I have called Adobe support several times now asking them to do an "activation count reset" and none of them will perform this simple task. I even asked to speak with a supervisor and all they would do is arrange a call back. Any suggestions? They act like they dont know how to do an "activation account reset" and just want to push and sell a monthly subscription. I bought the Acobat X Pro CD with serial from a computer store on March 3rd and tried to activate it, but it keeps saying it was already activated on 2 other computers and that I must deactivate it on the other  2 computers. I only have 1 computer, so I dont understand why its saying anything about any other computers. Support as I mention is useless and all they want to do is sell you a monthly subscription to something I dont want. When I called them, all I said was I need "An Activation Reset" and gave them the serial number and my name an email address. He tells me that that product Acrobat X Pro is no longer support

Saludos.

I work with high turn-over groups that need to build libraries and brands in Adobe Express for fast content creation. Is there a way to transfer ownership of these libraries and brands so each new person isn't having to recreate them every six months or so. Building them myself isn't an option and building new libraries with the amount of assets we have is inconvient.

Hi, Is there anyway to allow formatting with a locked template using the replace text feature. For example, if there's a bit block of copy can the user select parts to be bold or italic etc? at the moment it seems theres no flexibility at all with this other than leaving the text block unlocked which defeats the purpose of a template as it lets the user squash the text together and go offbrand etc... Thanks

Hello, I'd like to display Image1 if a field totals a score between 48 and 54, display Image2 if a field totals a score greater than or equal to 55, and hide both images if they don't meet that criteria. I've tried with a the image as a Button and as a straight-up image. I can't get it to work where they're hidden unless they meet that criteria OR to display if they DO meet either criteria. Please help. 🙂

Hi: I have Lightroom Classic installed on a Windows desktop PC. I recently bought an iPad Pro. How do I sync my Lightroom photos (collections) from the desktop to be able to view and edit on the iPad Pro using the Lightroom app? Also, as an Enterprise customer I don't have a lot of Creative Cloud storage, so how can I do this using a third party cloud storage service (like Dropbox)? Thank you.

Good morning everyone who may be reading this. I'm exploring the possbility of using Character Animator for a project, but when I load the program, I recieve the following error: "Could not delete the file '\\cslg1.cslg.net\USPLHomeDrv\HDrive\William.Camp\MyDocuments\Adobe\Character Animator\Character Animator Project 4\Ch Data\temp.noindex\complier\Behaviorparambootstrap.js'." After clicking "OK", I am able to continue; however, when I attempt to open a template or puppet from the home page, I recieve another error: "Internal error code: (1109000933:349+8) bad argument #1 to 'Localize' (string expected, got nil)" I'm attempting to use Character Animator for a fairly large animation project coming up; however, if I cannot figure out what is causing the issue, I may have to go with a different program.  Any help would be greatly appreciated! Warm Regards, -Billy

Has anyone found a solution to this issue? I contacted Behance support, and they replied a few times, but then they stopped responding. It's been about a week now, and even after emailing them again, I haven't received a reply. I've seen that many people in the community are facing this issue, but I haven't come across a proper solution. Everyone keeps suggesting contacting Behance support, but that doesn’t seem to be working as expected.

I want to cancel my membership plan! I don't want to renew my membership plan. There is no cancel option or button on my account and there is no chat option for cancelling. Hello, before I update to my current lightroom I had a 'print' option across ther top right that I could use to make little collages for social media, etc. Can this be done some other way in the latest Lightroom? I currently have Adobe Lightroom 8.2 via the creative cloud. Thanks!

Hey, I have a problem I have difficulties solving on my own.I prepare file in Indesign, keeping everything in sRGB IEC6...1. Export PNG files with transparent backgrounds from Procreate2. Place them in InDesign (linking)3. Indesign is set up for sRGB IEC6...4 Then I Export to pdf using sRGB IEC... as an ouput (embeding profile)I wanted to try using Adobe 5 format compatibility, to avoid downsides of Adobe 4- lines and dividing pictures to triangles, as I observed at least one printing result where printer lost parts of the images. For most of them, these lines resulting from flattening are only visible on screens (something I still would like to avoid if possible). Also, clickable table of contents would be great. So I exported PDF file with Adobe 5 compatibility and received such result on two different printers. What can I do to avoid lines, fractals, and have clicable ToC and not end up with black PNG backgrounds?Have I done anything wrong? All help appreciated!

