Solved

After placing my video and audio files in the sequence, the software fails to sync audio as expected. When I press “synchronize,” the dialog box goes away and it’s as if I didn’t press it at all. There is no error message or even an attempt to sync. It just doesn’t. I am going to install an older version of premiere to see if that fixes it.

I have tried several times to send a document to be signed and the recipient does not receive the email notification at all. If I send a remibder, however, the e-sign will show up in their inbox within seconds. Why is this happening? It all started after we got our plan upgraded from personal accounts to business acounts. Thank you

The cursor has stopped, but the current clip has not automatically been selected. Previously in my work session it would have been automatically selected.

I‘m not sure how to address this error. For starters, I am editing a vlog and the footage was shot on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, in 4K 30. Typically I keep my transitions simple with dissolves and fades. However, this keep popping up: I understand that I could change the sequence settings to match 1080p, but, I have two concerns:I recently updated to the new version of Premiere. But, I never encountered this error before with the previous versions of Adobe Premiere. If I change my sequence settings to 1080 (though it was shot in 4K), wouldn’t this reduce my quality in some way?If anyone has any suggestions or solutions for me please let me know. Thank you! Note: OS - Mac

Hi, I’ve been trying to teach myself basic javascript to automate some PDFs at work and I’m stuck on a formatting issue that is not obvious to me at the moment. The code in the script editor is as:var WMS = this.getField("Water Meter Size").valueAsString;if (WMS==="") {event.rc=true;} else if (WMS==="1" Line 5/8" Meter") {event.value=75;} else if (WMS==="1" Line and Meter") {event.value=90;} else if (WMS==="1.5" Line and Meter") {event.value=125;} else if (WMS==="2" Line and Meter") {event.value=150;} else {event.value="";}Water Meter Size is a dropdown field with set strings. When I try to close the window with ‘OK’ I’m getting the error ‘SyntaxError: missing ) after condition 5: at line 6’. It’s not clear to me where the closing operator is intended to be.

I am trying to use the typewriter effect in Film Impact. It has all of a sudden stopped allowing me to apply it to the beginning of a clip. It will only appear at the end of the text, and the setting to adjust the alignment is greyed out. I’m using Premiere 26.3 on a Mac running Tahoe 26.5.2.

My Space Bar does not play/stop in Primere 2026.

my subscription should be canceled. I don’t know why I’m getting charged. I’m not even subscribed to it

I was told that “when an image is opened in LRC, sometimes Adobe automatically creates a mask” and I want to know if that is correct and if so how do I detect or search for these auto created masks?

Can I use a modified version of this Adobe Stock asset in a ebook/printed book?  I am doing a book about GLP-1 and modified this asset # 533705124 https://stock.adobe.com/images/human-body-full-body-illustration-set-transparent-background-solid-line-woman-front-side-back-medical-fashion-style/533705124?prev_url=detail I have read the usage rights, but I am unclear on the verdict.Attached is my modified version of this graphic. Also, the “tiled” square in the upper left of the image- what is that for?

Why does Adobe steal my money? I have ended my subscription and still a debit order comes off a card of mine that is not even loaded with Adobe. Wtf? Give me back my money. First Adobe robs everyone with subscription model with ridiculous monthly rates, then when I cancel they still take my money? This is purely criminal. Adobe has also been deducting an extra amount when I was still subscribed. Give me back my money and stop being so damn greedy. Not a happy customer btw.

Hello everyone. I need to sanitize a big file, 26k pages. I found out that my pc cannot handle it, so I tried to divide into small files of 10 pages and using guided action to sanitize every document in the new folder. The problem is this:every time Adobe sanitizes a new document it gives me a choice to save the file somewhere. Is there a way to fully automize this thing???I cannot sanitize heavier documents otherwise for some reason Adobe crashes. Help would be appreciated a lot.

I have a pdf form set up for employees to access from our internal site and complete as needed.  There are required date fields that the employee must complete before the form is sent for approval (signatures). The approvers consist of a committee, requiring a specific number of signatures but not all for approval.  Without assigning the signature fields to specific recipients, the signers would have to sign, save and then send to the next signer.  Because all don’t have to sign, that is not practical. The signature fields need to be assigned to specific approvers (signers).  This would allow each recipient to receive a notification each time a signature is added so they know if the approval is complete or if a signature is still required.I have figured out how to add recipients and assign signature fields to each recipient but I haven’t found a way to save those assigned fields to the blank pdf form and still allow employees to complete the data fields before it is sent for signatures (

Acrobat is yet again not retaining checkmarks as I check off comments.I work on gazillion-page government documents, so filtering out checked comments is absolutely vital. Why does this keep happening, and is there any way to make my comment checkmarks stay put? (Interestingly, I see similar posts going back 9 years…)

Hi,In April of this year we purchased the yearly plan for Acrobat.  Currently Adobe Acrobat is installed on Windows 11 Pro desktop & refuses to pickup the license that worked fine for almost four months as the purchase date is April 13th 2026.  We have followed all the basic troubleshooting steps, Login and log back out, Close all Adobe process & delete the contents of SLCache folder.  Even after performing a complete uninstall of both Acrobat & Creative Cloud, removing leftovers, it still does not sync the license data.  It appears as if the license data on Adobe’s servers disappeared, remember it worked fine for four months!  An important note, the only proof of paying for this license was the pdf under Billing--->Invoices. Under Billing--->Plans it was blank!  To continue working we paid for a monthly.  Is there a billing email address because I was unable to find one?   Some help would really be appreciated!  Thank you.

Is there any way to remove the sign in option on the top menu bar in Adobe Reader x64 or prevent users from logging in?I have tried all the usual reg keys but there appears to be no way to suppress or block this menu item.Whilst i have disabled the online services i would like to be able to go further and prevent users from even logging into an account via Adobe Reader.

My Lightroom cloud contains no photos, Adobe Express assets are empty, yet my account still shows 13.3 GB used out of 22 GB. Can you confirm what is consuming the storage on the backend?I mainly used LrC. Only use Lightroom to sync my mobile pictures to LrC. I delete ALL photos monthly since Ihave them backed up in my NAS.I had clicked the “Delete Lightroom Library” twice. Nothing happens.I chat with a representative two days ago. I got a case #. It was closed without resolution.HELP!

Hello everyone,My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated, and I submitted the appeal form. I later received Case Number: 00511411.It has now been 52 days, and although I have sent polite follow-up emails, I have not yet received a final update.Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If any Adobe Community Expert or moderator can provide guidance or check whether my case is still under review, I would greatly appreciate it.Thank you for your time.

I am working on a Hyperlapse in Lightroom Mobile on my iPad Pro and I have my main photo edited how I would like it to look so when I copied the settings and then pasted them to the next photo, the one with the pasted settings doesn't look as vibrant as the "main" photo. I made sure to select all the boxes on the settings page that I wanted to be pasted onto the next image or images and it just doesn't look like the original at all. What would be causing this to happen? I will say at first I noticed I everything checked except masking. So I checked that box then attempted another copy and paste thinking the masking being selected this time would fix that and it didn't really change anything. I saw very little difference. Thoughts?
