Hi i need help i need to buy adobe cs6 12 months licenses for 4 users to be installed in a municipal server

Had a prompt with the settings attached. failed creation two times (didn't generate anything). still took the credits.

Why am I being double charged each month?I just made payment and I am seeing the ‘Issue with payment method’ appear again. If this is not resolved I will have to cancel my plan!

We are experiencing significant performance issues with Adobe Acrobat when printing.Whenever users try to open the printer properties dialog from Acrobat, the application becomes extremely slow or even unresponsive. In many cases, it takes a long time before the print job is finally sent to the spooler. This behavior is consistent across multiple devices and printers, but it seems to affect Adobe Acrobat Pro users more frequently than users running the Reader version.Could this issue be related to Acrobat Pro specifically, or to any advanced print processing features enabled in the Pro edition?Any guidance, known issues, or recommended troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.Thank You

Illustrator 2021/Mac Book Pro/ Catalina 10.15.7.Yesterday I created a several types of gradients, today I open the file and I'm unable to edit any of the freedom gradients I created? I also used the corner radius to create a rouned square shape for those gradients. Now the gradients that I used the Freedom gradient tool with appear to be images. The layers palette shows them as "non-native art" and the rounded corners are a part of the image. The edit corners is gone? The gradient acts like a raster image? BTW: The regular linear gradient still works as expected and the corners can be edited still. I just updated to Illustrator CC2021 and although the Freedom gradient tool is not new, I rarely use it. So I'm wondering if there's a bug here? Any advise is appreciated.

Why did I pay $99 for an app that keeps crashing.    {Mod Note- Title has been updated by the Moderator}

So as normal, I put my prompt and images into the generator, pick the settings sizes ect. and press enter. It seems like it’s loading as normal. And it starts to pop up with the image, and without moving my mouse or touching any buttons, it seems to be straight up deleting them, and I’m unsure why. It’s only been happening for me today, but it’s happened a few times, and when I’m making 4k images on Nano banana, it takes 60 credits and doesn’t give them back when it does this. It shows up for a very split second and then it’s gone.

Lipsync advice needed. I have an image with a main character, I have the audio track of his voice. I am a bit confused as which option/process to use to create a video of my character saying the words. Bonus if the flame of the torch in the background is moving as well. Thanks for sharing your experience

I used firefly free servers for ai video generations but I see all my credits are finished. Please help me with this issue. This is just start of month and my all credits are showing almost finished and I have used none of them. This is bug with credits

Has anyone noticed longer generation times or inconsistent image quality in Adobe Firefly when creating more detailed prompts with complex backgrounds and lighting?I’ve been testing different prompt styles in Firefly and noticed that more detailed scenes sometimes take longer to generate or produce slightly inconsistent results. Curious if there are any recommended prompt structures or settings for better quality and consistency.

Hi. I'm left handed person and in mobile Lightroom used on iPad Pro its pretty annoying to reach right side toolbar every time, while using fingers or pencil. That would be cool if I have option to switch toolbar from left to right side. I'm pretty sure that there is a bunch of other apps don't have that kind of problems.

The question is about a refund for the subscription of Adobe Acrobat Premium , cause I barely use it and it took me a yearly subscription this morning! Can I get a refund?

300 dpi needed

Using AI to arrange books is really a sin.InDesign has a homepage that displays page numbers, book eyebrows, and shared reference lines. Is there a way to solve Ai? Repeat the operation?

Could I please have a refund of my subscription I have been charged after I forgot to cancel my free trial.

Is there anyway to stop Photoshop zooming from say 400% to 12800%?? - Which is both annoying and ridiculous. I think the problem is cause by a slight movement on the magnifying tool on a click and it uses that vector as a magnification level - even though I've got Flick Panning, Zoom with Scroll Wheel, animated Zoom, Zoom resises Window and Zoom clicked Point to Centre turned off. Here's a cut-down animated gif of the video:

it won't generate and it's using my credits without producing any videos

When importing RAW files from my Canon R6 mkiii, Lightroom automatically applies “Remove chromatic aberration” and “Enable profile corrections”.This is all very good, as I do normally tick these settings. However, this has become a problem when using my Sigma 12-24mm lens as I’m not able to adjust the amount of distortion I need.I previously shot with a Canon 5d mkiv, and Lightroom would not automatically apply these settings. I would then tick the boxes to apply the settings, and had adjusted the default for the lens to also apply a specific amount of distortion. I was very happy with this.I now find that the photos with said lens have too much distortion, and I can't correct it properly. In camera, I have all the “Lens aberration correction” settings disabled. Anyone know how to prevent Lightroom from automatically applying “Remove chromatic aberration” and “Enable profile corrections” to imported photos?

I want to send this to the printer but is png low res. Will this print on a prepress sharp?

In my workplace we use adobe sign for out contracts, however IT creates our Adobe accounts because we need approval from higher ups for paid software. I was never given a permission password to use and I'm unsure if I can have a new one created through Adobe?

I’m paying for Acrobat Premium on iOS(iphone), but Read Aloud no longer uses Premium/online natural voices. It only uses offline robotic voices. When I start Read Aloud, it plays for a short time, pauses by itself, and keeps spinning/loading like it is downloading. This happens with all PDF files. I already restarted my iPhone, updated Acrobat, deleted and reinstalled the app, signed out and signed back in, tested Wi-Fi and cellular, and tested multiple PDFs. Please escalate this to the Acrobat Reader Mobile team. It seems like my Premium Read Aloud voice entitlement is not syncing with Adobe servers.
