I am writing to request clarification and reimbursement regarding an issue with my subscription. Although I cancelled my Adobe plan earlier this year, I have continued to be charged for three consecutive months: April, May, and June. The total amount charged is €24.36I would also like to highlight that I did not use the service during this period. If you check your records, you will see that there has been no activity on my account since the cancellation.I kindly ask you to review my account, confirm the cancellation date, and process a reimbursement for the incorrect charges. Please also ensure that no further payments are taken. If you need any additional information from me to resolve this matter, I will be happy to provide it.

Hello! I am running into some issues with the audio channels in multicam clips when I bring them into a timeline. I have 4 cameras with scratch audio and external audio with 5 channels that I’m bringing into a multicam. I want to be able to see all of the audio channels from the cameras and external audio in the timeline when I bring in the multicam clip. My process has been selecting all the clips > right click > create multi-camera source sequence > make sure All Cameras and Automatic are selected in the audio section. Then when I cmd click into the multicam, everything looks normal. I want to make sure the audio track layout I see when I click into this multicam remains the same when I bring it into a timeline. I right click on the multicam in the project window and Modify > Audio Channels and set to mono with the amount of tracks in the multicam and make sure each track is checked matching the correct channel. Then I bring the multicam clip into a Stereo sequence with “

I currently have one active Contributor account where I have been uploading mixed content across various categories. Going forward, I want to focus exclusively on a single niche (backgrounds/abstract images and videos) and would like to manage this separately from my existing mixed-content portfolio for better organization and tracking. Could you please let me know if I'm permitted to create a second Contributor account for this purpose, given Adobe's updated policy (effective March 25, 2025) that requires approval for multiple accounts?

I only have one device.  Support had me uninstall and reinstall, that didn’t work.  There are no devices listed in my account (I have a legacy version of Adobe Acrobat that is not a subscripton).  They then told me to come to this community and “an expert would help me fix it.”  Can anyone help?

Hello,I am using Adobe Acrobat DC for Mac and need to reverse the page order of a PDF file that contains over 300 pages. Currently, the first page is numbered 300 and the last page is numbered 1, but I want the first page to become number 1 and the last page to become number 300.Given the high number of pages, I need an automatic solution to completely reverse the order, not a manual page-by-page rearrangement which would be too time-consuming and impractical.Could you please indicate the correct procedure to perform this operation automatically with Adobe Acrobat? Is there a specific function to reverse the order of all pages simultaneously?Thank you for your support.

I have this recurring problem with Photoshop, and possibly with the other CS applications too. Whenever I disconnect my 27-inch LG UltraFine 5K, Photoshop's window ends up being too large to show its grab-able title bar. I have not been able to figure how to solve this problem. It happens all the time, unless you purposely move Photoshop to the smaller MacBook monitor and resize it before quitting the application. No zooming or toolbar reset or anything else will reset the window to its proper window boundaries.Anyone have any ideas?

Se queda trabajando en segundo plano y luego no se abre, he de forzar el cierre de la tarea a traves del Administrador de tareas para volver a abrirlo. ¿Como lo soluciono? Gracias

I cannot get my lightroom to open.I first noticed an issue when Lightroom Classic was not resuming at the previous pictures but returned  to a picture edited some days ago, however in other respects everything seemed to be working.  This may have started after the last update. It first failed to load after I had done a backup. I tried loading this backup and then a previous one but kept getting corupt catalogue message.I eventually got a backup from June 5th to load, though the catalouge had to be updated to the new format before appearing to open and operate correctly.  However on closing the program it would not open again.Since then I have reset preferences and reinstalled lightroom from the adobe creative cloud app, all without any change.Today I launched the reinstalled Lightroom with a new empty catalogue and imported an old catalogue (over 500000 pictures). It took some hours but after it loaded photos and then loaded masks it did open and appeared to function correctly. However,

