Hi all! When I take a screenshot and insert it in RoboHelp, the size of the image appears bigger in the output than the original dimensions. How can I retain the original image dimensions in the output?

Good day, i used the free trail option on the 21st of December and canceled on the same day, even an email was sent to  show that i did cancel the free trail, but today i am being billed , can someone help me( i am a student so i need this to be sorted out as soon as possible ) thank you

My footnotes are putting the footnotes' reference numbers at the end of the footnote line instead of at the beginning. For example, instead of: 1   First footnote. It is doing:First footnote. 1 How do I fix this? I've played everywhich way with the composer settings, I even downloaded and tried fixing it using the Hebrew/ME version of INDD...adjusting the right to left and left to right. Also looked at styles, footnotes options, even found a js that forced the doc to the proper composer. Nothing is fixing this annoying issue... so far.The reference number in the body text is good as is the reference in the footnote, but I can't help but thinking that I am missing something obvious.  Latest INDD version on a Windows 11 machineIdeas are appreciated. Meanwhile, will start a new doc to see if mine is simply corrupted. Should have probably tried that an hour ago. lolThanks,Rob

Hello, I'm am fairly new here, and all of photos rejected for quality issues, but I'd love to know more specifics,  so I can do better when submitting. I did use AI to upsize them and also taged as ai.  Any feedback will be most appreciated!  Thank. you.

Ok so I'm having an issue when I try to crop images in Lightroom (Not LRc). It's not smooth, in fact it's almost unusable. My PC specs are as follows:64GB RAMi7 ProcessorRTX 5080 16Gb2.5 Tb disk spaceLightroom also seems to want to continully download the presets, even my own!I've tried turning the GPU accelleration off but no difference between off and Full accelleration.I really need this to work properly. I've even tried reducing the size of Lightroom on the screen but that makes no difference either. Other ai processor/GPU intensive apps work just fine. All help appreciated.

Forgive me if this is a duplicate post.  (I can't find the one I thought I posted earlier today.)  I am drafting a pattern for a messenger bag.  I know I can duplicate rounded corners from one pattern piece to another by copying etcI, but it made me wonder how to actually measure the radius of a rounded corner.  I found some posts by others using scripts.  But I dont' know how to use scripts.  I have attached my file to show how I approximated it by measuring from the corner of a square of similar size (to the rounded corner) to the radius of a larger rectangle on top of it.  (See the Flap piece - the left hand rectangle)Should I just bite the bullet and learn how to script?  Or does someone have a clever way of doing it without scripting.  Linked File

I have a photo where I see a strobe light and stand in the  mirror. Great time to test my chops with content aware!  So did lasso, edit fill content aware, nothing happened. Tried twice nothing. zero. Gave up with that. So did a right click and did lasso, generative fill. That got rid of the stand, but cords and cables remained, so 2 more rounds, better, but bright round flash still there, and get annoying.  I just ignorged it , figuring if rasterize, (honetly did not even want a smart object), pity they cannot do this without smart object, (can it be done without smart object?),  I'd be charged for AI credits sor something. Left the bright light, still nice, to rid, but cannot even clone it out myself. Did ok to rasterize, But alas, nothing works.  clone, nothing after rasterizing functioins like just locked with one layer, so stuck

I recently upgraded from my old iMac desktop to a new McMini and in the process did not look where I had kept my LR6 catalog before I tranferred my data to my new system.  Now I am not able to even open the old LR6 on my old desktop or my new desktop.  How do I find out where I stored it and will it come back once I upgrade probably to LRClassic subscription and the new Photshop Elements 3year upgrade?  I try to open LR but al it does is flash and I am not able to find my files (may have stored them on my external hard drive, but all I can find there is LR5 files, and not LR6 which is the latest version I had.)   Any helpful tips would be great!

Can someone tell me what I need to do in Photoshop to get rid of the emboss effect in this image of text? This is an image file of text I got from a client's logo and removed the other elements. I am trying to make it solid black so I can print it, but the original image has an emboss effect that created white spots that I can't get rid of. I added a color overlay and that didn't fix it. I selected each letter and used Fill/Black, that didn't work. Any type of selection tool I use only selects the black, and leaves the white unselected so it doesn't get filled. Is there a way to select an outline of the image AND include the transparent space?I tried to recreate the text with the text too but lI can't get that font exact . . . there's something with the tail on the R that I can't find or replicate. TIA!

