The 26.001.21745 update for Acrobat Reader was released on Jul 23, 2026 but the SCUP catalog does not mention it, nog even 6 days after the release. Is there an ETA for when we might be able to see an updated catalog to included the new update?  Also, if there are delays between releases and catalog updates, what are those delays typically and could you mention that on https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/DesktopDeployment/sccm.html?

after bridge updated to 16.0.6.9 and photoshop(27.8.0) started it completely remove all my custom actions

Hello!I'm using After Effects CC 2017, but I was using CC 2015 when the problem first appeared (tried to download a previous and a newer version, the problem persisted on both). Here is what happened: .I opened the project. I see the message "Refresh Disabled (Release Caps Lock to refresh the view)" with the black screen, but Caps Lock is ALREADY released. I didn't even pressed it in the first time..When the video is rendered, the message doesn't appears..If I change anything, like just move one layer a little, the message comes back..Any key I press make the message disappears.I tried to reset my configurations, with no success.Trying to finish a project but it's impossible this way. Any of you guys could help me? I'm using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) Sierra, 2,9 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB.Thanks!

I feel so complicated now. var d = app.activeDocument;var item = d.selection[0]; if (item.constructor.name == 'Rectangle' && 'TextFrame' == item.parent.parentTextFrames[0].constructor.name) { var curFrame = item.parent.parentTextFrames[0]; alert(curFrame); imgFitFrame(item, curFrame); }I feel so complicated now. When selecting an image, I want to get the text box where the image is located. But it's strange that when I select an image outside the box, there will be an error, and it should not have any response at this time.At this point, 'item. parent. parentTextFrames [0]' does not exist and prompts' illegal '. What should I do?

Hi everyone,I'm working with several PDF files that contain a lot of images, and the file sizes have become too large to share by email. What's the best way to compress a PDF in Adobe Acrobat while keeping the text clear and the images at good quality? Are there any recommended settings for balancing file size and readability?I'd appreciate any advice or best practices. Thanks!

Yesterday around 22:30 CET, my Illustrator 2025 (v29.8.9) on my MacBook M4 Max, Tahoe 26.5.2 Cloud Document suddenly corrupted while I was working. Most of my logos, packaging designs disappeared and the corrupted version synced automatically to Creative Cloud. I no longer have access to Version History in Illustrator. When I open the file in the browser (chrome), the file is bugging.. so no chance for a version history. The design had lots of effects and gradients. Lots of self-made logos.. Everything I was working for longer than a week is gone. I need to know if Adobe can restore the server-side revision of my Cloud Document from before 22:30. It’s a commercial work and my presentation for the file is this coming Friday. Please help me.

I am converting a large number of files (.ai and .psd) to .png. Within Photoshop, I can do this efficiently using automation tools. The only problem is that when I convert a tranche of files, I am noticing that the height and width of the first image in the batch is being imposed on the other images in that batch. Example: If the first image is 5 x 1 in, those dimensions are applied to every other image in that batch after conversion. Desired behavior is that each image should keep its original dimension. I understand how to do this when converting images one-by-one, but how can I prevent this when working in batches? Thank you.

I started a free trial for Adobe Audition through the website. I made an account, set up payment, etc. I got a confirmation email with the order number. I downloaded Creative Cloud and when I go to install Audition the only options I get are, “Free Trial” and “Buy”. There is no download or install option. If I click on “Free Trial” or “Buy” it tells me I already own it and prompts me to “Get Started”. This takes me back to the website where it asks if I’m an individual, student or business and more payment plans. No install options here either. I can get to a point where I can download Audition_Set-up, but this just takes me back to Creative Cloud where the loop starts over. Am I missing something?

Hi I am having trouble with the Digital Signature Block in Adobe Acrobat Pro. My goal is to create a field that shows the "Sign Here" flag in the upper-left corner, so that when a person clicks the box they are prompted to sign using secure Adobe e-sign with their password-protected Adobe ID credentials. I was able to add a Digital Signature Block field, however when I exit out of the Prepare a Form menu the field only displays as a regular text field. It allows me to enter text but it does not include the "Sign Here" flag and does not prompt me to sign using my Adobe password-protected credentials. I have followed the troubleshooting steps below. I have also read this related article in the Adobe Community (which appears to be the same problem) but the article does not help me resolve this issue.  Would greatly appreciate some assistance. The screenshots furher below show the field as I added it, the Properties settings for the field, and finally how the field appe

Problem: LrC 15.4.1 - Receive “Lightroom has encountered an issue updating AI edits” & “unable to backup catalog error” after migrating catalog from Windows 10 to Windows 11.  =============== Background: Problems started when I moved LrC catalog/workflow from a windows 10 machine to a windows 11 machine. Backed up entire C drive from W10 PC to external hard drive (included the then-used LrC catalog). Signed out of all adobe apps on old machine before doing a “fresh”/”clean” install of Windows 11 to C drive. Kept all jpg/raw originals on F Drive, which on second catalog import attempt, had no issues on Windows 11.  Migration Attempt 1 (Failed, Abandoned): After Windows 11 install, and LrC install, tried to open old catalog from Windows 10 and could not get it to boot properly. Tried to copy the Catalog from old Windows 10 C drive (external) to new Windows 11 C drive (internal) --- Alt+Open LrC and selecting the copied old catalog led to: missing files, missing edit info, and AI Edit

I accidentally purchased an Adobe subscription today. I would like to cancel it and request a full refund. I need to speak with a customer support agent.

Hello everyone,I want to create a script to reset the settings of the currently-selected brush to its saved defaults that I can later hotkey or whatever.- I tried finding the index of the currently-selected brush and selecting based on that, but I was not able to do that successfully.- I tried to write scripts for “Next Brush” and “Previous Brush” to call them in succession in the script, but I was also not able to do that (I don’t want to be sending their hotkeys as they can be mapped differently per user). Is there any way to achieve what I’m looking for?

I downloaded File #:  2017944258 as an .svg, only to open Illustrator and be met with a flattened, pixelated file. I did not receive a scalable file as expected. How do I get a credit refund, as well as report the image for improper file types? Thanks.

Hello, my old computer experienced a hardware failure and I cannot deactivate Photoshop CS6 and Illustrator CS6. I need to install it on my new machine, but I am getting an activation limit error. Since I do not have an active Creative Cloud subscription, the automated chat bot blocks me from reaching a human agent. Could an Adobe Employee please look into this and help me reset my activation count?

Can't paint an additive (white) brush on any masking layers (adjustment or generative fill). Subtractive painting works fine, but the additive painting is not working. Brush is pure white, normal blend mode, masking layer selected.

On an iPad Pro with CC, I've tried Rush, Premier, Lightroom. Can't anything export a single frame? A search says yes but results are negative.

Hi everyone,I am having an issue with my perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020. I am getting an "activation limit reached / too many active PCs" error message. When I try to open the version on my old computer to deactivate it, the software requires me to sign in first, but it will not let me complete the sign-in or deactivation process due to the activation lock.I have already contacted Adobe Customer Support directly, but they told me they could not help me because Acrobat 2020 has reached its End of Life. However, I legally own this perpetual lifetime license and simply need the activation counter reset so I can use the software I paid for on my machine.Could a community manager or Adobe staff member please look into my account and manually reset the activation count for my license?Thank you for your help.

Hi everyone,I have already submitted my W-8BEN form. I would like to know:Do I need to pay income tax in India on my Adobe Stock earnings? Should I report the gross earnings shown by Adobe, or only the amount actually received in my bank account after any deductions? If anyone from India has already filed taxes on Adobe Stock income, I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience.
