Solved

As mention in a post yesterday I have an issue with Photoshop not opening files from Lightroom, I get a Disk Error message every time. I’ve run First Aid on all my disks and all appear fine. None of the things I’ve tried, or have been suggested to me, have fixed this. The final option suggested is to uninstall and reinstall, however there lies another problem. As instructed I opened Adobe Desktop and went to my apps. The step is to click More Options with the three dots … but the only item in the list, as you’ll see from the screenshot, is to add the mobile app. No ‘uninstall’. The same is true for Lightroom. Is there another way around this or do I have to uninstall through my Finder - Applications?

I am trying to add the latest version (27) to my Explorer context menu.  Right now it only shows older versions and I have to go the Creative Cloud to startup V27.   I tried to “Add a New Program” but I can’t find the executable in the normal places (C:\Program Files) -- just the older ones.  I am googling and finding only out-of-date info.I think all I need is the file location of the V27 executable unless there is an easier way.  My end goal is to make it so double clicking on the .jpg file puts me into the latest version rather an old one.

Let's say I want to make an 800-pixel jpeg from a DNG file. I have created an export User Preset that sends this file to a subfolder titled 800. However, the export process creates two files: one that sits in the original folder, and one that properly goes to the 800 folder. Is there a way to prevent this duplication? I don't remember this being the case, a few months ago. (I was away from Lightoom CC for a while). I'd rather not have JPEGS (for instance) in my folder of DNG files. Mac Mini M4 Sequoia 15.5. Thanks for any help.

As per snapshot, I have only one machine activated with my adobe account, and I cannot actiavte my current one. I cannot see how many devices I have currently activated (some may be old ebooks). How can I know how many and which devices do I have activated? Or in worst case, is it possble to reset all of them? I will activate only the ones currently in use.

I just tried to install Bridge on my new Surface Pro 11, which uses a Snapdragon ARM processor. While Photoshop works, Bridge would not install as the error message said a version of Bridge is not available for this processor. Does anyone know if Adobe plans to deliver a version of Bridge that works with the Snapdragon processor?  Thanks

Can anyone running Photoshop 2026 v27.8 (Release) on macOS please test the following?Create a new Action. Click Record. Choose File → Export → Export As... Stop recording.Does Photoshop record an "Export As" step in the Action, or is no step recorded? On my system, the recorder is active (red Record button is on), but no Action step is created for Export As.Other actions (for example, creating a new layer or placing an embedded file) record correctly, so the Actions recorder itself appears to be working.I'm simply trying to determine whether this is:expected behaviour, a limitation of Export As, a Photoshop 2026 v27.8 issue, or something specific to my installation.I'd appreciate it if anyone running the same version could try this quick test and report the result.

While playing around with the format of the toolbar, I accidentally changed the layout into a two-column format with all of the tool groups expanded within those two columns. For instance: the Pen, Add Anchor Point, Delete Anchor Point, and the Anchor Point tools were in a box within that column (NOT A FLYOUT BOX), so I didn’t have to click/hold on the pen tool to expand that group to select one of those tools. They were already displayed within those two columns. As were all of the tool groups. However, that layout disappeared after closing Illustrator and opening it again. I cannot remember how I arrived at that layout. Can anyone show me how to recreate that?

Hello guys! I want a refund for my latest charge for the product as I am not using it for some time already

I had a 7-day free trial of Photoshop in my personal Adobe account, and am being given the option to extend it another week or cancel it. When I try to do either, be it in my laptop or phone web browsers, I get an error message that pops up in red and says, “an error occurred. Please try again”. So now I’m going to be charged for a year of Adobe against my will because it won’t let me cancel. I would’ve liked another week on my trial but it gives the same error for that too.  I’ve tried using a different browser, incognito mode, clearing cache, and nothing works. I’ve been asking and trying all day and I don’t want to be charged

I want to cancel my subscription to AI Assistant for Acrobat. I don’t want to renew the payment method and don’t want the subscription to be renewed.

I have an Adobe Acrobat reader account. Since yesterday I cannot open any of my pdf’s documents in file Explorer.  I have windows and using Chrome as my browser.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times, with no luck.  Support is useless as I seem to chat with a bot.  I am not interested in editing etc any pdf files, all what i want to is print. I have a small business where I do designs using Canva and I need to send these design to my printer for various applications. No matter what i do it tells me I have seven day free trial.  WHAT IS THE ISSUE.

