Solved

There was originally a piece of code used to obtain the height and width of an image.I found that when an image is distorted in InDesign, using this aspect ratio calculation is incorrect.This code can only be used to obtain the "usable width" of the image in the ID.Cannot execute s.redefineScaling([1, 1]);Because it may be a design requirement at this point.How to obtain the original height/width ratio of an image?Thank you.var image = app.activeDocument.selection[0];var imagePath = image.itemLink.filePath;var myResolution = 350;var hScale = image.horizontalScale * (myResolution / image.actualPpi[0]);var vScale = image.verticalScale * (myResolution / image.actualPpi[1]);app.preferences.rulerUnits = Units.MM;var myFile = new File(imagePath);var myDoc = app.open(myFile);myDoc.resizeImage(undefined, undefined, myResolution, ResampleMethod.NONE);var w = myDoc.width.value * hScale * 0.01;var h = myDoc.height.value * vScale * 0.01;

Tell me about your experience using Enhance Speech. How do you use it? It ruins the sound quality so badly—I couldn't even set the audio settings to sound this bad on purpose, the way Enhance Speech does. Are they definitely using artificial intelligence there? I read that this was supposed to make audio editing quick and easy, but now that version 26 is out, the audio quality keeps getting worse and worse. I use the DJ Mic 3 and Rode Wireless Go 2, and they’re good microphones. You can check out a review of them. But Adobe’s AI messes up the sound so much that it frustrates me when I listen to it.

As part of our workflow, I receive a packaged InDesign file from another designer. We’ve recently incorporated alt text into all of the imagery to prepare for upcoming compliance requirements, so this is the first time I’ve run into this. She’s added all the alt text on her end and packaged and sent over, but when I open the file and update modified links as per usual, all of the alt text is stripped from the images. The only solution I’ve found has been to ignore the automatic update and update each link individually. This seems to keep the alt text in it’s place.  Is there an easier solution? We have over 150 images in this catalog and going to add hours to our workflow.

Wie ging die Geschichte bei Ihnen weiter? Ich habe das gleiche Problem, davor wollte ich auf meinem alten Rechner die Lizenz deaktivieren, was aber Fehlermeldungen verursachte. Und da stehe ich nun.

I have had an annual Adobe account for 20+ years. I took up a 7 day free trial of CreativeIt clearly did not do what I had hoped so I cancelled the trial within the 7 day period and thought no more. I trusted Adobe. In January I found that Adobe had been collecting £24.95 from my account for four months.I lost my card and changed the number. I was contacted by Adobe saying they could not collect my annual payment so I gave my new one and that payment went through.I then had messages saying they could not collect the monthly payment for the Creative that I had cancelled. I had not noticed they were collecting it against my wishes..There is nowhere at all - terrible customer service for a major company- where you can contact Adobe by e mail of phone. The UK Office  rudely told me “we are sales only not customer relations!”You can’t cancel an account until they have taken all the money- even when they should not be !So I went to my bank and asked them to stop the mandate and any payments a

How to refund my payment in adobe acrobat

My bank account was charged my subscription fee, but my adobe account believes it did not!Billing date is beginning of month (1st April for this instance), fee comes out beginning of each month. I want to amend my account because my subscription has jumped from £28.99 to £66.49.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to have parametric shapes reflect each other, or if reflections are limited to lights and image-based lighting.I put together a tutorial on the new realistic reflections in the Advanced 3D renderer, but for this specific case I ended up using a workaround.

This is a little bit of both a bug report and discussion, but I put it under bug report because that's the closest it's going to get about this topic. The known issue of NVIDIA and Premiere Pro not working together and crashing has been causing me more issues than just crashing. I first ran into error code 39, then it started giving me other errors that I don't exactly remember what they said, though it exported 1 video 3 times when I clicked export once, and all of the videos were corrupt files. I also ran into this problem last night while trying to export the same video, waiting around 10 minutes for the 100% to go away and give me the notification that it had been exported, but I got tired of waiting, tried canceling, and Premiere crashed.Does anyone have any possible solutions to this?

Hello,Where can I find a copy of my invoice when I've logged in? I've lost the email that had the invoice attached...Thanks

I received a batch of DNG files from one of our freelance photographers that have small previews. I imported these into Lightroom with the expectation of being able to export a new batch of DNG files with full-size previews. However, all I can get is files with the same small previews. There are 2 reasons I need full size previews.1-We use Photo Mechanic for culling and ordering images before renaming and processing them through LR.2-Our DAM relies on extracting the JPEG embedded in the DNG files for downloading.   Am I missing a setting somewhere, or is there really no way to force LR to create a DNG file from scratch with a larger preview? Thanks,

What is the latest version of InDesign that Peter Kahrel's kerning script will work with?

Hi - love the app and using it more and more.Transitions: TikTok has a neat transition - Fade To Black - clip fades to a black screen, the next clip fades in...i use it a lot, kinda takes a breath between scenes.. would love this to be added, as its more useful than some of the exiting transitions.Whats the easiest way to produce this in Premiere mobile?...stick in a black png flie then, use dissolve transition either side?

Hello Adobe team and community,I would like to suggest improving Adobe Illustrator to better utilize multi-core CPUs. Currently, Illustrator mainly uses one or two cores, which limits performance, especially with large and complex files.Enhancing multi-threading support could significantly boost speed and responsiveness, helping professionals work more efficiently with heavy projects.

Hi, I tried to apply for 7 day free trial but my phone froze and charged me the monthly charge today instead of doing the 7 day free trial I wanted. I noticed the credit card charge today April 30th and cancelled it after I noticed. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Could you please let me know when customer support for the Australian region will be available to assist with this request?Thank you so much in advance

I have an image that is A3 size. Whenever I scale down the image, so I can reveal a white border, I notice they are not equal on all sides (as in the longest and shortest sides are not the same width). Wether I do this by transforming holding ALT, or alone and centring after, I never have an equal border on all sides. If I change the canvas size (with relative ticked) this makes the entire image larger than A3, which I do not want. How can I scale down my image and add a border, so that the total image size is A3 and the border is an equal width on all sides? Thanks - N4A

Hi, I didn’t now about this charges for 6 months a go, could you please cancel my subscription and also refund amounts?

I have a text layer above a shape layer. I add rotation keyframes to the shape layer and it works, now I want the text layer to rotate along with the shape. I drag the pick whip from the shape layer to the text layer though the text layer is still not animating/rotating. What do I need to do to make this work?
