I purchased a one-off lifetime subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in 2016 and it allows me to put the program on 4 separate devices. When I log in to my Adobe account, I cannot see my product there in order to change the devices I have instaled the program on and when I called Adobe they say they do not support my product any more. I have installed the product on an old laptop that I no longer have, so I cannot physically uninstall it on that device. I want to puit in on my new laptop but when I try, I am told that the program is already on 4 separate devices. How can I now alter the device list for my product and free up 1 device so I can install it on my new laptop??

I canceled my subscription on your service in first day after payment, I'm not used your service even one day and did not take warning from Adobe before you take my money. Give me back my money!

Hi I cancelled this plan before the trial ended and it’s still trying to charge me can you please make sure it does not get pulled tomorrow I need to pay my rent I did the trial and I double checked and I did cancel it so I don’t know why I’m getting charged still. Thank you. Shanel Bird

We rarely have had to use the accessibility feature for PDFs, but one client downloaded a very professional company report on labor market data, and was scandalized by the insane hallucinations that the AI screen reader was telling her were on the page: nude figures (see pic), charts on gay sex, and other completely unacceptable content for a company like ours. This is the kind of disastrous AI fail that can destroy our company’s reputation—through no fault of our own. If Adobe’s AI *must* create some kind of auto description for the screen reader, a simple “black and white image” or “chart” would suffice—instead of “Image of a nude figure,” or “Chart about HIV infections.”What the actual heck. These charts and images bear zero resemblance to these descriptions, and those words appear NOWHERE in the entire document. Not OK. Yes, we can manually update the descriptions, but they shouldn’t have appeared in the first place. Adobe needs to fix this ASAP—or expect lawsuits to start rolling

Products: Photoshop 27.8.0, Bridge 16.0.5, Adobe Camera Raw 18.4.1.2647Hardware: Mac Mini M4 Pro with 24 GB, Apple Studio Display XDROS: macOS “Tahoe” 26.5.2Symptoms: Frequent kernel panics while editing RAW files from Nikon Z8 and iPhone 16 Pro Max.Sometimes I can work through several files without trouble. Then I load a new file in ACR, make some adjustments, and it crashes. This has happened when touching several different sliders and controls. There is no obvious or repeatable pattern to the panics. I am mostly editing in HDR mode, with working space HDR P3 or Rec. 2020. These are not complex edits - usually just a few moves for exposure, shadows, clarity, cropping, etc.Files are located in local storage (internal SSD of Mac), or external storage (Crucial x9 Pro SSD).Files are opened via Bridge, or directly from Finder.I have tried disabling GPU, purging cache, restarting the Mac, reinstalling Photoshop.Attached is a crash dump.

Photoshop 27.7.0 on macOS.Generative Remove consistently fails after waiting ~1–2 minutes and falls back to non-generative remove.Generative Fill and Expand work.Creative Cloud and Photoshop were completely reinstalled using the Cleaner Tool.Firewall disabled.DNS is Cloudflare/Google.The issue disappears when using an iPhone hotspot on the same Mac and Adobe account. It fails only on one Wi-Fi network.Could you check the backend logs for failed Firefly requests on my account and determine whether a specific Firefly endpoint is failing?

I wanted to sign a document using the sign/signature tool but for whatever reason, I ended creating a digital signature by mistake now I can't send the email without attaching a private key. I needed to remove this ASAP.  Adobe Reader doesn't allow me to remove the certificate. i.e clicking on the "Remove Id" does nothing.  SOLUTION:  1. Open Keychain on your mac "search 'keychain' in Spotlight (The magnifying glass icon on the top right of your screen) or Go to >Applications>Utilities>Keychain.app2. Find the culprit certificate in the list3. Take a back of the key in case something goes wrong by exporting the certificate.4. >>> Delete5. Restart the Mail app and also the Adobe Reader app. Sorted 🙂

I need to record a new action in Photoshop 27.7 and when I find it, it is grayed out. How can I record a new action in 27.7. For the record, it appears to me that Adobe has dumbed down the actions panel in favor of amateurs. Thanks to those who know more than me,Joe

Windows 11Lightroom 15.4.1I have recently enabled ‘Automatically write changes into sidecar files (XMP/ACR)”  - mainly as a safety net in leu of other issues, but that is not relevant here.It took a while for LR to complete the saving of all metadata files - probably 12 hours (259K files in the catalog).I just loaded LR, edited one image in PS and saved. It appeared in LR and then I clicked CLOSE on LR. It warned me that Metadata processing was still busy. I checked the status and 843 files are being processed. The folder I have open only has 744 images.I used Resource Monitor to check what files lightroom.exe was accessing - and it is lots of MP4/MOV/AVI files ... in folders unrelated to the folder I was viewing at the time.I have repeated this and seem similar activity each time. It’s not a problem - but i wonder why it needs to scan video files at all?   and why it does this regardless of the images I am working on.

