Solved

Below is a screenshot of the error that pops up when I attempt to launch Illustrator. This error has been occurring for 5 days. I have followed the error instructions to wait and try again later, but this has not fixed the problem. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?   Thanks in advance for your help!   {Renamed by MOD}

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to PP.  The problem I'm having is that when I apply the Lumetri color effect and then select the mask tool it "crops" the entire clip, revealing the clips below it on the timeline.    This first image is with Lumetri color added to the clip.  It looks like its working just fine.  However the second picture is what happens after I click the mask effect.    Here is a video of what its like when it happens https://youtu.be/Si35RPm9DZ0

Hi everyone, I have a 10 minute video that is made up of smaller videos, with captions. I want to export each individual clip, with captions, so that I have short videos to share on social media. However, everything I've tried has failed to do this. Any idea what I can do?

I am currently running on Vista Prof.getting new PC with windows 8.1 with a free upgrade to Windows 10 later in the summer. Can I install my current Premiere Pro CS5 on Win 8.1 and will it later run under Windows 10?

Hey Rikk,    I've finally restored all of my photos, but I wanted to bring another issue I've noticed to your attention. When attempting to download them from the web version, every attempt to open the zip files (limited to exporting 1000 at a time), comes back as corrupt. Since I can't risk using the desktop version either, this severely limits my ability to sell photos.

I’m using InDesign 2025. When I export a file to PDF, the interactive check boxes and text fields are highlighted in light blue. How do I turn off the highlighting? Thank you.

Kind regards!

Hello. When I try to pick colours with the colour picker tool it tends to select a much more desaturated version of it instead, it's driving me mad. I've checked both my layers and my brushes and they're at normal opacity both of them and normal blending mode. This issue is consistent between all of my files which leads me to believe that this is a problem with the program itself and not any layer modes etc. How do I fix this? I've linked a video to demonstrate my problem. This has literally never happened to me before. Thanks in advance. (P.S. The only reason my mouse is freaking out in the video is because quicktime player is running in the background).

Hello,Width tool is giving me a hard time. I edit lines/path on the outer ring of letter "R" and for some reason width tool is applying changes to the inner ring also.  Any idea how to prevent this? Thanks for reply 🙂

Please don't reply with lame advice about using some "cleaner tool." The fact is that Illustrator is not stable at the moment, and now my life is hell.Illustrator 29.3.1MacOS 15.3.1Mac version 16-inch 2019 Restarting does not fix it. It happens randomly at file open, or file save, or just trying to do my job processing packaging files. I'm going to try to downgrade as a solution because there's nothing else to do but waste time trying to use a once great, now horrible piece of software.

trying to figure out if i can start editing on my iphone in premiere rush in the field, and then import project to premiere pro and take it from there later on. thanks.

Hi, I am writing a guidebook for climbing. I received a very detailed vector map for the area that I will use to describe approaches to different mountains. The idea is that I only use parts of that big map depending on which area/mountain I'm describing. Now I make frames, place the pdf from the map and then zoom in untill I find the desired area. What I'm wondering about is how I can scale all maps the same. So basically can you preset the "zoom" level in different frames that use the same link, but maybe have a different size? Thanks a lot!

Muchas gracias!

I have a CC library called "Shapes" of simple vector shapes I created in Illustrator and I would like to import this into Adobe Fresco. The libraries are not showing up though. I have some custom palettes in my custom library and the palettes show up but not the vectors. It took a day or two for the palettes to show up. Many thanks.

We had a new linux vm built (RHEL 9) and installed CF2023. We migrated the settings (.car file) from the existing CF2021 and trying to get it up and running. So far we are good with admin console and app folder migrations. But we could get the datasource connection working. The issue we are seeing is when trying to verify an oracle datasource. (using macromedia.jd bc.oracle.OracleDnver)        Connection verification failed for datasource:ptcltst        java.sqI.SQLException: Timed out trying to establish connectionWe have checked network connectivity between the cf 2023 server and the orace database on port 1521 and it successfull but it fails in the admin console with above error. There is nothing being recd at the target oracle db.When we try the same connection from CF2021 server admin console, we are able to connect and oracle is able to recieve the connection info20-NOV-2024 15:00:22 * (CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=tstdb)(CID=(PROGR

Hi, I am having difficulty understanding something.    I am learning about Master clip color correction. So the tutor duplicated a sequence, and he cuts it into several pieces and he named it 'multiple clip', and then he goes back into the source- lumetri color and if he changes it's lumetri it affetcs all the pieces in the time line. and he also gets red lines under the fx of all those pieces.    now here where am lost.    suppose in my priemer pro  the main  sequence's name is 'A'  and  duplicated one's name is 'Z', and I cut Z  into several pieces.... .  now  in my case which one is the master clip and which one is the source file?  A= the original one= master clip and also source file?   Or   B= the duplicate one = master clip, not source file.    and also I am not having any red lines under my fx  in time line panel. I want the red lines. What I have to do to get it?thank you.   &n

Hi all, I have been trying to solve this issue for days now and I cannot find ANY soultion no matter where I look. I am trying to empty the disk cache on After Effects, however the option is totally greyed out. I cannot click it, and when I try to clear it manually it has no effect. I have verified that it's the correct folder, as it's the one that's displayed in the disk cache preferences. I've tried everything and I am incredibly frustrated, as this affecting the storage on my computer as a whole, not just AE. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I am exporting an 8.5x11 document (130 pages) to pdf. There are no bleeds although I had made bleeds at one point and then removed them. The PDF is coming out as 9x11.5. I've never had this problem before.  I tried exporting to Postscript, but that keeps turning the page from vertical to landscape, and I can't find options to change that in the export screen (all grayed out).  Update:  I was able to create a new document and print with no problem. So, finally I exported the file to PDF with a new name and it exported correctly(!!?).  In the original exports, I specified to "replace" the old PDF file, and it seems it kept the very old settings with the bleed size.  I even deleted the old PDF file, and then exported to that same name resulting the same problem. This is a bad glitch.

Why this happening??Can you Explain?
