Do we know if there is (or if it will be patched in) to switch to the Legacy version of File>Open.  The new version opens a new UI box where I now have to press another button to access the files on my local machine.  This is the kind of UX change that should always be optional.  I have seen this with all software recently where they are adding 'Home' screens and extra steps to open or save files. Be great if someone from Adobe could comment on if this will be adapted to allow for legacy use case.

I work with a 3rd party application that generates PDF files by a given template. I noticed that the produced PDF files are not read correctly in Adobe Acrobat/Reader when the ‘new’ layout is applied. When using the ‘old’ layout, the Read-Out-Loud reads the document as expected. The app settings are unchanged. The PDF file is tagged, and PAC (PDF Accessibility Tool) reports the structure as valid. Acrobat also shows the structure, ordered according the expected reading order:  I’m attaching a very simple PDF file that demonstrates the issue. It consists of two lines:This is the First LineLine Number: 2When Acrobat/Reader is using the “old” layout, the document is read as “This is the first line; Line Number 2”.When using the “new” layout, the reading order of the second line is reversed, i.e. “This is the first line; 2; Line Number”.I know I can re-tag the PDF, or manually edit the reading order, but since those PDFs are generated by a 3rd party app and are shipped to customers, re-taggi

Hi! I'm trying to create images with Firefly for sale on Adobe Stock, but they're getting rejected for poor quality. They're actually 72 dpi images, but I see other sellers selling high-quality AI-generated images. How can I create high-quality images (300 dpi) with Firefly so they'll be accepted for sale on Adobe Stock? Thanks so much for your help!

Date Picker Not Displayed in Adobe Sign (Salesforce) on Desktop Browsers. I’m currently using Adobe Sign in Salesforce, and I’m facing an issue with the date picker behavior in web browsers. While previewing the document in Adobe Acrobat, the date picker works correctly. After uploading the template to Adobe Sign (via Salesforce) and generating an agreement. The date field does not display the date picker in desktop browsers. The field behaves like a text input. Date validation works correctly (invalid formats are rejected).  Date picker works as expected on mobile browsers. Is there any configuration required to enable the date picker UI?. The field tag is 'deadlineDate_es_:signer1:isdate' and the format is date(mm/dd/yyyy).

I created a pdf using the perl library PDF::API2. It adds text to a pdf file in the bottom left. When I open the pdf in the browser (Chrome/Edge) or even PDF24, the text is shown. But when I open the pdf in Acrobat Reader, it isn’t shown. Please help me try to explain this

I am trying to generate an image of a Florida manatee and classical conditioning. No matter how I word it, or what I type in (including specifying that I want it in English!), it is only generating in foreign languages and I cannot figure out how to fix this issue. It is wasting all of my free generations first of all, and second of all, I am in need of an image for a project, and Google did not have any, so I was relying on Adobe to help. If this issue cannot be amended, I will not only not purchase an upgraded version, I will delete what I do have as well.

I have used Acrobat on my Macbook Pro for 14 years.I recently changed my subscription to Teams and I have lost the ability to save to the cloud directly.I only can save to my Mac.I deleted and reinstalled Acrobat and problem persists. Why?

I recently moved from CS4 to the latest Creative Cloud. One thing I can’t work out is how to select the corner or edge to scale from when doing Transform? The grid in the toolbar is always greyed out - can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Upon updating to Adobe Robohelp 2026.01.11 version, the system is no longer applying my conditional build expressions. The condition tags still exist in the project. They still show up in the UI’s author view.  If I use the UI’s Output view and look at the output presets, I can still see the condition expressions. Everything looks as expected. If I use the UI’s preview mode and select either condition tags or condition expressions and then select appropriate options for either selection, the system no longer displays the expected content. If I generate the output (and this is where I noticed the issue), my output includes ALL content, not observing any condition tags.Is anyone else experiencing this?Is there a way for me to roll back this update? I need to publish updates, but I can’t if I am publishing everything when I need to be generating six different versions of the online help.

