I’ve already tried Behance help multiple times but they won’t respond so please don’t suggest I contact them. When I log into my Adobe BUSINESS profile, my Behance page is perfect (intact messages, portfolio, etc) but my PRO membership suddenly disappeared. When I log into my PERSONAL profile, I get a totally different Behance profile (everything is missing, messages, portfolio) but my PRO membership is working.Ive tried migrating my Business to my Personal but I get “user/password don’t match” error.I’ve tried redoing my portfolio with my PERSONAL account but I always get errors trying to upload jobs, services, etc.I have no idea how I ended up with 2 Behance profiles but I can’t find a way to delete one, start over, migrate. Nothing works.  It feels like something went wrong on Adobe’s side and I can’t do anything without some help from Behance.I’m desperate. Please help!

Since updating to InDesign 21.5, exporting/saving a story as InCopy (ICML) can omit a table's column width dataEnvironment: InDesign 21.5, Windows. Is this a known/tracked bug, and is a fix scheduled? Is there a recommended workaround in the meantime?

I recently took a photo of a Cal Fire Helicopter in action. Prior to publishing I reached out to Cal Fire and asked if they would be willing to sign a release of the photo. They told me that it was a photo I took and it was taken on public land therefore Cal Fire would not need to sign a release. I explained that Adobe Stock would not except it without the release and asked if they would please sign the release so I could publish my photo so I wouldn't risk losing my account. They said there was no need to and explained to me again. Obviously this person must not have known the legalities. So I published and it was rejected immediately. I wrote to Cal Fire again and the same thing with email stating I could publish the photo. Then I responded back to Adobe explaining the sitiuation and sent them the email with all of Cal Fires contact info. They still rejected the photo. Any of you ever gone through this before ?

Hello! I’m trying to remove or lessen the glare on this photo and no matter how many tutorials I watch an issue always seems to arise if anyone has any recommendations for me? Thank you!

Me aparece dicho error, código error 190 y me dice que no se puede actualizar Creative Cloud, miro la lista de errores, y mi equipo tiene el sistema operativo Windows 10, versión 22H2, y no entiendo porqué aparece.

I subscribed to Firefly as part of an Adobe marketing course on Coursera. I entered my card details to activate the 3-month trial period, as explained in the course. However, I got billed for the subscription even though it was stated as free. I’m trying to cancel the plan from my account (Manage plan> Cancel your plan), but it sends me to a page that doesn't load (screenshot attached). I tried from my PC and my phone, same dead end. I’m trying to contact support, but every link sends me to a guide steps and FAQs.

Hello Adobe Community Team, I am writing to report an incorrect charge applied to my account during a free trial subscription. I signed up for the monthly Adobe Premium services free trial and approved the Google Pay auto-pay mandate with the understanding that the amount would be charged only after the free trial period ends and cancelled the same under free trial period because I am not intrested in the service u hv been providing. However, to my surprise, an amount of ₹6200 was deducted immediately from my Google Pay account right after activating the free trial. This is incorrect and does not align with the terms of a free trial subscription. I clearly opted for a free trial, and no upfront payment should have been deducted at this stage. I request Adobe to: 1. Investigate this issue at the earliest2. Refund the incorrectly charged amount of ₹62003. Clarify why the charge was applied despite selecting a free trial plan Please let me know if any additional details are required from

Ever since I updated to Indesign 2026, anytime I place an illustrator file, there is a fairly high chance that one or more of the layers refuses to display or the file will be in a rolled back state. Its not just a visual glitch, when I export to PDF, the placed file will still not show what its supposed to. It seems to happen more frequently when the illustrator file is larger, but I’ve also had it happen on tiny files. The ONLY fix I’ve found so far is to save the illustrator file as a PDF and import that.

In the attached photo, most of the people were found. But, one very obvious person in the lower left is completely ignored. Any idea what’s going wrong here?  Lightroom Classic 15.0.1Macbook Pro running Tahoe 26.5.2 P.S. I should note that it’s not that critical on this photo since I can just change the aspect ratio and crop all of the people out. However, I would like to know if I’m doing something wrong so that I can get it right for other photos. P.P.S. Here’s the original photo exported in lower quality in case it helps to research the issue.

