MacBook Pro - Version macOS Tahoe 26.4.1New work computer, full adobe account, Illustrator freezes on every launch, spinning beachball.Have to force quit and restart, at most two times to get it working.Be awesome if I didn’t have to do that on a brand new mac.

I’m new to graphic design and want to make posts for platforms like Instagram or Facebook. I’m not sure where to start—should I use templates, customize from scratch, or follow certain design rules? I’d also like to know how to choose the right fonts, colors, and layouts so my posts look clean and modern. Any tips, step-by-step guidance, or recommended features inside Adobe Express would be really helpful.

Make all pages same size. Added some photos and pdf files to the end of another pdf file and they photos are huge while all the pages are small so it looks weird when you try going through the pages. Why is there no autoshrink button or something? So all pages go to the default or same size?

I’m copying an object from one art board and pasting it into the same location on another art board in the same document (and yes I’m selecting the correct art boards whilst doing this). For some reason in this file (which was originally a PDF) when I go to paste in place on the 2nd art board, it pastes the object off the board. I’ve attached the illustrator file so you can play this game aswell. Try copying the red square on the first art board and paste it in place on the 2nd art board. See if you can get it to paste in the correct location - or like me - it pastes it off the top art board (as in the attached screenshot). Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this. And yes I’ve quit illustrator and tried again and this problem still persists. 😀 You can download the ai file here:  https://www.swisstransfer.com/d/d1f27491-8cd2-43ed-ba17-01ef6b59765c

I animated a .png of an item falling, and rotating as it falls until it hits the floor. After the animation ended, I moved the CTI a few frames ahead and rotated it a bit to add a new keyframe, and moved the CTI again and rotated it again to make it seem more like a bounce when it hit the ground. I want to make the bounce seem a bit more natural. I spent some time online and I read about Expressions, and I copied some Bounce Expression that I found, and I want to paste it so I press alt and clicked on the Stopwatch for  Rotation to paste the Expression since this is the last thing that I added to the animation. The Expression editor opens withtransform.rotationWhen I paste the following Bounce Expression after this it just gives me an error. “This project contans an expression error: error 1 of 1. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance! e = .5;g = 20000;nMax = 9;n = 0;if (numKeys > 0){n = nearestKey(time).index;if (key(n).time > time) n–;}if (n > 0){t = time – key(n).time;v

I bought some pictures on Fotolia in 2014 or 2015. Now the author is asking to me royalties. I can't access to my Fotolia account to download evidences of my purchase. Can you help me?

Is there a way to capture a grade and a look that can be used on a completely different project/timeline with the new color mode? (We know them previously as LUTs) is there a LUT equivalent? My issue is we will shoot various pieces of content with the same setup and lighting and edit them separately. How can I copy that grade onto a new timeline/project or clips on a new timeline or clip outside of the one is was created on?

This has been a topic for years, so I can’t fathom why it still happens. When I open an old JPEG and make a few mods and then chose Save As or Save a Copy the creation date changes to the present moment. When I check File Info before saving the creation date is correct.

I was being charged for 62€ Adobe Stock that i never applied for. Can i get refund?

Hi - I need some help here. I can't collect files for my sequences to move to an external drive to deliver to my clients. I don't want to give them media that is not in the final sequences so I need to consolidate. I've tried unchecking all the options, deleting the media cache, creating a new project with only the final sequences - but no matter what I've tried the operation stalls right at the beginning on "Analyzing Project" and then freezes with the old "serious error" dialogue box. My sequences contain numerous dynamic links to After Effects. Is there an issue with that? I am running Premiere Pro 14.5 on macOS Catalina

I disposed of my old computer before removing the photoshop registration. Is it possible to get this removed by Adobe?

Is there a way to return to the older color picker? I don’t what this is besides unusable. Thanks for any help.

Wieso?

Once I finally dared upgrade my PS version and try out the generative fill and generative expand features, I fell in love with this. It is just so perfect for what I do, and my editing workflow. I take photos of indoor dance events without flash. I do not take these photos for the sake of the event organizers, but as a way to make artful images, where I capture the moods, emotions and connective interactions on the dance floor. The dance floor is usually crowded, and I often have distractions in the background that I would rather remove and replace with something less distracting. Or, at the time of taking the shot, a body part of a nearby dancer comes into my frame, covering up a portion of my intended subject. Or, since I am shooting moving targets, there is a need to expand the image on one or more sides to improve the overall composition of the photo. The new generative fill and expand is so perfect for this. I can now do what would have taken a great deal of time before, or in some

Paper selection function seems to print in ordinary absorbent computer paper, even though I select Premium Luster.  When I open the print dialog box again it’s at ordinary computer paper. I'm using PS 2026 on an Epson ET-8500 with a Mac Studio (OS Tahoe). Have tried restart on all items. This just started today. Previously things were working fine.

Firefly constantly creates the same video, even after a few edits! And it takes my credits for nothing!I explain exactly what I want and what it should do, but it always comes out almost the same. I loose my credit basically for nothing!

I entered text and chose a voice. When I press “generate”, I keep getting the “an error has occurred” warning.

Adobe has now issued an update for PSE 2026.3 -see link below for details: The product is being rolled out across regions and may take a while to reach your region. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/release-note/update.html

Hey everyone. I'm new to the creating voice clips to add to existing video clips. Is there any way to preview the tone changes I make to voice audio without spending credits to generate them first? I choose a tone enhancement, highlight the audio clip, hit play and the voice sounds exactly the same no matter what tone enhancement I choose. Do I actually have to generate it to hear the new tone choice? This will eat up tons of credits if I have to do it this way. Any tips??

Erasing on a transparent layer (besides the background layer) doesn’t erase the alpha, but “draws” with the background color. This is an outdated/unwanted result and should be deprecated. All modern illustration apps will erase the alpha regardless of whether transparency is locked for that layer (except the background layer). Otherwise, using the lasso tool to “cut” a layer with locked transparency should fill that area with the background color. As a developer, I find this inconsistency sloppy coding for such a popular app.🤔

Hi, CS3(5.0.2.640) Windows sp2 I've written about this before, thought it was solved, but it isn't. I inserted grouped images into a numbered list, and anchored them according to instructions; first making place for the group by adding a few plain lines under the numbered item where I wanted the group, then inserting the group, then cutting it, placing the insertion point in the place I wanted the group to appear, pasting the group back, and voila...lovely anchored group. However, I've come to the conclusion that if I do that, I'd better realize it's FOREVER, because I can't seem to extricate parts of the group in case I want to change their order. InDesign Help says to go to Object > Anchored Object > Release but my 'release' is GREYED OUT! Why? and nothing else that I've tried, works. Could it be, that there is a frame around the entire page? I tried to delete that frame but when I try to, everything on the page isdeleted, and when I try to move that frame away, everything