I’ve been regularly compiling short video clips into approx. 10 min videos using Premiere Elements 2025 (and ver 2022 before that).  The source of the clips is varied, typically from trail cameras (1080 x 1920 @ 30fps or 1296 x 2304 @ 20fps ), occasionally from a pixel phone (sometimes 1080 @ 30fps, sometimes 4k @ 60fps), a Nikon Z8 (4k @60fps).I normally drop in a 1080 x 1920 @ 30fps clip to set the sequence setting before dragging in the remaining clips.  I usually output to 1080 or 720 at 30fps.  Been doing this for years without issue.  Something has changed.  Starting a few days ago numerous, but not all, clips are very blurry in the preview window.  Rendering does not help.  If I export, the blur remains as in preview. Premiere 2025, Win 11, Dell 3030, NIVIDA GeForce RTX 3050Adding a single clip usually results in a clear preview, adding multiple clips results in numerous blurry clips but not all from the same camera or same settings (properties).  Interestingly, sometimes a blur

Our computer broke and we needed to purchase a new computer.  I still have the disc and the serial number for the CS5 which works perfectly well for the needs of our almost retired marketing company.  I cannot access any other computer as it is completely broken.  I would like to activate the program on my new computer.

Hello,  Im trying to open in after effects 24.6.2 a file from 24,0 but I´m getting the following error message. Is there any chance that I can open? I have the same problem with all files. Thanks!

Is there a way to expand your selection in Fresco? When I select my pencil layer with the magic wand, in PS, I usually expand the selection so the colour on the layer beneath it goes right under the pencil line but I can't seem to do this in Fresco which makes life harder! I know you can transform/scale it but it doesn't work the same way as expanding outwards.Am I missing something as I'm new to Fresco or is it not possible? Thanks in advance!

I will withdraw my earning 4/29/25.  But still pending.  Please let me know when i received my payment

I'm unable to log in and print PDF files using account A, but other file formats print normally. However, other accounts can print PDF files on the same computer. Could you please tell me what settings in Adobe Reader are causing this? Thank you.(pdf file can not normally sent to printer in one account, but the ohter account in the same computer is normally)

I saw in another discussion that Magic Wand tool had been removed from Photoshop Web - is it missing in Photoshop CC now with the recent update as well? Running version 26.8.1. Please explain to me how to quickly selected the transparent outer edges of an image that has had rotation a few degrees applied in Lightroom and I need to fill the edges outside the original image with content aware fill (a situation quite common when doing small corrections to perspective or rotations when there is not enough cropping margins in the original image).  Lightroom is still in 2025 for all its AI magic tools still lacking the ability to automatically fill the edges itself, even though mobile tools like Google SnapSeed has had this for years, so I need to spend time in Photoshop with this. The Magic Wand was an instant one-click in Photoshop to select the transparent outer edges. It's now been replaced by an Object selection tool, that doesn't recognize the transparent outer edge

Small business. Multiple users across different sites. I am the business owner. I’d like to upgrade my current single user subscription to a multiple users license.

Why is Adobe charging me $19.99 when my plan is $10.99? This has happened before, so I've cancelled.

cannot seem to download a new copy and install it

I'm used to working on Avid systems where the length of the timeline is determined by the last asset in the timeline, where it ends. I'm editing commercials and don't need or want a 10 minute timeline. Does anyone know how to change the duration of the timeline, like you can in After Effects? I've tried everything I can think of and It seems like it is not possible.... Thanks!

Ive replaced my printer, and since installing, all my PDFs only print in colour, when greyscale is picked.Ive uninstalled the printer and Adobe Acrobat and reinstalled, and no changes.  The print preview stays in colour as well.  Im running Windows 11.Ive contacted Canon, and they seem to think its Adobe that isnt working properly, because when I open a PDF in Chrome or Edge, or even try printing anything else, greyscale works. Was on with a tech from Adobe this morning, but still not working.Tried several other trouble shooting I can find online, but still not working.

Will Adobe Aldine and Adobe Kis be made available for purchase and download for use in applications other than Adobe applications (eg, MS Word)? Is there currently a way to do so? Thanks!