Hi,First time scenario for me. I'm looking for suggestions to how I can safely move my entire photos/catalogue and collections to an external SSD, however, still being able to work on some of them (work in progress projects), when the external SSD is not connected. I've already searched the forum and, it seems, that there are several options to move all my photos from the laptop's internal harddrive to an external SSD: either by copying, deleting source files and updating folder locations, or by 'Exporting this folder as collection...'. Or is there another better way? What I'm still not sure about, would either option keep the collections I created on my internal drive work once it's either reconnected to the new location or exported as new catalogues? In the worst case, they could also be exported as separate catalogues before I move the whole thing? And once everything is exported onto the external SSD, how can I safely remove the original internal laptop photos and col

Hello, how are you?I've been searching for a solution for a while, but I can't seen to find any. The thing is... I've been capturing some gameplay footage, with files that last an hour or even more. When I watch the files in any player (Windows Media Player, VLC, Media Player Classic) they play fine, the audio and the video seems to be on sync and OK.But after I import to Adobe Premiere, it just gets out of sync. Even when I watch in the Source Monitor, before dragging to the timeline. It looks like there is a problem when conforming the audio. But even the time duration is different from the original, there is some frames or even seconds of difference inside Premiere. And this happens with different codecs, AVI (from FRAPS), H.264 (with AAC audio and MP3)...I've tried cleaning the cache, deleting the software and reinstalling again, converting - everything. Some are saying this is a recurrent bug on Adobe Premiere. Isn't there any fix or something that I could do?It's really strange that

I am using a trial version of Elements 2022.  If I buy and download Elements 2022, will the images from the trial version automatically transfer to the purchsed version? Thanks

Since my InDesign updated this morning (can't say for definite that this is connected, but hadn't noticed it before) my contextual taskbar is now 'stuck' onto the right-hand sidebar.  It's not as though it's pinned, as such, as it will move up and down, but is locked into it's horizontal position.  Clicking 'unpin' does nothing; if I hide it and then open again it reappears in the same position, in the same state. Any ideas on how to solve this ?

Dear Community members,As you can see I have assigned W for clear and E for Delete & Close Gap, then saved the changes as 32122024. After I close PRE and open again, it do not remember them. It remembers all other customisations but not these 2. Does anyone have any clue why this may happen and what I can do to fix this?

I still have CS6 on two systems.I had to swap the hardware on one (for a CC installed in parallel). Unfortunately, the CS6 license went up in smoke. It no longer accepts my serial number because the maximum number of licenses has been purchased.Am I out of luck because I didn't release the license beforehand? Could I do this if I temporarily insert the SSD into the original system?Any other ideas? The hotline just told me that CS6 is no longer supported.

Users of older perpetual licence products may not be aware that Adobe Customer Service are no longer able to reset your Activation Count if you hard disk fails or if you mess up the deactivation/reactivation when transferring your software from one computer to another. You will therefore eventually lose the use of your software.Whilst I understand that Adobe may no longer wish to support these older products, they have no right to block our lawful use of them. It is my opinion that the withdrawal of the reset service is an appallingly dishonest action by Adobe intended to force us into costly software upgrades.I have written today to the Adobe UK office at Maidenhead to request that my Activation Counts are reset to remove spurious activations, and that they restore a long term mechanism for activation resets. I have advised them that I will seek to recover my software license costs from them, should they fail to do so.I am making this Community post to request that other UK users join

I created a menu upper left in css and a return to an "X" using  a checkbox class that i visual hid- but for some reason the checked class is preventing the overlay menu items from appearing  the test : https://pitchlab.net/checked_test.html and the way it should work (without "checked"): https://pitchlab.net/ not sure why that checkbox css would prevent the overlay from working
