Hello all I’m still having the same problem trying to connect my Instagram account to Adobe Express Scheduler.... In my original post, it was suggested that I need to wait at least seven days before Scheduler would be able to connect to my Instagram account. It’s now been 10 days and I still can’t connect to my account. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache as well as deleting all cookies on my browser. I’ve even gone so far as use a browser that I never use to connect to Adobe and I’m still having the same issue. I have been able to routinely connect to my Facebook Business page and that is working perfectly. I have attached the three images that I see every time I try to connect to Instagram. As I said above “I have connected my Facebook Page to Scheduler and have been able to schedule and post from the Adobe Express Site. If anyone has any suggestions as to where I might be able to find help, I would be greatly appreciative. – CES

I am having trouble with the switch line in a script I am trying to create.  I am trying to get a text field to autofill with specific account number when the account type is selected from the dropdown button. I have tried using dropdownValue and eventValue as well putting a dot in between and still have the same syntax error each time.

How do I use typwriter function to edit adobe pdf documents?

I was using Photoshop fine until a few hours ago (on my Mac). I was just editing an image, nothing unusual from what I often do. I tried to open it a short while ago, and it made me log in again, which is weird, because I'm logged into all other Adobe applications on my computer. I logged in, then a window came up which read, "Sorry, Photoshop CC has encountered an error and needs to close. "You will not be able to use Photoshop CC at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 213 for more information on how to resolve this issue." Then it had me click "Quit Photoshop CC", and it shut down the application. Trying to use the application just causes this process to repeat. I don't know what I've done to cause this, or what could've changed. I was using Fuse to make a character, and I was going to take that character into Photoshop and play around with it a bit. I like to illustrate, and I'm experimenting with Fuse as an inspiration tool. I s

I have a document with a black background and white text, but when I print it it only gives black. how do I change this?

Hi,I've setup a sharepoint online library to store all the invoices, which I want to setup an power automate to route the invoices for approval. I've also establish metadata field in sharepoint library for the individual file (ie cost code, approver name, approver email, receive date), which I'm able to and have already created an Adobe Acrobat Sign template in the library with the associated field from sharepoint and signature boxes. I want to trigger from Sharepoint library by selecting the specific invoice pdf file to create an agreement with a template cover page and send for signature.I see that there's an action for:"Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature" and"Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature" I'm wondering how i can create an agreement from a template combing with an uploaded document and send for signature.

When I select the sky in Adobe Camera Raw (v. 17.3, Windows 11, 23H2 latest version), automatic adjustemts are applied. Often I do not like them but would want delete the automatic adjustments and do what I intended instead. Is there an easy way to undo the automatic adjustments, keeping the selection and start all over with the adjustment?

I was downloading images today and now every time I download a stock image, it gets automatically added to an old CC Library I never use in my account. I used to be asked if I wanted to save downloads to a library but now it just does it automatically. I don't see the option to change this anymore. I tried deleting site cookies and cache but it still persists. For now, I've made a placeholder Library where they should keep downloading into where I can delete later, but it's a bit of a nuisance right now. Edit: It's not moving the images to the Library I specified either, so something seems to be broken.

It used to be really easy to change this, but i've tried in both web and app and neither are giving me this option. On a help page (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/sign/using/replace-signer.html#sa_src=web-messaging ) it mentions a "Manage Tab" but i can't find this anywhere, could any help with how to do it with the new change(don't know if i'm a fan of this change yet, great to be able to add CC after now, but not being able to easily amend signers will be a massive negative - a video how to would be appreciated to get caught up!) Thank you!

Hi all,    I'm using the font EloquentJF Pro, and I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to use glyphs (specifically swashes and special characters) in the text of a project I'm working on.  I can make it work on indesign, but cannot figure out how to do it with CCE. Is there something I'm missing or is it simply not possible?    Many thanks!    Apologies in advance if this is an obvious question - I am still new and learning!

Printing from Photoshop had been going fine but now when the print setup window comes up the "canvas" (the white rectangle on the diagonal lined background) is itself off center. And sure enough my prints are, too. What can I do to fix this?In the screenshot is my attempt to print a 7.5" x 10" image on a 8.5" x 11" paper.

