Hello!I am having an issue where I have set a paragraph style font to Gibson Book. However, when I apply that style, the text is converted to Arno Pro Regular and it reads as this in the font panel. When I go into the Paragraph Style panel, the basic character tab still says it is Gibson Book. I have tried making the paragraph style from scratch, and I have also tried highlighting text already formatted how I want and creating the paragraph style from that. Either way it keeps changing it back to Arno Pro.The only other thing is that this is a file someone else set up and worked in, so maybe there is some setting they put in here, but I dont know what that would be.

I’m trying to get back ProPanel into PS- however Stocks and Marketplace aren’t showing in CC.I'm hoping someone from Adobe or the community can help me resolve an issue with the Creative Cloud desktop app on my Mac.The Stock & Marketplace tab is completely missing from my Creative Cloud desktop app.My Creative Cloud navigation currently shows:Home → Apps → Files → Benefits → CreateThere is no Stock & Marketplace option anywhere.I'm using a Mac and have os version ( 26.6.2 )My Creative Cloud apps themselves are working normally.I've already tried the following:Signed out of Creative Cloud and signed back in Quit and restarted Creative Cloud Restarted my Mac Checked the Creative Cloud account menu Checked for Creative Cloud updates Checked System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions Checked ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe The OOBE removed this folder   The AAMUpdater folder isn't presentAdobe's current documentation indicates that Stock & Marketplace should

I reviewed the previous discussions and didn't see where I can download CS4 Extended. I have had CS4 for over 10 years and never heard of the Extended portion until tonight. Is this something that I can download for free? I am interested in the 3D aspects. I followed several of the links on Adobe and the links from this discussion and didn't see where I could download it. Is it still available? Does anyone have a verified and reliable link to where I can download CS4 Extended dor Windows 10? My CS4 is licensed and registered. Is there a fee associated with the Extended portion and if so, do you know how much it is? Thank you for your help. Tom

Hi, I purchased the Lightroom Premium Yearly plan (40GB, ₫469,000/year) through Apple In-App Purchase. My Apple subscription page confirms it’s active and set to renew on 29 August 2027. However, my Adobe account shows no active subscription — the Plans page only offers a free trial, as if no purchase was ever made. “Restore Purchase” in the app returns “No restored purchases.” Important detail: before subscribing, I had briefly signed into Lightroom with a different Adobe ID (a friend’s account) and tapped Subscribe, then cancelled before completing it. I then signed out, signed back in with my own Adobe ID, and subscribed again. It’s possible the Apple transaction got linked to the wrong Adobe ID during that account switch. Could you please check on your end which Adobe ID this Apple transaction is currently linked to, and transfer the entitlement to my correct account if needed? I can provide the Apple order/transaction ID from my purchase confirmation email if that helps you locate

Bonjour, je souhaite résilier mon abonnement PSD.

I applied for the 7-day free trial on Adobe Acrobat to quickly help me with one of my documents and it didn’t work. I received the confirmation email, but every time I tried to access the extra services I could not. I assumed this meant the application did not go through, so I left it. After the 7 days were over, money was withdrawn from my account which confirmed that the 7-day trial was over and I now I want to cancel and get a refund. I followed the links, looked on my account to try and cancel the plan, but the plan doesnt even show up, I attempted to call directly (did not work), and even resorted to asking A.I and nothing has worked. This may have something to do with the fact that I am using my university account which may require contact with my university, but I don’t know.  If anyone can help I would be so greatful as I am still within the 14 days after accidentally applying for the adobe acrobat plan and I really need that money back.

I have a brush I like to use with the Pattern Stamp Tool. I made a copy of it and unlocked it so it picks up the pattern I have selected. When I leave the tool it reverts back to locked. I have to go through the process of unlocking it again, if I forget it paints with the foreground color instead of the pattern selected. I want to set this copy to work with the Pattern Stamp Tool and not the Brush Tool. How do I do that?

Bonjour, je souhaite résilier mon abonnement comment faire?

Please cancel the subscription

Hello. I am unable to reorder Tools in the Tools Panel on the left of the screen. The instructions I've found online seem to indicate that I should be able to "Drag and Drop" tools in my preferred order. However, I cannot select any of the Tools to Drag them.

I'm interested to know whether any other user of any Adobe software has been receiving a lot of recent emails, apparently from mail@mail.adobe.com, almost all of which can only be best described as "Non-Adobe Spam", e.g. offers of prepaid cards (with large funds already loaded), or advertising "NortonLifelock Partner"? I run Mailwasher Pro to filter my incoming emails and so can "blacklist" (aka block) either the sender or the domain from which the message comes.   This is a problem for the above email sender address because I have received some messages which are clealry genuine and which I want to read, so blocking either sender or domain is not acceptable. So, has "mail@mail.adobe.com" been hijacked??? Jeff
