Hi,   My photoshop stuck on hand tool and I can't use any other tool   Thanks

Hi everyone,I’m having a persistent licensing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop/Illustrator) on Windows. I am a user in a Teams/Enterprise subscription (not the admin).The Problem: After I changed the installation language from German to English in the CC App, Photoshop and Illustrator started showing "License Expired" or "Trial Expired" upon launch. However, when I check my account online, it correctly shows "Active - All Apps" under my Business/Company Profile.Current State: In the CC Desktop App, the "Home" tab shows "Open" for Photoshop, but the "Apps" tab shows "Install". When I launch Photoshop as Admin, the user icon (top right) appears and shows my Company Profile, but the "License Expired" banner remains. I am 100% sure I am logging in with the "Company/School Account" option. What I have already tried (without success): Logged out and back in multiple times. Deleted the OOBE, AAMUpdater, and OperatingConfigs folders in AppData/ProgramData. Cleared all

Today, we’re trying the PDF Services API. Strictly following the [Node.js SDK documentation](https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/docs/overview/pdf-services-api/gettingstarted/#nodejs), I signed up and created new credentials with the Personalized Code Sample Download, unzipped, installed the project dependencies with `npm install` and exported environment variables with client id and secret.Then, I tried to run a few samples... but every attempt (tried different operation endpoint) has failed so far:```$ node src/pdfaccessibilitychecker/pdf-accessibility-checker.js Logging configuration found at config/pdfservices-sdk-log4js-config.json.2026-03-27T16:13:47.606:[INFO]: Started uploading asset2026-03-27T16:13:49.060:[INFO]: Finished uploading asset2026-03-27T16:13:49.062:[INFO]: Started submitting PDF Accessibility Checker Operation job2026-03-27T16:13:49.063:[INFO]: Finished submitting PDF Accessibility Checker Operation jobException encountered while executing operation Servi

Hello, unfortunately I am unable to denoise photos using Lightroom Classic on Macbook Air M1. When I click denoise, progress bar shows and then after a few seconds(progress bar is in aroud 1/4) is disappears. Then efter clicking denoise it instantly unclicks.  We have 50+ users today that are having Adobe crash a few seconds after launching it. error report detail - <crash exception="EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION" exceptionCode="0xc0000005" instruction="0x00007FFEFD2FA295"> It was working fine last weekAdobe reader works fine for the same user on their same machine.Adobe version: 23.006.20320We have found that uninstalling and reinstalling seems to fix it but would like to know the root cause and other ways to remediate this or if other businesses / users have been impacted.

I’ve seen the other post with the same issue regarding the inability to package InDesign projects with files and fonts residing on a(n smb://)  server, but I contacted my IT department and they said that there are no access blocks on their end.Like others, copying all linked files and fonts to my desktop makes packaging possible, but I work with book documents with 50+ InDesign documents and hundreds of linked files. That would create hours of unnecessary extra work to locate all linked files, copy them over to my desktop, relink everything and package; not to mention having to re-relink everything when I copy projects back over to the server.I checked my System Settings and noticed that in Privacy & Security > Local Network, Adobe InDesign 2025 is allowed to communicate with devices on my local network. Yet, packaging is not possible. (I also use ID 2020, 2022, and 2023- for font purposes and imposition purposes).Everything worked fine on Sequoia, before I updated to Tahoe this

I have imported an Illustrator document into After Effects. Each layer consists of thousands of dots in a certain pattern. I created shapes from vector layer in After Effects resulting in a few layers, where each layer consists of thousands of groups (= dots). Now I want the dots to wiggle individually – not as a layer. Is there a way do this, without manually paste the expression in each group (and losing my mind in the process)?

I have an enterprise account, and a personal one using the same email address. Creative Cloud desktop allows for profile selection, to log in with the enterprise one, but the local Apps keep opening up with the personal one (no profile selection option) and complain about licensing issues. I don't have an option in my profile not to “auto select” a profile. I've tried logging out & back in several times, I always end up with the same behavior:Creative Cloud → enterprise (the web version works!)Local apps → personal accounts (no license!)

Hello. I'm from Brazil and it's impossible to communicate directly with Adobe. I'm trying to resolve a problem with my current Creative Cloud Pro plan. I'm a student, but the price I'm paying isn't the student rate, and I can't change my plan to pay less. Could someone please help me?

