While installing acrobat dc reader, it takes ~30 minutes to finish "Running Package Scripts" stage and after that on invocation to open any file, nothing gets displayed on the screen.On clicking on the icon for Acrobat in the dock, the application just exits. What could be wrong? Cleaned up so many times, uninstalled so many times, restarted system so many times, but of no avail. It’s on macos Sequoia15.6.1.

Hello,My subscription of 5 years just got renewed two days ago but I received an email stating that the price of the monthly subscription to the Photography (20Gb) plan will go from 11,99€ to 18,14 € per month next month. But, good news, the price would remain the same if I switched to upfront annual payment. I thought "sure", since I'll still use PS in a year, but when I click on "Update Subscription", I get:Error: Plan unavailableWe’re unable to continue with this plan. Select another plan or if you think you’re seeing this message in error, please contact Customer Support. What gives? If I cancel, that plan isn't available on https://www.adobe.com/fr/creativecloud/plans.html and I'll have to pay much more. It's like dangling a carrot in front of me, onIy to deny it in the end. I just need Photoshop and Bridge. Can you do something about it? The chatbot is utterly stupid and doesn't understand the problem.

ADOBE PORTFOLIO. Trying to upload vertical images along with horizontal images to a photo grid for my portfolio. For some reason, the vertical images only appear either sideways or stretched wide to fit in with horizontal photos. Is there a way to fix this so that my vertical images appear as they are?

Ours is an ASP.Net web application having PARTNER integration with AdobeSign. I have configured OAuth for the application with a list of Redirect URLs and Scope etc. All working well for many years.Question - what do I need to do if the domain of the urls change, for eg. previously it was 123.abc.com and now it is 123.xyz.com. Do I need to make any additional changes to the configuration other than adding the new URLs in the redirect url list. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using Adobe Sign to send contracts. While the application interface is displayed in Arabe, when I send contracts, the email template is in English, and consequently, my clients receive an English email.How can I change the default language for the recipient emails toArabe ?Thank you,

I work in Servicenow, and I’ve set up a workflow that sends REST API calls to create a Transient Document and then create an agreement using that document. For some reason, whenever anybody sets off this workflow, the document is “Created By” my name and email address. How do I stop this from happening?

最近チームプロジェクトを初めて使用したのですが、複数人で作業する際に編集の更新を行うたびにお互いファイルの保存場所が違うためメディアオフラインになってしまいます。何か対処法があれば教えていただきたいです。

I recently encountered a problem when trying to flatten a PDF. I successfully flattened one a month ago, but now I am having issues. These are the steps I used:1. Preflight: Flatten annotations and form fields.2. Flattener Preview: I left all defaults the same EXCEPT I checked the box "Convert All Text to Outlines".  As I previously said, this worked perfectly a month ago. To check that it was flattened, I was not able to use the highlighter tool, confirming that it was indeed flattened.  But, trying this same method numerous times in the last few days (and on numerous pdf''s), the highlighter tool IS available, telling me that the file is not flattened.I'm pulling my hair out. Help!

At a juncture now where it’s necessary to create a matte spot varnish file for text only in an illustrated edition. The text is comprised of body text and titles in K only, and hundreds of sidenote annotations in a custom pms spot (a Pantone grey mix), which, due to the unforeseen effects of the printer’s UV LED offset process, are rendering now as an undesirably glossy text on our matte, natural finish Arctic Volume White stock, deliberately chosen for its non-glare properties. We’re preserving, however, the richly saturated and glossy look on the imagery that UV LED printing introduced (so a flood coat won’t do), but the text, in a dense and lengthy scholarly edition, can’t be encumbered with glare. The printer uses only Toyo ink and after many conversations with them and Toyo in the EU (where the printer is) the kabosh has definitively been put on Toyo Ink resurrecting their matte formula, eliminated 8 years ago. This would’ve allowed printing all text as a matte spot ink, avoiding

Adobe Express has been inaccessible for me since I started my paid subscription 2 weeks ago.Since yesterday I get “This site can’t be reached” and ERR_FAILED when trying to open Adobe Express. It fails on Chrome and Safari, including the normal browser page, not just the app-like version. I already cleared cache and cookies, and the problem persists across browsers.This is critical because all of my designs are stored there and I cannot access my work. Please help

I am using LrC 15.2.1 on a 16" M2 Pro 12/19 Macbook Pro 32gb/1tb, MacOS 15.7.5 and it is connected to a larger external display.  Been like this for the last 3+ years since I bought this computer.  I use LrC everyday and I have it on my big display.  Strangely, today when I use it though it has started doing something I have never seen it do in the 15 years I have been using LrC.  On my big display is the normal LrC window with the grid, but on my laptop display there is the loupe window.  If I explicitly click on the grid icon at the top of the loupe view to try and get rid of the window on the laptop the result is that on the big display it changes to the loupe view (but still the main LrC window) and on the laptop it changes to a grid display.I can't figure out how this got started.  Did I do something, maybe accidentally typed a shortcut?  How do I get rid of this extra window on the laptop?  I have tried exiting LrC and restarting, but the same thing.  I rebooted, but still the sa

Suppose I’ve selected three objects. In the end, I want those three objects to remain selected and be moved to the top of the stack relative to all other objects.I tried the code below, but it seems to only support a single object.Of course, only one can be at the very top.I just need the selected objects to be on top of the others.   var d = app.activeDocument;    var item = d.selection[0];    var items = d.selection;     var sel = items;//do something      d.selection = sel;        for (j = 0; i < sel .length; j++) {            //sel[j].bringToFront();sel[j].bringForward();        }

Hello,Inside a PDF I have some crossed out lines. I would like to OCR the text and keep only the text (without these crossed out lines). How to do it ?

I'm currently working on a project that needs Burmese orMyanmar subtitles. I've tried using different Myanmar fonts already but I can't get it right. Do Adobe products doesn't support Myanmar Unicode or other Asian fonts? Pls help

Hi all. So all problems people are having here in terms of "performance" (which is only lag, not performace in the end) is a common problem with Photoshop as well and Windows Ink and Wacom tablets. With Photoshop you can just fix it with simple txt file placed into Photoshop folder that force system to think Ink is on but you than turn it off in Wacom Settings resulting in having no lags and all pressure sensitivity settings working in Photoshop. But here in Fresco is different case becuase I guess trick with txt file doesnt work (anyone knows where Fresco is installed on PC? I honestly can't find it since it's installed somewhere by Creative Cloud...), so Fresco is unusable on PC. Lags with Windows Ink are too big and without it it loses all pen features. Adobe try to make some fix please. Left side lines with Windows Ink on, lag before start making straight lines, on right without Windows Ink. Buttery smooth but no angle and pressure sensitivity...   &nb

I understand there has been some debate on the apparent removal of the import/export presets feature?Are there any work-arounds to export a single preset - or presets from all/mutiple preset groups ?Really frustrating that this feature has been removed/downgraded

Hello- I have  the latest vrsion on LRC, never had problems with exporting to a designated folder on my hard-drive  (Windows 11),  seems like that changed today.   My export box opens and when I scroll down it seems to keep trying to save on the CD/DVD option (I don't even have a CD or DVD drive),  I now have to select the Hard-drive option everytime.  Is anyone having the same issue?     Is that a new bug in this app?  Thanks  -Terry