I'm having trouble with Lightroom 9.0 and 9.1 on my Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro. The app freezes during use, while versions 8.5.1 and earlier work fine. System details: Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro Processor: 14-core GPU: 20-core RAM: 64 GB unified memory Storage: 1 TB SSD macOS: latest update Tested Lightroom Classic versions: 8.5.1 (stable), 9.0 (crashes), 9.1 (crashes) Is there anything I can do about this? Are there any solutions?   Best regards,Marek

In Elements 2026, using Process multiple files from the File menu and specifying rename files and convert files to jpg, I get the error message "You must specify an extension for the output file(s). The only way to get round this is to specify Extension in the 2nd box of the Rename section but if I do that then the other options in the 2nd box can't be used. So, for example, I can't rename my output files to "MyNewName + 1 digit serial number". I also have Elements 2020 and there isn't this issue because the output file extension is derived from the "Convert Files to" field.

I was using a phone to edit and document and while I was trying to save it, I accidentally tap the subscribe button to save. I have requested for a refund as I do not use Abode on the phone at all. But I have been made to jump 500 ropes, because this subscription was through Google Play. Google Play says the developer should refund, the developer Adobe says Google Play should refund. Ultimately they both do not want to refund.

Hello everyone, tell me how to tilt the frame crop, how to change the frame crop angle in the properties?I want to make the effect of two frames on one screen with a slanted frame border

I install extensions in two ways—either through ZXP or by simply dropping the folder into C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions. But sometimes Premiere just doesn't recognize the extensions. Right now, I wanted to install Linkup Suite!  I downloaded it from the official website, but Premiere doesn't recognize it! It’s a good thing this is the free version—but what if I had bought this extension? How can I get Premiere to recognize the extension?

My experience with the "New" Acrobat DC experience has been nightmarish so far. I'm genuinely baffled by this "update." I've used Acrobat almost daily for a combination of creating/editing and reading PDFs. The reading experience in the "New" Acrobat experience is either sub-par or poorly documented. The PDFs I deal with feature a lot of intra-document hyperlinks. "Previous View" and "Next View" are now available only as clumsy walking menu options. After clicking a hyperlink in a document, it takes a punishing four clicks to return to the "previous view." The ability to add "previous view" and "next view" buttons to the page navigation tools (now on the right of the screen or in the "floating toolbar" that appears in "Read Mode") is inexplicably gone. Reading PDFs featuring hyperlinks is painful. In the View/Show-Hide/Side Panels menu, there are permanent checkmarks next to "Bookmarks" and various other panes. These checkmarks are present whether these panes are currently

Sorry but this is ridiculous why is there no email to contact. I’m trying to cancel my free trial but they’ve tried to take payment from an empty bank account so now it won’t let me and it keeps on trying so I can’t add any money into my account otherwise they’ll take it.

Dear Adobe Support Team,I attempted to cancel an unintentionally activated subscription about one month ago, around June 17, 2026. However, I was unexpectedly charged $6.99 today.I am unsure why the subscription remained active, as I did not use Adobe at all during the past month and had no intention of continuing to subscribe. As soon as I noticed the charge, I cancelled the subscription again immediately.Could you please confirm that my account is now completely free from all Adobe subscriptions and that no further charges will be made?I would also kindly request a refund of the $6.99 charge, as I did not use the service and did not intend to renew the subscription. I may have misunderstood some of the cancellation information due to my limited English, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion.Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.Best regards,Linh Dan

Hello, I need some assistance with Making my own plugin for Illustrator. I have been following the documentation and have my folder set up as below, I am able to sign and create the ZXP file via powershell, but when i go to install via ZXPinstaller or extension manager, i get an error “failed to install, status = -410! ” This error seems to point to an issue with the file structure when signing the ZXP, but I’m pretty sure I’m doing it correctly. My plugin is a tool that allows the user to Select a number of points or a line and generate an Elepse that best fits them. The signing code:.\ZXPSignCmd.exe -sign "C:\Users\name\Downloads\com.atsuji.ellipsefit.panel" "C:\Users\name\Downloads\EllipseFitPanel.zxp" "C:\Users\name\Downloads\cert.p12" PasswordFile structure: Any assistance on this would be awesome. I attempted to previously make this as a ZSX script, but ran into limitations with what i could do due to incompatibility around the numeric.js file.I suspect tits an issue with the Man

Hi,I just downloaded the app. I wanted to activate the 7day trial but paid 1 month by mistake. I would like to get a refund.thanks

When I edit a session for a client, I usually do it from my computer. I wanted to store the files to cloud documents as well just until I finish that session. Then I would remove from cloud and back up with my usual 3,2,1. However when I choose "Save As" and back it up to my computer, the option to save to cloud is greyed out. Is it possible to save my work to my computer and cloud documents as well? These are JPEG files. Working on PS latest version on a MAC

A friend has it dull down for both Adobe RGB and also ‘Dont colour manage’, double trouble
