Hi all,I’m experiencing persistent crashing issues with Adobe Premiere Rush on my Windows 10 laptop, and I’m hoping for some guidance. Below is a detailed breakdown.Crash DetailsThe crashes occur in Premiere Rush (version 2.10.0) whenever:Adding a New Video: The application crashes consistently when I open a new project, and then browse to a folder containing any videos. I can add images or audio without any issue.Accessing Project Files: Rush also crashes as soon as it tries to open any project files containing video content. The issue seems tied to handling video files, with the deployment crashing whenever video content is accessed. (Crash file is attached for reference, if that helps.)Troubleshooting: steps already takenHere’s everything I’ve tried so far, in coordination with the IT support team from my university:Cleared Cache Files: Cleared the cache within Premiere Rush to eliminate potential file corruption.Disabled Hardware Acceleration: Disabled this setting as it’s some

Hello! I recently attempted to repair the microsoft visual C++ redistributable on my brand new microsoft surface pro 2-in-1 ... because I was all of a sudden unable to get into my adobe creative cloud. I do have my old microsoft surface that isn't Windows 11 compatible... I have my adobe apps on there (thankfully) as the main one I use isn't available for my new laptop yet (yikes!)... Anyways-- when i attempted to repair this microsoft visual C++, I got a pop up saying..."one or more issue caused setup to fail. Please fix issues" with a link to the log file. It also notes 'the parameter is incorrect with code 0x80070057'. I could google it, but... this seems to be where I'm directed. Makes sense! I'm not familiar with using forums though...  Thanks for any help!C

In the last few months, Lightroom Classic has been adding keywords to my photos on import. Here is an example... Birds, Blur judgement:Appropriate, Exposure judgement:Appropriate, Water I have searched everywhere looking for an option to automatically add keywords based on the content of the image, but I cannot find anything. Please, someone, help me make it stop.

Hi all!I have two copies of the identical photo.  The only difference is that one copy has had some photoshop changes and is a .TIF file, and the other is a raw file with a few lightroom adjustments.  No changes to the crop, rotation, angle, etc. have been done that might skew a localized adjustment mask.  I am using Lightroom 5.0 on a PC.I have an adjustment brush mask on my raw file that I would like to copy over to the .tif file.  I've tried both the copy settings/paste way of doing it, as well as the synchronize way of doing it (both times ensuring that all 'Local Adjustments' options and 'Process Version' were selected and nothing else).  Both approaches have the same result, and in both cases the result is way off.  (I've attached a photo to show what I mean).  What am I doing wrong?  It's not even close enough to warrant slight adjustments on my part.  I even exited Lightroom and re-booted it.As you can see, not only is the mask way o

Hi-Is there any way to assign a key command to reset parameters in the motion section of the effects panel? I'm looking for a quicker way to reset a bunch of 50% sized clips back to 100% by assigning a

I'm trying to import footage that was shot on the Alexa 35 Xtreme in Arri's new ARRICORE codec but I get the Error Message: Unsupported format or damaged file. Is there something I'm missing? According to Arri's webside I should be able to edit ARRICORE footage without any transcoding. I'm able to work with this footage in both Davinci Resolve and in Arri's Reference Tool.  I'm using the latest version of Premiere [25.5.0] on M1 Pro - Macbook Pro with latest MacOS installed [26.0.1] How can I work with ARRICORE footage in Premiere without any transcoding?

Testing Tahoe 26.1 on an M3 MacBook Pro. Encountering an issue where the pop-up window under default settings isn't working. The window doesn't pop-up. There aren't any of my profiles to distill a PDF (able to see my profiles in InDesign). Saw in google searches that this may be a known issue. Can anyone confirm? And is there a fix or workaround? Thanks!

Hi! I'm in an online course to learn to use Adobe XD, but I haven't been able to find where to download it... It doesn't seem to be in any adobe link nor listed in the creative cloud apps. Can someone help me please? (I'm in Canada)

Should standard previews be sized to the longest edge of the display's physical resolution or to the longest edge of the display's scaled resolution? I ask because the auto size for standard previews on my 4K display is 3840, even though my display is configured to display at 1920x1080 in system settings->display.

Hey everyone, just posting this here hoping that I'm just being dull and that the problem I'm encountering actually has a fix which I'm failing to spot. Essentially, ever since yesterday Premiere Pro has decided to stop outputting any audio via the headphones plugged into my laptop. Following are some key details:the headphones work, audio comes through them from the laptop if I'm just playing a video (even with PP open), though no audio comes out of PP.the bars in the volume mixer show audio playing, though no sound comes through. the problem persists with different headphones. if I unplug the headphones, the audio automatically plays via the laptop speakers (and it plays fine).edit>preferences>audio hardware set to either headphones or system default does not change or fix the problem, nor does changing between MME and ASIO.yesterday,  whenever I played footage in PP, I got a warning reading: "Unable to fill rectangle: GDI status: "ValueOverflow"". This mess

Hello, I downloaded presets onto my MacbookPro. I downloaded presets from Etsy, some have uploaded but the last one has not uploaded and the upload bar is stuck in the middle. I think I uploaded the wrong format.  I've removed Lightroom from the laptop and redownloded still have the same issue.  Please help! Thank you

When I open a PDF File, the name of the file is usually the name that shows in the window up on the LHS of the screen. But yesterday I opened a file and the name that showed was a different one. Does anyone know why and how I can change it or why this happened?

