Solved

Hello, I recently started a trial with adobe and had canceled before I was charged for renewal of subscription. I was then charged a week after the fact and I am having an extremely hard time getting my refund. I need this resolved asap. Please and thank you

i've been trying to open up the emoji pannel and it doesn't seem be where it is for others in the edit panel. i alsso tried to find a keyboard shortcuts to find it but when i searched for it in key binding it did not exist. i'm using the latest version (25.2.1) and windows 11.

From https://firefly.adobe.com/video, I clicked on the “Edit video” button and it went to a page that said:Page not foundWe couldn't find the page you're looking for.

I applied and received a free 7 day trial for Acrobat to convert a PDF to a JPEG.  I cancelled the free trial period before the free period ended, yet I was charged on my bank account $35.00.  How do I receive a refund because I cancelled Order Number AB08230630856CS

I literally create hundreds of AutoCAD documents weekly that must be sent as a PDF attachment.Adobe's decision to make sending a link in an Outlook email as opposed to an attachment, the default action, is an absolutely horrible idea. The extra clicks wreak havoc with my workflow. So much so that if I can't change the default back to an attachment, I will ditch Acrobat completely, all 7 licenses & switch to Nitro.I need to find a way to change the default, please help.

Hello, 2 issues! The share button is currently missing in the top right hand of the tool bar in adobe acrobat.I am trying to share a document for people to comment on but the share feature is not there. The only option I have is to share by email. When I askt the AI assistant it says to select the share icon in the top right hand corner which I remember used to be there but is now not.  Luckily the AI links the share button so I can do it that way, but it is really annoying not just having the big share button I used to have. Another issue is that when I share, it then says the document is not available to add comments on. The AI help says to change the share settings but there is no where to change this!

Hello,I am wondering if I can scan a image right into a PDF document. I have a PDF form that I have a section that I need to scan a drivers license into a designated part of the form. Thank youExample

A user is running into an issue with Framemaker 11. Dialog boxes used during the print-to-pdf process (usually alerts about missing fonts, difficulty opening documents, etc.) will be placed in random z-indexed locations on the desktop meaning they will appear behind a variety of other open windowsPopups can even be hidden behind floating chapter windows within framemaker, which renders the book publishing process difficult because each print-to-pdf popup requires you to hunt for and accept the terms of the popup in order to continue with the export process. To make matters worse, using the windows tactic to hover over framemaker in the task bar does not seem to show popups as dependents of the program. I usually only see a list of free floating windows for each book chapterAre there any resources or plugins I can explore for fixing this? I have adobe extendscript experience with InDesign CC and I’m considering exploring this problem through that lens as a last resort. I just wanted to

Hi, It would be extremely helpful if one could set a font not only to metric and optical settings but also to AI. An AI that optimally balances character spacing would be very helpful, for example, in logo lettering. Best,C

I’m trying to import REST services from a ColdFusion 2023 server into ColdFusion API Manager. The same process works with other ColdFusion versions, but this error occurs: CFDiscoveryPortalServiceImpl - Error retrieving available REST services

Hello everyoneMac OS and latest LRCI messed up some file names and had to delete all the photo folders and restore them from a backup. Now I have constant issues starting LRC. It gets stuck at Reading Preferences and will not load. I uninstalled it (except preferences) and reinstalled it, and still have an issue. It looks like it did not install a new default catalog in my pictures folder, so I don’t know what the installation situation is. I did get in tonight once before un- and reinstalling, but when I exited, I could not get in again. I keep my Lightroom settings with the catalog.I really want to keep all the edits to all my photos, but do not care about other preferences as I assume I can reset them as needed. Any idea what I need to do?Uber frustrated…John

I appreciate the toggle in Acrobat to be able to turn off generative features. But some of us admins need the ability in Admin Console to turn off generative features across any/all apps for our users and prevent them from using them. Those of us who work for organizations like publishing companies may need to do this as a matter of legal compliance, not just disagreements about AI development philosophy. We need to make sure that our editors and designers are not accidentally plaigiarizing or accidentally using content that should remain internal and is not yet approved for publication. Other tech vendors such as Google have given us this ability to manage our users. Adobe, we need this for your products as well. This technology promises great power, but with great power comes great responsibility, as well. Please help us use and manage this technology responsibly.