I can work around this issue which started several years ago, but it's still annoying. I do not have this issue with .psd or .tiff files. Properties for all .jpg files show "unknown application". Navigating to link .exe file does not work. Right click "open with" shows a photoshop.exe in the available app list (not a PS logo); but that doesn't work either. Images will open with MS Photos app, so files seem to be OK. I can drag and drop a .jpg into Photoshop as well. I can place them in InDesign. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest PS. I have shut down PC, not just restart. I have deleted preference folders in appsdata\roaming for old versions of PS. One note: the "open with" list shows a photoshopelementseditor.exe, but the Elements app is long gone and I can't find that .exe. Like I wrote, there's a workaround, but I would certainly like to just double click and have Photoshop appear as it should.

I have dealth with Adobe since the 1980s.  Great Company.  But I am retired now I don't keep up with the nuisances of technology.  So I opened a form I greated for a Yatch Club like I have done for the last 10 years. And behold.  The toolbar is nothing, like chinese icons on the right and left.  I just want to change a format of text without going through a videos or entering college again.  You have made it so hard and un-intuivative that it unfuctional to me.  I spent 3 hours trying to figures out why everything changed.  This is an old Microsoft trick, change the menu and everyone will think everything is new.  Sorry guys.  Microsoft Word still basically works the same.  I will use them and save as a pdf.  You really dissapointed me on this one.  I just don't understand anymore.  But I am old so I apolgize, Adobe get your act together (KISS).

Hi, I’m having a persistent issue where I cannot resize the height of multiple selected objects (images) at once in Adobe Illustrator. The Problem: When I select multiple images (around 100) and try to change the height (H) value in the Transform/Properties panel, the value either reverts to the original or doesn't change at all. Sometimes the bounding box appears much larger than the actual images. Even with only 3 images selected, the numeric input in the Transform panel is often ignored or "jumps" back. What I've already tried: Full Reinstall: Used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to wipe everything and reinstalled on the C: drive. Snapping Settings: Disabled "Snap to Pixel," "Snap to Grid," and "Snap to Point." Reset Settings: Reset Illustrator preferences and deleted the AppData/Adobe folder. Artboard Check: Reset the bounding box and ensured objects are within the artboard area. Environment: Running on Windows 11. Specific Symptoms: The reference point (9-dot icon

Hi. I cancelled my subscription back in January and I’m still get charged the monthly fee?

Migrating users from Adobe ID to Federated ID so we can implement SSO. In the csv, if their username is listed as firstname.lastname@domain.com but their default username in our domain is just lastname@domain.com - should I be changing that in the “new username” column in the csv?

I would only use those two apps, and would like a way to get them both in the same package. I see someone has asked this but it’s been two years since then. Would be nice for a custom package.

Hi! Since the Adobe Express comes with a standard license, can it be used for Print on demand? I have been using Adobe Express since many months for print on demand, however all of my designs contain only texts without any illustrations or graphics. Does the Adobe standard license also apply to Adobe Express projects which contain only font (texts). If yes, can the designs be printed on merchandise for sale? Please explain. I am getting confused and worried.

Does anyone know how to hide the "Application Bar" in InDesign CC 2020? It is useless to me and uses screen real estate. (This is not the Application Frame, which I have turned off. Nor is it the Control bar, which I have turned on.)

Dear community,I would like to ask if there is a way to add multiple actions to a single trigger in Prototype mode in XD. For example, on one Tap, I need to change the component’s state and at the same time transition to another screen.Thank you for your help!

So, as far as I understand, it is currently no longer possible to install After Effects 2023 via Creative Cloud. However, I specifically need version 2023 due to compatibility reasons (plugins/projects), and newer versions are not suitable in my case.Is there any official way to access or download After Effects 2023? I would really appreciate any help or guidance on this.

Every time I try to open a project in Premiere Pro, I just get the spinning wheel until I eventually give up and force quit the application. This is happening with all my Premiere projects and is not exclusive to a single one (and the projects open fine on other computers). I can open Premiere and create a new project, but if I close Premiere and try to reopen the new project, I get the spinning wheel again. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere. Cleared my cache. Restarted the computer multiple times. I even downloaded the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, which uninstalled and cleared every Adobe product on my machine, then reinstalled Premiere and still got the same wheel issue. I'm not sure what else to try outside of resetting my entire computer... any suggestions?
