Hi I know this may sound like an old thread and Loong time PP user. I have a dedicated second drive for my MEDIA CACHE and other stuff, selected from the preferences in Premiere. That part works fine with all peak,CMA files etc. anyway I noticed premiere keep creating these thousands of .IMS files inside the Windows “App data/common” folder, even after changing the destination in preferences. Is this normal? I would love to move it if possible. Thanks

I need a refund of my money. The premium was and absolute scam. What i wanted was not what I was given. I was still debited despite having 7days trial period. Please I unsubcribed as soon as I found out it was not what I wanted . I demand a refund

Dobrý den.Dcera si založila účet a aktivovala zkušební verzi Photoshop.

I am trying to download the Premiere Pro C++ SDK from Adobe Developer Console. The downloaded file is named as a .zip, but it is only about 2 KB and cannot be opened as a ZIP archive. Inspection shows that the file is an Adobe Developer Console HTML page saved with a .zip filename, not the actual SDK archive.I tried:- Personal Adobe account- Incognito/private browser window- Clearing Adobe cookies- Different browsersIs the SDK download link currently broken? Is there an alternate download URL for the current Premiere Pro C++ SDK?

The option is not there in Preferences -> General. Please let me know, I dont like them opening in new tabs in the same window, I want them to open in different windows.

If anyone from Adobe is reading this... for the love of God, can you please give the ability to change bounding boxes??? Your (very expensive) program is not smart enough to arbitrarily "group related text". Seems every single document I need to edit, the bounding boxes encompass more than they should and make editing *impossible* and INFURIATING. Text inside the boxes doubles (same text overlapping itself), when I try to edit one word it changes everything else in the box (changes spacing and formatting), etc. If I can change the bounding box to encompass less then I can at least try to edit and or fix/correct the one word or sentance without having all of the other text get jacked up.  Seriously...this is a BIG issue. Please either give the ability to change the bounding boxes or at minimum make some kind of a work around to force the program to "re-group" the text it feels is related so you can try to force it to bound the correct text.  The biggest point of

Custom Workspace in Indesign includes extra panels. Some instructions say to set the panels "with no document open." When there's no document open, there are no panels. I've tried doing it in a brand new document, but it still insists on displaying the Swatches panel. I’m on Windows.

Hi, I’m working with a lot of tables in a document. These tables contain some graphics that are grayscale. The issues is not with the images, but the preflight keeps telling me multiple tables have the “Content uses RGB” error. I have double checked the graphics, even deleted them, but the error persists on the table. None of the swatches are color, they’re all black in different tints. Pictures of the preflight error, the preflight profile, and the swatches attached.

pasa que yo cancele el viernes la suscripcion gratuita y ayer me estaban cobrando, estoy muy disgustado porque queria pagar en unas semanas despues, no ahoritaa porque no tengo dinero

I have 4000 “Premium features” credits left, and unlimited access to “standard features” in generative ai tab, but when i’m trying to use them generate button in photoshop is grayed out, not being available to clickI’m trying to use new Firefly Image 5 and partner ai tools, but nothing works, while Firefly Image 1 and Fill & Expand does work as usual

Hi,I got a new machine – a Mac Studio M3 Ultra. When I move the cursor (over the artboard or outside of it), the colors change — they become either more saturated or less saturated. I can’t find any logic behind what causes the shift.I thought it might be related to the low refresh rate of the monitor (Apple Studio Display 27"), but this only happens while working in Illustrator. Everything looks fine in Photoshop and After Effects.

Hi,I saw i was recently charged for a subscription (acrobat) I no longer use. I was charged three days ago but only saw the money exit my account today. I was wondering if it is possible to request a refund, and if so, how long does the refund take?I am also confused because if it is automatically given back ot customers within the 14 day window, why do you still keep access to the subscription until the end of the month?Thank you to anyone who offers adivce.

We had a user report an issue to our helpdesk yesterday, she was downloading a PDF document via Chrome, and the document was opening up in Adobe Reader automatically. We checked the settings in Chrome and it was not set to automatically open Adobe Reader after downloading the PDF, and the Adobe Reader extension was not installed, so we weren't sure why this was happening. On further investigation we found a setting in the Preferences - General tab called "Open PDFs automatically in Reader when they are downloaded in Chrome browser". Initially when we tried to turn this setting off it would re-enable itself when we closed and reopened Adobe Reader, however clearing the user's preferences from the registry and trying again worked for us. The setting is under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AutoDocOpen - bIsAutoDocOpenFeatureEnabled dWord 1. The user is on the current DC build 2003.006.20360. Has anybody else experienced this, and is there a

I understood that I was enrolling in a 7-day free trial and expected to be charged only after the trial period. However, ₹790 was deducted immediately upon enabling auto-renewal. Since the charge was unexpected and I cancelled the subscription right away, I kindly request a full refund.

I'm an interaction designer, and therefore my designs are composed of a multitude of controls, each one with different details. Right now, I'm working on a 141 layer document. It would come in handy to have several layers grouped by UI control, making it much quicker to find and edit what I want.

Firefly keep resetting to 0 instead of showing the results, but still consume my generative credits...

I have encountered an issue in the latest version of Photoshop where dragging a layer results in the specific area I'm moving it to turning white, as depicted in the attached image. It is important to clarify that it is not the entire screen that turns white, but rather only the region affected by the layer movement.Additionally, I have learned that this problem is not unique to my workstation, as several colleagues in the office are also experiencing this issue, despite utilizing different PC setups.I would greatly appreciate any assistance from professional individuals who may possess a solution to this problem or have information regarding an upcoming update that will address this specific issue.

Whether I'm using my Photoshop CC 2019 or 2020, when I use the brush tool to paint over my image or even the heal tool, I'm having an issue with the screen in Photoshop going white when I click. Which makes this impossible to see what I'm doing. When I unclick the mouse, the white screen goes away and I can see where I just painted. So It's not like the tool doesn't work, just can't see what I'm doing.Any help would be great! ~Amanda Using:MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)2.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i716 GB 1600 MHz DDR3OS Big Sur

We just started publishing our RH projects to Zendesk and most everything is working just fine, However, there have been a few topics that won’t publish and if I ask to just publish one of those topics, it fails. I get a pop up in the corner stating “File upload failed.View publishing log for details”  However, the publishing log is basically empty

Hi, my free trial rolled over into a ₱1,750.00 annual subscription charge via Google Play on June 10, 2026. I cancelled immediately. Google Support denied the automated refund and told me to contact the developer. I submitted the Microsoft escalation form but haven't received a reply. I have not used any premium features and urgently need assistance from an Adobe representative to look at my case. Google Order ID: GPA.3395-3077-0708-02401.