When I go to update a review link in InDesign, I keep getting this error message "there was an error updating the artifact". After that, the link does not work for most people. I am signed in to Adobe. Everything is up-to-date.... But this issue still persists. Can Adobe please fix this issue? It's emarassing when I go to send the review link to my leaders and they just get an error message when they try opening it.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi All,I’ve been getting “Acrobat PDF file format is having difficulties. No error” all day.Restarted Illy, no go, restarted computer, no go. Deleted Illy prefs, restarted computer. Makes no difference. It was intermittent earlier today, now it’s every time I do a save, I have to do a save-as to get around it.Online research said delete prefs, I did, no difference.I see a lot of “Acrobat PDF file format is having difficulties. Bad parameter”  and variations, but none that say “No error” on the end…Frustrating rather than anything, at least I have a work around.I do have a lot of Adobe PDF Presets in Save Adobe Pdf dialog, but I have had those for a long time, and I’m currently only using the default [Illustrator Default].I did update to 30.6 24 days ago, no issues in the preceding 23...Any ideas? Thanks, Em.“difficulties. No error”

Hi all. I am trying to export a PNG file that is only one line of text with an outer shadow effect. No other layers or elements. Just the text with an effect. When I first created the file I tried a drop shadow. But when I exported it, I realized it didn’t look good and I continued working on it. However now every export looks like the version with the drop shadow despite all the changes I’ve made in the software. This has never happened before. The design exports fine as any other file type (PDF looks fine). But it has to be PNG because I need a transparent background. When I add additional lines of text they show up in the PNG, but the drop shadow never goes away.I’ve restarted my computer (MAC), uninstalled InDesign, reset preferences, I’ve even recreated the entire design from scratch using a new file name and the same image shows up whenever I export a PNG. I am losing my mind, please help.

Working in Indesign 2026 v 21.4. The drop shadow exported incorrectly from the settings for it. Onscreen it looked as it should, but once exported it shifted it dramatically. I tried adding in and changing the distance in the drop shadow settings but it always showed up the same, incorrectly. Anybody else experiencing something like that? This image is the onscreen, correct view, it is only supposed to add a slight shadow so it is set to 0 distance. This image is of the exported png file with the clearly incorrect rendering of the drop shadow where it is clearly offset and at a distance

I used to be able to use my purchased lightroom 6.  Havent used it in a while and now after asking to be logged in 20 times it does nothing. Now it locked me out as well.  I have my password, have my previous purchased serial number and entered that. It still wont work.  I dont want to update to the cloud and all of that.  Want to use the old version that I had access to and was fine with.  My mom passed away 2 days, ago. Wanted to update a few pics and add to her photo collage.  Login 20 times, put the serial number, it locks me out.  Try to contact customer support its a stupid AI bot that does nothing.  So much new technology and nothing works, cant even get an email from adobe as it says I dont have an active account, yet I am logged in and it shows my previous purchases.  Such crappy support I cant believe it.

Mac OSX Sequoia.Latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro Classic 2017. Canon Pixma IP4950 PrinterI have tried clean install, print as image, changing security settings, calling adobe customer support, new Mac profile. My startup drive is not acse-sensitive nor is it encryted.

I have multiple displays connected in laptop. Working with illustrator, it becomes a pain when I move and dock the illustrator to a second monitor and vice versa. The side panels closes (minimize) automatically and I have to re-expand them all the time. Yes there is a resolution different in both the monitors but still are above FHD resolution. Is there any way to fix, lock and have them be opened permanently?

I was charged on July 18 and canceled my subscription on July 19. I purchased through Google play store. Acrobat told me that they cannot see any subscription under my email. I only have 1 email. Now, I talked to one of the supervisor and he advised me that this case will be transferred to backend team. Is it possible that I will be refunded? Same case here?