I create images for website articles and social media posts and would like some advice from experienced Photoshop users. What canvas size, resolution, color mode, and export settings do you recommend for images that need to look good on both desktop and mobile devices?

My high school email account was recently disabled so I lost access to all my Adobe products, which wasn’t a problem because I just signed into my college account on the Adobe website. The problem is, whenever I open up the Creative Cloud app on my laptop, the account sign in is still my high school account, rendering me unable to update, install, or open any of the Adobe software.I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything related to Adobe, as well as using the cleaner tool, but to no avail. Is there any way for me to sign out of my high school account on Creative Cloud on my laptop?

Hi Adobe Community,My Adobe ID is incorrectly associated with Russia (RU), but I live in Azerbaijan.I do not have an active paid Adobe subscription.I followed Adobe’s official instructions for changing the country without an active subscription. During checkout I selected Azerbaijan as my Country/Region, but Adobe still blocks the transaction and says that transactions in region (RU) are restricted.Because of this, I cannot start the Behance Pro free trial or purchase Behance Pro.My actual location is Azerbaijan, and my payment method is also from Azerbaijan. I need the country associated with my Adobe ID to be changed from Russia to Azerbaijan. The standard self-service country change method does not work for my account.Could an Adobe Community Manager please help escalate this for a manual backend country/region correction?Thank you.Adobe checkout still identifies my region as RU after selecting Azerbaijan.

I’m having a problem sending messages on Behance. Every time I try to send a message, I get a “Failed to send” error. Because of this, I can’t reply to a client who has already paid for the project and is waiting for my response.

Ich kann den ganzen Tag keine Bilder mehr generieren.   English translation (added by moderator): I can't generate any more images all day.

Direct RAW File Integration in Adobe InDesignI would like to request native support for placing and linking RAW image formats directly in Adobe InDesign, including DNG, NEF, CRW, CR2, CR3, ARW, RAF, and other Camera Raw compatible formats.

I am currently using Adobe Admin Console (admin.adobe.com) and I am looking to automate Adobe product provisioning through REST APIs.I would like to know whether Adobe provides APIs for the following:1. Assign Adobe product licenses to users.2. Remove Adobe product licenses from users.3. Retrieve users and their assigned product profiles/licenses.4. Add users to specific product profiles.5. Automate or trigger Adobe software deployment/installation on end-user devices.I have reviewed the Adobe Developer Console documentation but could not find clear information covering all of the above scenarios.Could anyone confirm whether these APIs are available and point me to the relevant documentation?Thank you.

Issue: When making a custom effects preset which includes multiple effects and their settings, the effects are applied but their settings are not. Steps to Reproduce: In my case, I’m working with an audio only file/ track. I’m trying to put a dynamics effect and a parametric equalizer effect with custom settings for each into one effects preset. so I’ll apply both effects to an audio track and adjust their settings to my needs. I’ll then ctrl click the root level of each effect in the effect controls panel and follow that with a right click and save preset. I’ll leave at default type of ‘scale’ and click ok. When dragging the effect preset onto another audio only track, the effects apply but their settings don’t. they are just default and empty. Expected Result: The effects should apply AND retain their custom settings. Actual Result: effects apply with default/ empty settings Premiere Version: premiere pro 26.3.2 build 2 Operating System: win 11 pro, 10.026200 build 26200 GPU Driver (

Let me be absolutely clear. I have ZERO interest in using generative AI tools in Photoshop or anywhere else. And yet, every time I open Photoshop I am assaulted with pop up windows trying to get me to use these tools that I do not want. The features and buttons are displayed prominently in many different windows, it is virtually impossible to ignore or avoid. It creates a very negative user experience having these things shoved down my throat all the time. Going forward, Adobe should give users a simple checkbox option to indicate whether we want these tools or not. For those who don't, they should be disabled completely. No pop ups, no reminders, no prompts, nothing. I like to use Photoshop to jump back and forth between my Mac desktop and iPad. Despite some bugs and issues, the experience has mostly been good until AI started taking over. I don't want to switch, but at this point, I am already considering alternatives. Please take note of this user feedback and take it seriously. I c
