are able to add several colors outside the border of the subject and then press something so the colors are only inside the border.

[Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi. I'm trying to use an Adobe Font on Express. Installing on CC didn't do the trick, but then I saw the "Save to Library" option and I thought that had to be it. After that it did show up on Express, but nothing happens when I try to apply it. It appears as selected but just displays the previous font. I tried everything, uninstall and install again, signed out and back in, tried on Chrome, Safari and mobile App. It's consistently the same problem. I have to say not being able to use an Adobe Font on Adobe Express is pretty frustrating! It's the very reason I picked an Adobe font so I could easily use it across its platforms. I came across a lot of people having similar problems without any solutions. Now my hands are tied and can't create my content like I planned to. Please fix this bug!

So, I had an art piece that I was working on... The app then froze and crashed because the anchor points became locked in the same direction after using the smooth tool and attempting to make them independent points. This is a common crash I get, one that still has yet to be resolved. However, this is the second time this has happened, where it will automatically recover another document I had open for colors, but not create a working one for the one I was actively using. Very irritating to say the least. I don't have the complete crash log, but it did have "exception type: exc_bad_access (sigsegv)" as its cause. Again, guessing those anchor points resulted in an invalid action. Still, since I'm overly cautious with auto-recovery files, I created a copy of the recovered file and its folder contents in a different location, in case Illustrator would remove it (and it did, to no surprise). I was hoping there could be a way to fix the possible error in the file, because I do not want