While I can blame some of the tardiness on my NAS, it is still very odd that I can open an After Effects projects with hundreds of files and everything snaps right open - yet Premiere takes so long. If the files' paths have not changed and no relinking is required, what exactly is Premiere doing? Why is it doing anything?It reminds me of sending files to AME to create proxies. If you select a bunch of files and choose "Create Proxies", Premiere slllllowwlllyyy sends them over one at a time to AME. What exactly takes so long? It's just a list of known files combined with a general instruction to apply the same preset. It feels like the code is insisting to do one file at a time when sending over a list all in one would be so much more efficient. If I grab a bunch of files in the finder and drag and drop them into AME then - ZIP! - they get added right away.I think Premiere is forcibly relinking files because some code in there has to verify the location of EACH and EVERY file, one at a

When I edit a pdf document, the document has red strikethrough marks wherever I changed text -- and the new text is contained in a “comment box.” Obviously, I want the new text in the document itself, but there does not appear to be any way to make that happen. If I close and reopen the document, or export it, or try to print it--it still has all the strikethrough marks visible, without the new replacement text. In other words, it seems possible to indicate changes you WANT to make in a document, but it does not seem possible to actually make those changes.Google indicates I need to “exit edit mode” but that may not be possible. Clicking the pan “hand” does nothing. Pressing “esc” does nothing. Closing and re-opening Adobe does nothing. Curiously, AI Assistant is completely clueless on this seemingly important matter--no idea how to make desired editorial changes actually take effect in the pdf document.

It's annoying that every time I create a new text box in Premiere Pro, it reverts to the font Myriad Pro with a font size of 100. I never use Myriad Pro or a font size of 100. Why can't it default to the last font I was using?

this is very Racial and offensive

I have a group of simple shapes with gaussian blur applied. I have used a rectangle to clip the edges however this does not work at all. You can see where the blur is showing beyond the rest of the artwork’s edge below after exporting as PNG. Using Adobe Illustrator 29.8.5.

Is there a bezier warp tool that will allow me to distort and group of objects by dragging corner handles independently to distort the entire group at once?  Specifically, I have some long rectangles to form stripes, and I want the pinch the whole group at once end and widen it at the other. I also want a slight arc in the whole group, but I was able to use the warp tool with a giant brush to add a slight curve to the whole group, however it doesn’t have a way to do the rest that I need done. Thanks! PS - Can i “apply” the Envelope Distortion so I can further edit the objects? Thanks again!

I am a photographer. Sometimes I want to change the top of the models I photograph. The generative fill is so aggressive, I can't even use it anymore. Even if I try to remove a tattoo NEAR the cleavage area, it doesn't even do it. Please tone down the AI.

I have Elements 2023 for PC.  I can get “Text on shape” to work fine on a new blank file.  I’ve even tried on a file with a color fill and saved as a jpeg, then re-opened, and it was fine.  When I try on a file with a photo as the background layer, I get to where you add text and don’t get a cursor, just a blinking dot.  If I try and type nothing shows.  I have made sure everything is in contrasting colors so nothing would seem hidden.  What could I be missing?

HI Is anyone else having issues exporting files as png, on the preview it looks transparent but is saving with a white background. When I bring the image back in photoshop, background is still white. It was fine yesterday. Dont know if I am doing something wrong or if there is a bug. Please help, I have searched youtube and forums and can't find an answer that works     {Title edited by Moderator}

Spent a very long time trying to apply an action to a folder of photos, to no avail. I created the action, when I try to apply it,nothing happens. Tried closing, restarting, all the things...you know. Nothing. Contacted help/chat, was told they can’t access their own tools and to check back in a couple hours. Weird. Just another day of moving backwards faster than forward. Sigh. Anybody know what’s going on?

I am running into a problem with my hypertext entries (used to open a video-file on the same computer the PDF/link is clicked) that I cannot find any information about on the web.  The problem is that no matter what type of hypertext command I try (message URL, message opennew, message openfile, etc.) the actual syntax of my hypertext is getting changed by FM when I click the <save> button.  For example: the hypertext command I type in is "//D:/data/local/Test-Folder/OnlineHelpFiles/filename.mp4"...is being changed to something with unicode characters for the colon “ : “and the "/O" in the file path.  This change occurs no matter if I put the URL in quotes or use the 'escape reserved characters' technique. Any guidance is appreciated…
