Solved

Hi ~!I have a question regarding camera tracking in After Effects. I tracked this scene/shot before and it worked fine, but I might have pressed a button that turned off the ability to select tracking points/hovering over them doesn't give me a target/bullseye either. (I am still able to view all the track points, just can't interact with it!) I tried it in a different project and it works fine, but each time i reopen my project the same thing keeps happening even after I retrack and solve it again. Any tips? Let me know if my problem is understandable! appreciate the help, thanks

Blandine

Hi, I’m learning a few things on Illustrator and  need help creating a shape like the first image with corner toggles on each end to create a sharp point. It looks like it was made with the ellipse tool, but obviously not. Does anyone know how this shape was made as it seems circular? I need to re-create it and would appreciate the help. Thanks Shape with corner toggles

Cannot create any video at the moment and keep getting the messages: Something went wrong! Tried sora, kling, and many different ones, all the same outcome! Different browsers as well e.g incognito chrome, edge. Please please fix this!!I have not been able to generate any video. Please some action on this matter since many people are complaining!

I don’t see anything going against the guidelines. I created quite a few videos of the same content already. Literally a child reading a book.. A few times, I re-uploaded different images (that were generated in Firefly) and changed the prompt, and still I get this. I also hard refreshed my browser.

I received a very official looking email msg from mail@e.adobe.com to remind me that Adobe Photoshop Elements is still in my cart.  It has an “Explore Your Cart” button and a “Learn More” button which I knew better than to press; so neither button was pressed.  There is no cart with anything in it.  Should I report this or send it to my spam folder.

HI, is it possible to report to Adobe that there are several dll’s signed with expired certificates. The following files appeared in logs, and it seems the likely reason for the “Hash Mismatch” report is their use of expired certificates.  All are signed with a cert that expired last year.  [DETECT-SUSPECT] Suspicious SIGNED file: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\ccme_asym.dll . Status: HashMismatch[DETECT-SUSPECT] Suspicious SIGNED file: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\ccme_base.dll . Hello everyoneI clicked something, and now LRC is stuck in an unfamiliar screen. How do I get out of this????Thank you for your patience and help!John

I have a large number of photos that were scanned from negatives years ago. Ideally, they would be a perfect 3x2 or 2x3 aspect ratio but that is not the case. I am looking to size them for the web using Photoshop. I can do this manually but I am looking to create an action to do such. This is what I typically do. Size the longest edge to be 1200px. If shortest edge is >= 800px, trim the canvas down so that the image is now 1200x800 (or 800x1200), Else if the shortest edge < 800px, size the image so that the shortest edge is 800px and trim the canvas so that the image is 1200x800 (or 800x1200). Save the file as "<Original Name> (Full).jpg" in a different folder. Size the image down to 266x400 (or 400x266 if landscape). Save the file as "<Original Name> (Thumb).jpg" in a different folder. I'm having problems creating the action, specifically with steps 2 & 3. Any hints or pointers for that?

I have added some audio to my Premiere Pro project as you can see below. It plays perfectly in the Preview but it does not get exported. Why? What’s up, please?

Since May I have been experiencing issues with documents sent via workflows where I need the participants to attach files. Sending the template works fine but if I send the document via the workflow the participants are unable to attach. This had been working well all along and my settings have not changed.

When I try to import the PSD file, Adobe Express does not accept it. This issue is slowing me down significantly.

Is there an equivalent of the Project Manager from Premiere in AfterEffects?  I keep running into the same issue, where I think I have saved a backup of a project only to come back to it later and find many of the assets are missing.  Yes, in a perfect world, all necessary assets would be in the same folder and this wouldn't be an issue.  But that is not my world.  I use the Project Manager in Premiere as the only reliable way to avoid this problem, and was very sad not to find a project manager or equivalent in AE.  Any suggestions?  Thanks much!

I'm having a problem with the highlight tool: every time I use the tool, Adobe automatically stops understanding that I want to continue highlighting, and instead goes to the text selection tool, which is very inconvenient, because it means that every time that I want to highlight I must select the "highlight" tool again. Does anyone know what can I do? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but there is no solution.

Just trying to work on an image in Elements ‘24 like usual, only to find the Hand Tool no longer appears when I press space.  I can bring it up when I press H, but I’m way too used to using the space bar to want to adjust my instincts.  Any suggestions?

I provided a clear prompt for Firefly to remove vehicles from a parking lot, but it also removed the business buildings. I need a refund for credits spent on subpar AI generations that failed to follow the prompt and produced unusable results.

Right now Adobe only supports provisioning on enterprise accounts from Azure AD and Google.  You can do SAML SSO with Okta but not assign or remove licenses or create accounts. Many organizations (including mine) have centralized our AAA at Okta and it would be great if Adobe supported provisioning through Okta as well. From what Okta has said, they would need Adobe to submit a SCIM setup to them, this isn't something they can do on their own. I'm sure my organization is not an outlier considering how many orgs use Okta as a login system. Thanks