Hello all,This may seem like an extremely amateurish question but today I've been having the hardest time making an animation of a person walking using keyframes in photoshop timeline animation. Basically, I want each leg component to rotate every time he takes a step, and for the position of the leg component to change as he's moving forward. Bottom line: I want to animate the rotation and position of a layer.I set my keyframes up accordingly, and the position animated just fine, but I'm having serious trouble with the rotation. I move my ticker over the keyframe, hit ctrl+T, and rotate, but the rotation is applied to the entire animation and not just that keyframe. I'm so confused. Then I tried, in the timeline panel, changing the motion from "custom" to "rotate", but the problem this time was that when i tried rotating it, it disregarded my anchor point no matter where I dragged it to and just rotated around the middle. Is it because I am trying to animate the rotation AND the posit

Hello,   Unfortunately, my Lightroom Classic (offline version) has recently been crashing as soon as I try to import photos. I use Win 10 64 bit. The LogCollectorTool has uploaded the file “AdobeLogs_20251012_065820_950-win-GS.zxp” to Adobe. I have also worked through the instructions, but unfortunately without success: https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-desktop-discussions/can-not-get-the-latest-version-of-lightroom-lightroom-classic-and-photoshop/m-p/13794814   The instructions also said to send the two CoreSync Folders to Adobe. But to what mailadress?   Can you help me?     Best regards and many thanks for your help.

today all my apps were signed out with the explanation that my license is being used by multiple users. But that’s not true. Two devices are signed in online with only me as a user, which is allowed. I received several messages saying that Adobe would change my password if I didn’t take action. Unfortunately, a support contact wasn’t able to help. I was told to sign out of all devices and sign back in, and then everything would be fine. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I’m pretty angry now. I wrote to them again. Sadly, the support is a disaster as well—they’re barely reachable. For me, the messages started appearing after the last major update. I think Adobe changed something about the license check, and there’s probably a bug in it. I can imagine that this might be the case here too… it doesn’t really help, but it shows that others are having account problems as well…

Dear Adobe Support Team,I’m reaching out because I’m currently experiencing financial difficulties this month and unfortunately, I’m unable to afford my Adobe subscription. Also, even though I paid, there are only a few days left on my subscription. I wonder if there is a problem with the subscription process. I understand that Adobe has a standard refund policy, but I was hoping there might be an exception in my case.If possible, I would really appreciate a refund for this month’s charge, or at least a cancellation of the current billing cycle. I truly value Adobe’s services and plan to return as a customer once my situation improves. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hi All, Recently a user for a client I support, came to me about the logtransport2.exe error on her Windows 11 machine.  It pops up a lot and causes freezes on her machine.  I'm looking into that more tomorrow.   I read in various articles that this process is part of the data and usage collection Adobe sends to its servers.  I read that the process is controlled by the HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\(product name)\(version)\FeatureLockDown "usagemeasurement" key. I checked my adobe (free version) and I'm opted into sending data.  However, I don't see the usagemeasurement key?  If data collection is on in my account, shouldn't I see the "usagemeasurement" key? Thoughts appreciated.

I'd love to see an option in preferences under Units and Rulers to set the Ruler Origin (0,0) to be in a different location than the top left corner of the artboard, either on a document by document basis, or as a default - maybe with a toggle. A 3x3 grid of radio button selections such as top left, middle left, bottom left; top center, middle center, bottom center; top right, middle right, bottom right would be ideal, but a drop down list would work also. This would save having to zoom waaaaayyy in to the appropriate location and dragging the corner box of the ruler to (hopefully) line up with the exact pixel you're aiming for on each new artboard/file. If there's already a simple way to do this that I'm unaware of, I'd love to know what it is!   Thanks! mscureman

Hi,I’m trying to install and activate Adobe Acrobat X on my current Windows computer, but I get the following messages during setup:“Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed.”and later:“Your license allows activation on 2 computers only.”I believe this is because I previously had Acrobat X installed on my old laptop, which I no longer use.I have already uninstalled the program there, but I can’t deactivate it since the computer is no longer available.I contacted Adobe Support by phone, but they told me that support for Acrobat X has ended and that they are no longer able to reset activations for this product.Could someone here please help me reset the activations for my Acrobat X license, or advise if there is any other way to activate it on my new computer?Product: Adobe Acrobat X (Student and teacher edition)Serial number: Available upon requestThank you very much for your help and understanding!Best regards,Dennis

Dear Adobe Team, I’ve noticed that the “Ripple Trim In” command is no longer available in Premiere Pro 2025. This was a very useful tool for trimming clips from their In point to the playhead, and its removal has significantly disrupted my editing workflow. While alternatives like “Ripple Trim to Playhead (Next/Previous Edit)” still exist, they affect all clips on the timeline, not just a single selected one. The original “Ripple Trim In” gave precise control over individual clips — and this level of precision is important in fast-paced editing environments. Please consider bringing this feature back or making it available again in the Keyboard Shortcuts panel. Thank you for continuously improving Premiere Pro! Best regards, A dedicated user

Hi Adobe Community team, our marketing department relies on very strict brand colour guidelines, but we have noticed that some of our key colours (for example #b55d91, #f68e48 and #188679) look noticeably duller and slightly greyer in Acrobat Reader than in other PDF viewers and printed proofs, even when the PDF is exported with embedded colour profiles. Are there specific colour management settings in Acrobat Reader, or an export preset you recommend, to ensure brand-accurate rendering of marketing PDFs for all users?