I have submitted an AI generated video called “High-speed FPV drone shot over Seine River and illuminated Eiffel Tower at night, Paris — vertical ascent to bird's eye aerial panorama of Trocadéro and glowing city skyline”. I’d love to understand the reason(s) behind the “intellectual property refusal”, also because a very similar video (https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/id/2044471091) I have submitted in the same tranche (the only difference was that it is set by day) was accepted. downscaled video here, for your considerations → https://cesd001xaojfa.creativenergy.it/Drone_flythrough_Eiffel_Tower_area_night_1.mp4 If something is wrong with it, shouldn’t be both be refused for the same reason(s)?No logos or trademarked things seems to appear in it.If the “city skyline” is the problem, wouldn’t be better asking for a fix of title / keywords?Kind regards

Hi everyone,Since I’ve been editing my latest project, I’ve run into some severe playback issues that are making the process unbearable. Here's the problem:When I try to play my timeline after adding illustrations and effects, the playback behaves erratically:Pressing the spacebar doesn’t immediately play the video. When it does play, pressing spacebar again doesn’t pause it—it just keeps going for 5 seconds and then pauses.Everything feels delayed and out of sync.I’ve tried everything I can think of to fix this, but the issue persists. Here’s what I’ve already done:Updated my GPU drivers.Reset Premiere Pro preferences.Cleared the media cache.Imported a portion of the project into a new timeline to isolate the problem. Here are my system specs and setup:GPU: RTX 4060CPU: i5 13500HRAM: 16GB (Premiere uses about 13GB during editing)Storage: All media is stored on an HDD (I suspect this might be part of the issue).Premiere Pro Version: 2025 (v25.0). I can’t downgrade to 2024 due to the proj

I’m trying to renew. I checked my Apple subscription. Apparently it says it’s been canceled since December 6, but I’ve been using it. No problem. I had no idea. There was a failure to renew. I tried logging out. I tried signing back in. I tried processing a new subscription. But I don’t understand what’s going on

Alguém pode me salvar?Obrigado

I am trying to drop in an animated title card a designer sent me on a transparent background, but for some reason it doesn’t seem to show up in the playback window or when I export the video from the timeline.  The animation plays perfectly in the preview window, but when I drag it into the timeline, it’s shows up as a rectangle on the timeline but seemingly is transparent or isn’t there at all. I’ve tried rendering it any number of ways (render & replace, render in to out, render selection) to no avail.Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I have numbers, 1 through 10 that I want to have the same x axis and y axis. Is there a way to copy and paste the axis points to all the numbers instead of me having to do it manually?

I can't find the line spacing control to change from single spacing to double. Can someone tell me where it is?   ***** Title renamed by Moderator "VS" *****

On the Premiere Pro mobile app when I import video "Files" from a NAS on my phone, does it copy the media to the device or link to the media?  When sending to Deaktop (Beta) it says it copies the media also but this is unclear what the app is doing in the background when you import media.

I was using Lightroom Classic, hovered over the Adaptive:Sky drop down menu and it crashed. When I re opened it had reset itself to Default, every menu had to be reopened and it will not allow me to save an image as a jpg, I only get jpeg2000 and jpeg XL in the menu, I do not have any unflattened layers.

I followed the steps to cancel my subscription after my annual plan automatically renewed today. I am within the 14-day full refund window, but I have not been given the option to get my refund, as my account is showing my subscription expiry as 11 July 2027. I cannot find another way to contact you as the phone lines keep cutting me off.  I am requesting a full refund within my 14-day cancellation window under UK consumer rights. Please can you confirm this is being processed?

i cancelled my adobe priemer pro subscription in the same day i made it and I didn't receive my refund. why?

How can I get rid of the horrible 'AI Assisitant' ? I hate, hate, hate, hate eeverything about it. I hate the popups that constantly get in my way every time I open a new PDF, I hate the way it dramatically slows down the application every time I want to just search for something, and I hate that way that it doesn't work at all or provide any value of any form. I just want it gone and never, ever, ever, ever, under any circumstances want it to be there getting in the way of every simple thing I want to do.  Please, please, please, please: how can I make it just go away? I just want to open and look at a PDF for heavens sake, I don't need any of this AI nonsense.-Ed May