It gives an annoying delay.I tried export to a HDD, and to a SSD, same issue. LR is at my 2nd screen and the Terminal windows popups very fast at the 1st screen. A recent update went through that has removed the "cc" option when sending out an e-signature to a recipient. Now my only options are to go to the 'old' Adobe Acrobat to accomplish this, as far as I know. Am I mistaken? Is there a way to add carbon copy recipients for these e-signatures but I merely missed where the option is? Also, slightly unrelated, but I'd like to know if there's a way to move the toolbar from the right side to the left side. This is another thing recent updates seemed to have changed arbitrarily.

When I export a graphic from illustrator the color is changing.   I switch my color picker to web safe RGB and set the color to #311a92.   But when it exports and I use it in a webpage it is slightly lighter.  I sample the color using a browser color picker and it #362f8c.   I am using the #311a92 all through my CSS so I need to be able to to get illustrator to export that acutal color.   Here is what I have tried... - Using just a plain square.- legacy and regular export- setting "don't color manage my document" under assign profile- different jpg and png typesAll with the exact same result.  What am I doing wrong?

Hello,For those who are music producers or produce music videos. Here's a process for editing to a music track, if you've been wondering. In your music production software, record a few bars of the metronome to an audio track.Tab to transient to edit and make a clip of one metronome beat for the BPM.Import the audio clip to Premiere Pro, copy it eight times, and set a marker on the timeline. Then, copy the selection along with the marker to the whole sequence and you have a music video!

Hi all, I've been having massive issues with my 2020 Illustrator this week where it's using up a huge amount of my RAM memory when I open any file. After trying all sort of 'solutions' found online, nothing seems to solve it. Mac is up to date in terms of software updates, Illustrator is on latest version and file I'm opening is less than 1.5GB in size. Yet, it continues to use approximately 6GB of RAM meaning it keeps on crashing and it can't carry out operations due to a lack of space. I've wasted HOURS trying to find solutions and I'd be very grateful to anyone who could help me. I've got a MacBook Pro Retina from late 2013, in case that makes a difference to the help I require. Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone,I am using InDesign 19.01.64 bit and when I try to apply my Auto Style Pack, I am getting this error message "could not perform this workflow". Please try again later. CloseAnyone idea how I can cure this error?ThanksNeil

First let me say sorry for long post and THANKS ALL. Hello all, I need some help please. I do variable mailings. In doing so we have a QC process where we change all the variable type from 100K to 100 magenta so clients can see the variables easier. I am looking for a script where I can call out a swatch color name (VARIABLES 100K) and change the current swatch CMYK values without changing the name, adding another swatch or changing any other swatch CMYK values. I have the script below that does change the color of all process colors. For some jobs this will work because there is only one-color swatch being used. var doc = app.activeDocument;var swatches = doc.swatches; for (var i = 0; i < swatches.length; i++) {  var swatch = swatches[i];  if (swatch.isValid && swatch.name != "[none]" && swatch.name != "[Black]" && swatch.name != "[Registration]" && swatch.name != "[Paper]") {      swatch.properties =

I have used acrobat a long time ago, but definitely not in the past 14 days and i suddenly got charged.. any recommended help to get a refund?

Ciao, in camera Raw (ultima versione e anche photoshop ultima versione al 06.05.2025) le sfumature (sia circolare che lineare) non funzionano più. Cosa possso fare? Grazie

Is [[:punct:]] the only representation of punctuation proper? Is there a simpler one?

After closing After Effects at the top of my desktop bar, I noticed a purple icon with the message 'Adobe After Effects is capturing screen'. Does anybody know what that means and how to turn it off? The AE is not running anymore, but the icon is still live. It bothers me as I don't know why. I did not intend to record my screen so I would be very grateful for any suggestions on how to deal with this.

Hi, I understand that starting from March 25, it's no longer allowed to have two Adobe Stock contributor accounts unless an exception is approved.I'm planning to open a second Adobe Stock account, focusing on a different type of asset (vectors and videos, instead of images). Is there any official Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P) that I should follow to avoid getting my main account banned? For example:1.Can I register a second Adobe account using a different email before requesting approval, or should I wait for Adobe to respond first? 2.Can I use the same payment information (such as the same name, address, and bank account)? I hope someone from the team or community can clarify. Thank you very much!
