I am trying to open one of my LR Classic catalogues. It is already on version 13-3 but it's telling me that I need to upgrade it in order to open it. When I hit the upgrade button, all I get is a spinning pie. I have tried this multiple times on two different computers. Another catalogue that I use is on version 13-3 and it opens with no problem. Any suggestions for how to resolve this problem?

Hi All - Win 11 Laptop (L/T) and Desktop (D/T).  Creative Cloud  Bundle installed on both (Annual Subs just renewed).General problems with D/T required partial 'reset'.  Existing/installed apps on D/T and L/T include Creative Cloud but shortcuts on Desktop/Taskbar only take me to a page offering Ps, LR, LRc for a trial period with the option to purchase.  'Settings'>'Apps' indicate that Ps,LR and LRc are all installed, + the various other Creative Cloud Software that goes with my subscription. When I sign in to my Adobe A/c I'm informed that there are no paid for plans, despite 12 months subs paid recently. Not entirely sure where I go from here.If I uinstall  Creative Cloud + related software to reinstall - Where do I reinstall from?  It would seem that I don't have anything paid for.To be honest...  I am not particularly IT savvy so please be gentle!Best WishesBT

I've been using a combination of the latest version of Photoshop and Photoshop 2019 for output sharpening via the free Google Nik Collection (which isn't compatible with more recent versions of Photoshop) on a PC for several years, but when I download Photoshop 2026, both Photoshop 2025, and 2019 versions of Photoshop were uninstalled from my system, and when 4 days later I tried to revert my system to an earlier point in time using system restore to get them back the only option I got was a revert back to before a Windows update from 2 days earlier that was after Photoshop 2019 had been removed. I've since discovered that Photoshop 2019 can no longer be download from Adobe like I had after previous Photoshop version updates, so as far as I can see I've now got two possible options to get the Nik out sharpener back.  I can either pay DXO £119.99 for the full Nik Collection 8 which seems steep as I'll only be using a small part of that collection, or revert my system back

HiI used Bridge for many years for free. Now, after updating to Win 11 on a new computer,  I would like to continue with Bridge. But I don't know, how to install the software without paying for it.Is Bridge still free (November 2025)?  If so, how can I download it? As far as I know, I have to download first Creative Cloud, but which one (The Pro-Version is associated with costs). CC Client? And how to proceed from there?

Currently, if anything happens that Premiere doesn't like, it just instantly crashes. Resolve RARELY does this because the code in the backend is MUCH better, obviously. There needs to be a way to prevent crashes built in, so that if Premiere gets stuck doing something, it knows what to then do automatically to prevent a crash; either by undoing the issue that cause it to get stuck, or by forcing Premiere to jump to a safe state and inform you of the issue + sending an automatic crash level report that the Premiere team then takes very seriously (As a top priority). So the idea is for the Premiere team to focus on stability to prevent crashes so users can continue working. (This is what a professional editing program offers.) Either do that, or reduce the price to FREE because Premiere in its current form is not a professional program with how often it has bugs, and crashes. For example, I've been experiencing the exact same crash bug for a year, from version 25.0 to the

The entire right hand side of my screen is blank. I checked my windows and my essentials workspace is selected as well as layers and everything I normally have selected that would show up there but nothing is there. I tried restarting but it stayed the same and is like this on every document I open.

The images that generated are disappear from history

I want them to import into the same organizational structureWhy can't I check the box, include subfolders, where is this check box?Why would it dump all of them into one folder?

It creates a picture from scratch that does not look like me at all.

PROBLEM 1: Whenever I attempt to add Alt Tags to images in InDesign, it only sometimes remembers.PROBLEM 2: I also have to do certain steps twice to even add the Alt Tag in the first place. Specifically, I mean that when I attempt to select "Custom", I have learned that I have to select "Custom", then leave the dialogue box, then come back in and add the Alt Tag in the Custom field. This is a bug within a bug! Repeat steps to add the Alt Tag, but then it forgets them half the time! The reason I even do it in InDesign so that I don't have to keep doing it to the PDF each time I export one. If InDesign worked correctly, it would mean I only have to enter the Alt Tag once.PROBLEM 3: Furthermore, having read the forums (and through personal experience), the Alt Tags might STILL be forgotton when it gets exported to PDF! Triple-whammy bug! Please, Adobe... Stop adding features to all your software and fix more bugs!Note: before someone suggests bringing Adobe Bridge into the workflow... I h

I am using the latest version of Photoshop V.27.1.0.  I have Win11.  Now when I try and use the rectangular Marquee Tool, I only get a very small square.  I can no longer adjust the size of my rectangle, I am stuck with this little square and I don't know why nor can I get out of it.  I have to change over to the oval tool and click on my image to get rid of the little square marguee.  This only started after I updated Photoshop a few days ago.

I have a tiny amount of content in Adobe Cloud. I have several catalogs. All but one of which have exactly nothing to do with my Adobe Cloud content. Is there some way to turn off those catalogs urge to show the cloud images in All media?

On a M4 Max 128 MB Ram MacBook Pro after the last update most of the time I open a file whether large or small I get the wheel of death spinning sometimes for some 30 seconds and sometime longer too.

HiSome of my masking tools have suddenly stopped working.  I've searched the previous posts and done as suggested, but still have the problem.  At the moment, the brush tool no longer works at all; it worked fine until a few days ago.   I'm on the latest version of Lightroom, Version 9.0.  I've downloaded & installed the latest update to the graphics card.   Would anyone know how to fix this?thank you in advance!

Hello, I created an InDesign file with several hyperlinks to URLs. They all work fine except one specific link. It works fine when I click on iit in the list in the Hyperlink Panel, going right to the proper webpage, and has a green dot to the right signifying that it should work.  But while exporting the file to an interactive pdf, I get the warning "The document contains links to files that are missing or modifed, or links to inaccessible URLs..."  I create the pdf anyway, and sure enough, all the links work except that one. I've deleted and re-added it several times, checked the URL, checked that the link listed in the hyperlink panel works, and even created the link in Microsoft Word, where it works just fine. Worse still, I tried creating the link in Acrobat, and it doesn't work there, either. If I highlight the link text nothing happens, after I'd created it. I've re-booted the computer, and everything else I can think of: nada. For some reason Adobe

Hi, I'd like to change the default profile in ACR from Adobe Color to Adobe Standard. I know that the Defaults dialog box gives you the option to change the default to any other installed profile, but it doesn't give you the option to change the Adobe default. It seems you're stuck with Adobe Color.Am I missing something? Thanks
