Hello Adobe Stock Community, I need advice regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe Stock account was hacked, and at the same time my original Gmail account was also compromised. Because of this, I lost control of my Adobe account. After I recovered my Gmail and regained access, I contacted Adobe Support and explained that my Adobe account had been hacked. The Adobe Support agent told me to create a new Gmail address and create a new Adobe account. I followed the instructions given by Adobe Support. I created a new Gmail address and also provided genuine evidence proving my identity and explaining what had happened. However, my case was later closed. I was then told that there had been a Terms of Use violation and that I needed to submit an appeal. I submitted the appeal, but I have not received any response yet. I would like to ask other Adobe Stock contributors: How long did you have to wait for a response after submitting a Terms of Use appeal?Has anyone had their acco

I am being charged every month for an Adobe After Effects subscription, but I no longer have access to the Adobe account associated with the subscription. Adobe Charge Finder only shows a partially masked email address, and I may have entered the wrong email address or made a typo when I created the account several months ago.I have the invoice number and payment details for the subscription, but I am unable to contact a human support agent because I am currently logged into a different Adobe account that does not have an active subscription. How can I recover access to the correct account or cancel the subscription to stop the monthly charges?

Why is the size of my installer so large?

Could you please help check my subscription plan?I am using a corporate account, and Illustrator has been working normally without any "Expired" issues. However, Photoshop keeps suddenly showing as "Expired" every one or two months.Could someone please advise what might be causing this issue? I would appreciate any help in identifying the problem.Thank you.

Gracias

I was trying for trial, so they asked me to add my details after trial. They will deduct my money per month, but they immediately deducted my 349 rupees. which is not valid. I need my refund right now.

I’ve run into a billing issue; I cannot add a payment method to my account due to an unpaid Adobe subscription.

Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 + Photoshop 27.9.0 fails to transfer Develop adjustments from Fuji RAF and Sony ARW files through Edit In → Photoshop. Photoshop Beta 27.10 works correctly with the same Lightroom files and settings.

Hello,On 12 August 2026 I was charged an early termination fee of THB 6,291.07, on top of my regular monthly charge of THB 1,677.23. My account has two subscriptions: Creative Cloud Pro and Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month, both annual plans paid monthly.I did not realise that cancelling would trigger a fee of this size, and I did not intend to leave Adobe entirely — I was only trying to reduce my monthly cost. A fee of nearly THB 6,300 is a serious amount for me.What I would like instead:1. A refund of the early termination fee.2. To switch to the Creative Cloud Photography plan rather than cancel outright.3. To remove the Adobe Stock subscription, which I have not been using.I understand the termination fee is waived when a customer moves to another Creative Cloud plan instead of leaving, which is exactly what I am asking to do.I have tried to reach support through chat but the chat window will not open for me. The charge was taken yesterday, so I am well within the normal refund wind

I am truly flummoxed! I’m having major issues printing from Lightroom Classic and I’m wondering if it is due to the update to v15.5. It takes about 5 minutes to print one image. In addition, color is completely off now, and it was fine just a few weeks ago. I’m using a Mac, OS Tahoe version 26.6.1 … and that is a recent update as well (so is is double trouble?). I am printing using my Canon Pro-1100. I print on a variety of Red River papers, and use color profiles provided by Red River. Prior to the update things worked quite well. When I print from the Mac Preview app rather than Lightroom the colors are correct and it prints at a normal speed, which is why I’m thinking it might be a Lightroom issue.

LrC 15.4.1. MacOS 15.6.2  When LrC is opened for a longer period of time the upper tool bar locks up. I can't hide LrC or access any other tools. I've had to force quit LrC a few times.

I want to consolidate my individual Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat annual plans into a single Creative Cloud Pro subscription. Is that possible to do? if so, could you explain how?

Does adobe creative suite 5.5 work on Windows 11?

i can’t see the details on my adobe account on my browser. i’m trying to see my credit balance, but nothing load in there.

Every time I try to redeem them, the process never moves past this specific page.

I had a video in one of the pages of my portoflio that wasn’t functioning, I compressed the video’s size and now the video works, but when I hit “Update live site” and checked it everything on the main page is gone. There’s no thumbnails or clickable pages at all even though in the editor they’re all still there. I have no idea what caused this or how it’s possible for the editor and the live site to be completely different but that’s where I find myself

I am having a big problem with my website. The covers of my projects (Page Covers) are completely broken, overlapping, and stacked on top of each other when i post the site online.I have already tried everything to fix it: I changed the Theme (I am using Mercedes, but the bug happens on all themes). I created a completely new Collection page. I removed the page cover titles. I tried different browsers and incognito mode. Nothing works. The grid is still broken. It looks like a bug in a system error.Could someone help me fix this?

OK. Now I see what happened, so I’ll start over. I’m hoping that someone has an idea for a fix for this.Re: LRC 15.4.1Running painfully slow. A little history: I’ve been a Lightroom user for over 10 years, along the way Lightroom would bog down once in a while, but it always seemed to function good enough, until it became unacceptable. I was due for  a new system so in 2012 I purchased a new XPS8500. Things went well, but the day came where Lightroom slowed to a crawl again.
