Solved

Hi,when I launch Adobe Acrobat Standard, the application opens and is responsive for a few seconds. It then freezes completely and remains unresponsive for approximately 3-4 minutes, after which it unfreezes on its own and works normally for the rest of the session. How can I resolve this issue? The problem occurs both when I simply open the program without any specific PDF and when I open a random PDF, the behavior is always the same.Thank youAndrea

Hi @Tarun Saini @Rose DV @Amitej S I am facing an issue while trying to claim the LinkedIn 3-month free trial benefit provided through Adobe membership benefits. I am an Adobe Express Member.  When I try to redeem it, I get the following error message:“You are not eligible for this promotion. This promotion is limited to eligible LinkedIn users and is available only in select regions.” The thing is, I have never used LinkedIn Premium before since creating my account, so I'm confused about why I'm being marked as ineligible.  To help troubleshoot, I can confirm the following details:  Creative Cloud / Express Plan: I am an Adobe Express Premium Member.Prior LinkedIn Trials: I have never previously redeemed any free LinkedIn Premium trial.  Prior Paid Premium Status: I have never been a paid LinkedIn Premium member.  Troubleshooting Already Done: I have already tried clearing my browser cache/cookies, trying different web browsers, and using a completely fresh Incognito window, but the

I've tried to get the student license for Substance Painter, but it didn't work. At first I tried to fill the form with the email address that was used to create Adobe account, but it said I typed invalid UniqueID and asked me to correct errors before submitting the form. After changing account details and setting primary email to the alias of the first one I've used, I could successfuly send the form. The problem is I didn't get any email back. I've checked my inbox multiple times, there is no message neither in received nor spam. Proxmox mail gateway that my university uses to filter messages also doesn't show anything.Submitting the form again displays error stating that UniqueID already exists. Is there any way to solve this? It seems to me that there is no button that would allow me to resend the email. I receive every other message that Adobe sends me, so it's not a problem of my email address.

If I add a layer mask to an art (pixel) layer and mask out part of the layer then select the layer icon (not the mask) and apply Gaussian blur both the pixels on the layer and the mask are blurred. Is this a new bug or am I missing something? Ps version 27.9.1. Thanks.

Hello Adobe Team,I am facing a Tamil legacy font compatibility issue in the latest version of Photoshop.I use STMZH Tamil fonts, especially STMZH-073, with Azhagi+ for professional wedding invitation and printing work. Tamil letters are displayed correctly, but whenever I press the Space Bar, Photoshop displays a square box character instead of a normal blank space. The same STMZH fonts worked correctly in Photoshop 2020. This problem occurs in newer Photoshop versions.Current setup:Photoshop: 27.xOperating System: WindowsFont: STMZH-073 and other STMZH Tamil fontsTamil typing software: Azhagi+Steps to reproduce:Open Photoshop.Select STMZH-073 font.Type Tamil using Azhagi+.Press the Space Bar between two Tamil words.A square box appears instead of a normal space.I have many existing PSD wedding invitation files that use STMZH fonts, so changing the font or copying and pasting spaces manually is not practical for our daily work. Please investigate this legacy Tamil font compatibility issu

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue while installing older versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader / Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Whenever I install an older version of Acrobat Reader, the installed application appears in Control Panel → Programs and Features as: Adobe Acrobat (64-bit)I was expecting it to be identified as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.This is causing problems with our patching process for Adobe Acrobat Reader, because the installed product is being detected/identified as Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) instead of Reader. My questions are:Is it expected behavior for an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader/Reader DC to appear as Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) in Control Panel? What determines the product name displayed in Programs and Features—MSI product code, registry entries, or something else? Does the 64-bit installation use the same product identification as Adobe Acrobat, even when the package is specifically Adobe Acrobat Reader? Is there a recommended way to install an olde

This is how they want people to “READ” and it’s called “READER”. HOW DO I READ?

Everyday mutliple times a day i am accused by Adobe for sharing my account, which I do not do, Anyone else getting bombarded with pop-up messages telling me:"Your Adobe account can be signed into two computers— but only used by you. If you're sharing with team members, ask your admin to purchase additional licenses. If you're sharing with family or friends, encourage them to buy their own plan." NO ONE ELSE IS USING MY ACCOUNT BUT ME! Everytime, there is a learn more, and i always hit the not helpful button with this message:"STOP WITH THE POPUPS IM NOT SHARING MY ACCOUNT. I SWITCH BETWEEN MULTIPLE COMPUTERS FROM HOME AND OFFICE. LEAVE ME ALONE. I OVERPAY ALREADY. EVERY TIME IT POPS UP I WILL REPORT IT. STOP IT." Anyone else getting spammed from Adobe asking for more money like this??? I mean I'm already a share holder(not by much but still) this is so annoying of Adobe to constantly accuse me of sharing.

I just reinstalled LRC 15.5  on iMac 27” 2019:sequoia 15.7.9, 64GB RAMI get the permissions problem which is normally resolved by granting full disk access, but this message is followed by several others each specifying the folder to which it cannot write; this despite full disk access being granted. Ive tried restarting as well. I don't dare use it in case the back ups might be corrupted. It DOES open though.Ive not had tis many messages before-whats going?  also when I try to access preferences I get another error message of the same ilk

I updated to InDesgin V20.0 on a Mac and no matter what tool I select, the cursor/mouse pointer arrow changes to a hand with index finger pointing (see image below). This is very confusing and hard to adapt to. I also can't tell what tool I'm using by looking at the pointer as it's always the hand icon. I'd like to switch it back to the former arrow pointer or the tool that's being used but can't figure out how. Anyone else having htis issue or figured out a workaround?    <Title renamed by MOD>

I work in the social-media tools niche and regularly deal with short-form content for platforms such as TikTok.For vertical videos, which Adobe workflow would you recommend for editing, adding captions, resizing, and exporting?I’m mainly looking for a workflow that keeps the video quality high while producing a reasonable file size for social-media uploads.Would Premiere Pro be enough for this, or would you recommend using another Adobe app alongside it?

I am new to Adobe After Effects. I saw a video and am trying to duplicate an animation effect they did. However, shortly into the video they select the pen tool, and then a little to the right in the toolbar, you can clearly see options for what I believe are "fill" (or color) and "stroke" before the rotobezier checkbox. (Yes I know, it's in Spanish, apologies.)However, in my toolbar when I click the pen, I don't get these same buttons/tools/whatever:I have tried messing around in menus, looking all over the place, but I cannot seem to figure this out - can anyone help me get those two options into my toolbar?

Me inscrevi para o teste grátis e no mesmo dia canceleiHoje me cobraram 55 reais, sendo que já está cancelado

Je veux annuler car c’est trop cher. Pouvez-vous supprimer les frais de résiliation ou me proposer une option moins chère sans nouvel engagement annuel ? puije mettre en pause mon abonnement ?

I need you to cancel the charge of the annual subscription since I don't have money to pay for it and this charge is not letting me use my Apple Store account for new app downloads that I need, I received 7 days of free trial and the last day I canceled so that I would not be charged but in the same way they charged me, I can't pay and then give me a refund because I don't have money right now
