PDFs we’re exporting from InDesign have tables with various colors and shades.More than one person at our client are seeing and marking the white space between only these two colors as missing. They are on Macs. On the 4 PCs I’ve checked in my operation they all show as you see the first picture below. I asked them to zoom in to check it and was specific about not just using the iOS zoom and using Acrobat’s zoom, and it is still missing. The 2nd picture is below is a screen shot sent by them at 300% zoom! I am completely stumped.Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks for any help,Ken

Hello,I’m experiencing a strange behavior in InDesign that I didn’t have before. When I select multiple images and try to drag the selection, InDesign moves only one image instead of moving all selected images together. I would like to move the entire selection as a group. You can see the issue in the attached video.I’m using InDesign 21.4 on macOS Tahoe 26.3. Is this the default behavior in recent InDesign updates, or is there a setting that could cause this? Does anyone know how to fix it?Thanks!

I have sent you three messages on the automated form and I still haven't been messaged back or given a refund. Please do so. R509.99  The email with which the payment was made: [P.I removed by Moderator]The email used to create account: [P.I removed by Moderator]

Hey everyone,I’ve been using Lightroom Classic for years, and until recently, batch processing from the Library module worked perfectly. I could select a bunch of photos, apply a user preset, an AI update, or auto tone control, and all of them would update at once. But since a recent update, something’s broken. Now, when I select multiple photos in the Library module and try to apply any batch action (whether it’s a preset, AI enhancement, tone correction, anything) only the first photo in the selection gets updated. The rest are just ignored. It’s like Lightroom forgets I selected more than one image.I’ve tried the usual workarounds, like manual sync in the Develop module or copy-pasting settings, but those don’t solve my problem. Manual sync doesn’t support AI updates or auto tone in the same way, and copy-pasting is just too slow when I’m working with hundreds of photos. I need true batch processing, the way it used to work, directly from the Library module. This is a huge issue for m

As soon as I opened the App, a message popped up to say that the App unexpectedly quit. I uninstalled Adobe Scan App and reinstalled the latest version of the App from Apple App Store. I restarted my iphone after reinstalling the Adobe Scan App. The same problem still exists. I have a paid subscription and there’s sufficient storage in the account. Please help to resolve the issues to enable full functionality of the Adobe Scan App. I attach the screenshot of the error page. Below is also further information for consideration:Adobe Scan App version: 26.06.25IOS version: 26.5.2

I've seen this issue all over the internet when I've searched for an answer. And it looks like it has been around for years. The only solution I've seen is to close the window pane in Windows. But what about for Mac users?I just bought a new macbook pro. I had a 2011 macbook pro previously, with Acrobat Pro X. I backed up my computer in time machine, started up the new computer, and restored the old computer's data to the new one. Everything is the same and works fine except that I cannot save PDFs when I edit them. The only workaround I've found is to open a new folder, which  I can "save as" to the new location, but then I can't save future edits there unless I send them to yet another new folder. The error message is: "The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."This is driving me crazy. Someone please help.

I have several users this is happening to: Acrobat is uninstalling itself from the Creative Cloud app.Troubleshooting we’ve done: uninstalled Creative Cloud, rebooted, reinstalled Creative Cloud app, reinstalled Acrobat. Confirmed there is no other version of Acrobat installed (not Reader, not the standalone perpetual licenses like 2020 or 2015). Confirmed their licenses are good in the admin console. We do run SCCM with Software Center but the only thing in Software Center is Acrobat Reader which again is not installed on these affected computers. The only other thread I found about this problem says it was a “global” issue that resolved itself so I’m hoping someone else can chime in if they’re having the same issue.

Onscreen display in Library module (Loupe view) doesn’t update. That is, if I move highlight from one image to another, the “metadata” panel info does not change. Or, if I change the color or rating of an image, it doesn’t change onscreen. The behavior typically doesn’t begin until LR has been running for at least 10 minutes and it doesn’t end until I restart the program (occasionally it has been fixed by switching to a different module and switching back, but usually that has no effect). This issue has been bothering me since LR version 13 and now persists in 15.4.1. Details: Mac Mini M4 pro running Tahoe 26.5.1. Have tried turning off graphics processor support; no effect. Tried resetting preferences; no effect. Tried disabling all plugins; no effect. Tried removing and reinstalling LR Classic; no effect. What else might it be?

I have already explained the problem. The video made from a photo did not use the faces of the people in the phot making the output unusable

How can I remove the grey background so can print on a black shirt

All the field are complete except what keeps starting over on the form which is the signatures and initials.  Once I finish it starts over with those fields.  They are complete.  Any idea for someone not tech savvy. But I thought I aleast had this. Its always worked previously.

Hi Adobe, I am a Bangladeshi Video Editor.I want to buy Adobe subscription for whole year and keep repeating till i stop editing but do you know what is the issue i can’t a suitable adobe official pricing like Indians. Considering our country status the ideal pricing should be from 700BDT - 1500 BDT. I know you have official resellers but they charge from 5000BDT - 15000BDT per month which is almost equivalent to USA pricingSo, I am one of the millions of Editors from Bangladesh requesting Adobe to add Bangladesh as a region. As if we can buy this at a low price like in India. This is No brainer, millions want to pay but they don’t access to the right channel thus leading it to crack software use.  HM MirazVideo EditorDhaka, Bangladesh

How to make a script that changes one font to another in all styles (over 100 styles) in large catalogue file. Has anyone made such a script and would be so kind to share it?

Hi, one of our colleagues is on holiday and has created an automated daily reminder for signatures to an external Site. The Site asks us to turn off the reminders as they will not sign electronically. Is there any chance we can cancel the agreement in AdobeSign although we haven't created it and have no access to our colleagues AdobeSign account? I approved the document in AdobeSign and have it in a folder but cannot cancel it. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello! I can’t find dynamic stroke menu in my brush settings. As an example I selected Dirt 1 brush. I remember it was present in the Alpha section of the brush settings. I am using Substance Painter 12.1.0

I have found a folder within my Lightroom catalogue called originals taking up a fair bit of room, they are also showing all new uploaded photos in my ‘recents’ on the laptop .. while editing do these NEED to be kept, if they are deleted will the files themselves be deleted, I of course have the raws on a hard drive but wanted to know if deleting these would cause an issue during the editing process? Pic of folder below . When I delete them from that folder, the moment I edit them they pop back into that same original folder again?

Please, how can I terminate my subscription? I tried using the trial and I want to terminate it, since it has come to an end

Buenas tardes, cancelé la prueba gratuita un día antes, sin embargo me llegó un correo indicando que se me hizo un cobro, quisiera un reembolso de ambos planes por favor.

Hello,I have had a monthly subscription to the Lightroom Mobile version since 2021. My last payment was processed through Google Play on June 7.Today, I noticed in the app that my subscription has been suspended and that I am being offered the option to start a new subscription. However, the new subscription costs more than three times what I have been paying. Until now, my monthly fee was 9.99 RON, but the new price is 37.99 RON per month.I was not notified in any way about any upcoming changes, and my subscription had been renewing automatically without any issues.I would appreciate it if you could explain what happened and why there has been such a significant price increase.Additionally, I couldn't find any information about how much cloud storage is included with the 37.99 RON/month subscription.Thank you in advance for your clarification.

not a question its feed back new update where it closes all the sub menus is a pain and slows work down.
