Solved

I subscribed too adobe 7 day free trial , after useing it for few hours I didnt like , I cancelled my free trial on the same day I signed up. I even got a email confirmation that my account is canceled and I won't be charged.  After seeing this email I was like yup its all cancelled nothing to worry about. Until I was charged for a subscription that was canceled.  I even have the confirmation email with me I don't know who too reach out its very werid they don't have a proper support system.

Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it?Images are not appearing at all in Adobe Express, either when searching on the home page or when selecting a picture for editing. I have tried all basic troubleshooting steps, including using different browsers and the Adobe Express app itself, but the issue still persists.Could this be related to my account or my region, Yemen?

I have made a payment of 797.68 Rs for a subscription to Adobe Firefly; however, my subscription has not been activated. I kindly request your assistance in activating my subscription at your earliest convenience. Thank you.[PII removed by Mod]

Hello,I need help debugging a crash involving dialogues. I’ve built a plugin for CC 2026 using the C++ plugin SDK, which works fine. As a next step, I wanted to implement a dialogue box. Integrating the BasicDialog example worked well, but that wasn’t enough for me as I need tabs. So I tried to incorporate the BasicSelectableDialog example. Unfortunately, InDesign crashes on launch. The last call I can see in the crash log isCDialogObserver::AutoAttach() I’ve also tried copying all the pre-processor macros from the example project file, but that didn’t work either. Could someone please help me debug this?I’ve attached the crash report. Best regards

Wondering if there's a way to feather your cut outs on this app like there was in Photoshop mix so the lines aren't so chopped. When you could feather your cut out you could smooth out the lines around your cut out so it wouldn't look so tacky. Photoshop mix users will know what im talking about. Thanks in advance!

I received an email that said “Leah, you no longer have system administrator rights for (COMPANY)-Deleted-Org.” At the same time, the other users of the business account received an email that said “You no longer have access to Creative Cloud Pro in organization (COMPANY)”I’m the only admin on the business account, and I didn’t initiate a contract cancellation or anything like that. We did have a declined payment, but it was re-sent and went through a day later, and I don’t know why that would completely delete my org instead of suspending our licenses or something like that.I no longer have access to the admin console, when I try to go to it, it throws and error that says “You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.” - but I was the only system administrator.I’m still able to log into my account on the adobe website, but now it says that it’s a personal account, and my org has the “Deleted-Org” appended t

Como faço pra assinar um documento e salvar

After opening a document, clicking redact, and loading the entire original folder in to the redacting tool, specifiying what is to be redacted, I am getting a "bad parameter" error. I have successfully done this before so I was assuming it was a file issue. I unlocked all statements (werent even locked in the first place), checked for errors in file names, and tried again - still same issue. I am able to do a mass redaction for individual files, but I would like to complete an entire folder at once... Any tips?

So I have subscribed for the free trail and accidentally ended up subscribing for a yearly plan and now I want refund. I am esubmitted the automated refund form and still no response

[Lightroom mobile]Until now I could delete everything in "imports"/"your edits", but now suddenly nothing happens when I delete photos, and I can't delete files in the trash either. Why?When I deleted all the app data, the old files deleted themselves, and one day it was possible to delete normally, but now it doesn't work again. And can't delete creative cloud files.Where is the mistake?

reviving this thread because I want smooth zooming with my touchpad. I have the smooth zooming enabled however that only gives smooth zooming if I toggle the zoom with my mouse pointer. I want it to zoom smoothly when I use the scroll on my touchpad.

I need to create a vector drawing of this image.  The source scan is high resolution so that is not a problem.  I just need single color strokes outlining the black.  I have tried using different presets and different slider settings in the advance column but I can’t seem to get my needed result.  Illustrator seems to bow or curve the paths.  I have also tried the new concept/sketch to vector, and although some of the results are interesting, they are not what I need.  I am willing to put the hours in to do this by hand, but I’m not sure what the best workflow is… Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you…
