Hi,   For some reason, my Reader starts to make me type data into (fillable) form by the yellow/orange bar in the bottom first, then it fills in to the field when I am done typing. This is very annoying for me. I've been trying to turn it off, and just let me type into the form field directly. I am using Acrobat Reader DC, version 2018.009.20044. I'm using MacOS. Could somebody help me turn this feature off?   Thanks

I have a template made.I went to 'send' the document, and I added their email.  However, I did not add ME to the document.  I am at teh page where I am fixing the fields in the document, but I cannot edit the signature field to add myself as a signer since I didn't put myself in on the previous step.  How do you get back to the previous step to add me?  I have searched and searched and been hung up on by support and see absolutely no way to accomplish this task aside from deleting it and starting over.  I have 4 days left in my trial and this is a deal breaker if I can't get this to function.  Please help.  Thanks!

Hello!I have a student license for Photoshop from 2013 and I used the programm on 2 computers. One is broken and I want to move Photoshop to my new one. I deinstalled PS on the old one without knowing I had to deactivate it first. Now I don't have a chance to deactivate it.I tried to re-install PS on the original old computer, but the programm doesn't recognice the computer and thinks it's another one. So I'm facing the same problem still.Adobe support couldn't help me, because the license isn't connected to an account. How can I deactivate Photoshop on my old PC and use the serialnummer again?Any help with this is highly appreciated!!My best,Anna

Hello!I have an issue installing Image processor Pro on Bridge on a PC (I managed to install it for Photoshop), Basically I wondered if anyone knew where to putphotoshop_ximage_processor_pro.jsxas I got conficting adviceeither in the common files Which doesn't make much sense since I am not using the x86 file forder for anything (That's the "official doc advice") Or placing in in the C:/user/appdata/roaming/.../startup scripts like I saw elsewhere(basically the folder that opens when you show the start up scripts folder in the preferences) Anyhow, neither of those options work for me, the Image processor pro doesn't appear in the tools>photoshop list   I remember always having a hard time installing this since the extention installer had disapeared (why, oh why?)   Any help will be graciously received, Thanks!

I am trying to create a normal map and a height map in photoshop using the Filter>3D>Generate normal/height map feature, but it just doesn't work. I have tried it on multiple OS and platforms. Devices attempted on:1. Windows 11:    i7-13th Gen 2.1 GHz, 32GB RAM, Intel UHD 770 Graphics, 64-bit2. Apple Mac Studio:    Apple M1 Max chip, 32GB3. Apple Macbook    Apple M2 Pro chip, 16GB Exact issue:On the windows based system, upon attempting to create a simple normal map or height map when navigated to the feature, a pop-up alert shows up with the message- "The 3D feature require that 'Use Graphic Processor' is enabled in the Performance preferences. Your video card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check your driver is working correctly."  When I check for those settings, I can confirm that they are appropriately set and I am using the maximum memory I can with my 32GB system. Yet, the issue st

What am I missing here? I've used mask tracking before, although not often, and I don't remember it behaving this way. I'm on Pr 22.5, Windows 10. I'm tediously tracking a mask, one frame at a time, making adjustments on each frame. When I go back to the beginning of the clip to watch, the mask is no longer what I drew. ??? In other words, the keyframes appear to not stay the same. The mask is usually a slightly different shape, and moved over to either the left or right. The points of the mask move to seemingly random nearby points. And the part of the video I worked so laboriously to cover is once again visible. I have tried more than once. The first time I spent an hour on a short clip, and then assumed I had done something wrong, so I tried again. Another hour ish. Same thing. The points of the mask do not stay where I draw them. I don't remember this happening before. It's either a bug, or operator error somehow. I'm open to either, just want to know what's going on

I am encountering a bug in Photoshop for MacOS where the previewed brush size is not correct no matter what resolution my monitor is running at, what scaling Photoshop is set at, or what zoom level my document is at. The preview brush size seems to be about 50% bigger than what the brush actually does.  System details: Mac Studio 2023 with M2 Max ChipMacOS Sonoma 14.4.1Photoshop 25.11.0Monitor: Dell 27" 4K P2723QE (As I mentioned above, the issue is present whether running at 1080p, 4K, or anywhere in between) The image below shows the size of the brush preview, and what actually paints. The size of the brush doesn't seem to matter, it's about 50% bigger no matter what size it is.

A great feature to add is to be able to copy tags from one picture/ Video to the next. So many times i see a video or photo and spend time placeing say 7 people tags only to find out the next one has the same. How hard could it be it implement this.  i know I can select multible and then tag them all but sometimes your doing it one by one and its just not possible.

I'm working on an automation job using UC4 (Automic) to print PDFs from a directory. The automation tool logs into the Windows Server 2019 virtual machine with a local admin level service account and feeds the PowerShell script to the remote server for execution. I am trying to figure why the 'Start-proces '.\path_to_files.pdf' -Verb Print' cmdlet does not work when executed via automation tool, but works when I execute the cmdlet as a local admin user on the server?  When executing with the automation tool, the print job does not get added to the printer spooler queue. Could it be due to the "Enhanced Security" feature? I am reading that Acrobat does not allow "remote printing" if this feature is enabled--is this how it works?