Every time I copy and paste an operation into a batch, Lightroom crashes. That is, the pasting stops at a certain number and simply does not continue.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Whenever I use Save a Copy in Photoshop, I am using it to save an exact version of a file, but in a different format.   Is there a way to turn off adding "copy" to the existing file name when I use Save a Copy?  As of right now, I have to delete it manually and then save (or save and change file name after).   Thank you

Upon writing an interactive pdf from indesign will 21.1 under macOS 26.2 (25C56), that pdf will open in acrobat but not in preview. Preview informs me that “Apple could not verify “pdf Title” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy. Any idea why, and what to do about it?  Thanks!

I am generating images using Adobe Firefly (Model: Firefly Image 4). I noticed that 4 images are being generated at once from a prompt.I have a clear question about this—Does only 20 credits get deducted when generating once, or since 4 images are available, a total of 80 credits are deducted? Does each model of Adobe Firefly deduct 20 credits for creating an image? Please confirm the matter with official and correct information, I will be very benefited.Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hello,I’m encountering a compatibility block when trying to install Adobe Illustrator via Creative Cloud and would like clarification on supported options for legacy systems.System details:iMac 15,1 (Late 2014 / Early 2015, Intel)macOS 11.7.10 (Big Sur, latest security update)Adobe Creative Cloud subscription (active)Creative Cloud Desktop App: latest available for macOS 11Issue:In the Creative Cloud desktop app, Adobe Illustrator is listed as “Not compatible with this operating system” and cannot be installed. The “Other versions” / “Previous versions” option does not show any installable Illustrator versions.Context:I understand that current Illustrator releases require macOS 13 or newer. However, Adobe Illustrator 2021 (version 25.x) was officially compatible with macOS 11 Big Sur at the time of release.Questions:Is Illustrator 2021 (25.x) still available for installation on macOS 11 through Creative Cloud, either normally or via manual enablement by Adobe Support?Has Adobe fully depr

I took the option of download, complete, scan, upload with Adobe Acrobat Sign. It is for an expensive contract. There are 26 pages. The Adobe Acrobat Sign service hates the end user: 1) it looks like there is a file size limit of 10MB. If the uploaded file exceeds that, there is no error, but the upload does not happen.2) Try compressing the PDF and sometimes the uploads fail with "Some miscellaneous error has occurred" and sometimes with "Upload Error: an error has occurred". This is great. I've tried scanning the doc with three different scanners (Brother, Canon, and Google Drive Document Scan). I looked into the Adobe Scan app, but that wants a subscription to scan more than 5 pages and I know from experience it is very hard to cancel an Adobe subscription (hundreds wasted on kids Adobe Create Cloud).I've tried uploading with three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). I've tried uploading in In-Cognito mode. I've tried different scanning formats (OCR, 15

I am using an Intel Core i7 IdeaPad - 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13620H (2.40 GHz) , with Intel (R) UHD Graphics card 128MB, 16G Ram 5200 MTs, Windows 11 (Home), installed Feb 25. I've just updated the graphics. Everything possible is updated on my device. I've gone in to use the "get rid of distractions - people", feature, in my Lightroom Classic on my laptop. I had tried before and through further mucking around was advised to download AMD drivers. Except, I have an Intel platform. I don't know how about going about changing everything or indeed, if that is a possibility. Then I contacted Adobe and they advised updating the driver, which I have just done. Still fails to recognise, let alone get rid of the distracting people in my photo. I do not know how to proceed. There is no before and after to show as the programme does not even pick up the people in the photo, let alone get rid of them. Does anyone using Windows 11 (Home) have any suggestio

Hi! I would be grateful, if someone knows this problem and could offer a solution:I recetnly opened LrC which I have not been using for approx. 3 months. I wanted to add a folder and import new photos.  The app would do: nothing. It does'nt crash but it just stays idle. No9 progress bar of any operations is shown.I tried to optimize the catalog: this would take forever (over night (!)) and would not finish.  Canceling the optimization would also result that it would not stop this. It seems to hang up. I have to force LrC to stop vie Task manager. Then I tried to delete all previews: same thing, nothing happens. The catalog size is approx. 800 MB large. 3 Months ago, I could edit and manage my photos flawlessly with LRC. But after a few months of not using, it just would not work anymore.LrC catalog and all fotos are on fast external SSDs with plenty of free space.Things I have done to improve performance:I have updated LrC and all other Adobe products to their lates versionI ch

Hello Everyone.I have a very basic Scene less than 10 seconds, and I am watching a Tutorial on Pot Player on Tracking. I noticed After Effects did Freeze few times. I'm attaching the Error Message. I do have a fairly strong Computer. Also for Better Performence, I have my Mximum Disk Cache inside my C Drive "SSD", and Conformed Media Cache on my F Drive "SSD". I have used this Technique for my Premiere Pro files. In other words, I try to have only Program files Inside my C Drive. Thanks.Computer Info:Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz (3.60 GHz)64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable)NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
