Solved

hi all, although the interactive corner feature is really useful, unfortunately i cannot use it anymore. My problem is, that i can't see the corner-widget for all corners anymore. "Not anymore" because everthing worked fine and probably i made some changes in the settings or changed my workflow, and now i can't figure out where the issue is.So you can see in the screenshot, that for some corners the widget is visible, for some not. I already tried to play with the settings for corner-widget and also tried to convert the object into shape - nothing worked. What is also interesting: sometimes when i try to convert an object into shapes i just get a message "object was not converted".The issue mainly appears on objects wich i converted before (object -> path -> outline stroke). Objects which are created out of the rectangle tool, show all corner widgets. This one is created via pen tool -> object -> path -> outline stroke:This one is created via rectangle tool:So, does anyone

When importing a batch of ProRes Raw files, is there a way to change the default color space to S-Log3 instead of BT.709? So far, the only way that I've found to fix it is to manually change each clip individually.     [Moderator note: title edited for clarity as RAW format color management is different from most non-RAW CM in Premiere Pro.]

I'm working with a new hire. I'm on a Mac, he's on a PC. He's using PS ver. 26.11.0. Steps:1. Open a PS image2. Create an Alpha Channel (white box on a black field)3. Select the alpha channel (so you see marching ants)4. Inverse the selection - doesn't reflect the inverse with the marching ants-they stay the same This was driving me crazy until we went back to the RGB channel and copied the image and pasted it into another document of the same size. Apparently, the feature is working as expected but the marching ants aren't showing the "actual" selected area. It still "looks" like the original selected area is active but after using Inverse, it has selected what you would expect. This sounds confusing.

Hi, I am trying to make leases for a few of my tenants (Canada, NS). Whenever I send E-signatures the Data Fields are already present in all sections of the 15 page lease and I need to manually delete each one except for the intended sections. How do I stop Adobe from automatically making data fields and I can just manually add my own? I have attached a screenshot for reference. The yellow sections automatically fill up and it takes me so much time trying to get rid of it with every lease. The "Save as a Template" does not work either for future use either.

Rush version 2.10 (1)iphone 11 proFirst crashes very often. I have nowhere in the settings to clear the cache regarding the app's storage. Do you have a solution? It's an app I pay for, and I can't delete it to reinstall it... since September 25, 2025, it has been replaced by another Adobe app.

@Sameer K thanks for reply to the other chat (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/photoshop-26-11-crash-on-startup/td-p/15528027). After several "try and error" stuff I will try to explain maý problem. It's always the same, during the starting window, the app crashes. It's almost during the note "Speicher bemessen", but not always. So I tried to switch back to 26.10, it worked during the first start, second start was not possible. So I deinstalled this version and tried that also with 26.0 and after that try with the beta version. I updated the windows (25H2), I updated the GPU driver, I deactivated the GPU (NVIDIA ge-force 3070 notebook), I deactivated windows defender, I unsigned creative cloud and signes in once again, I deinstalled all photoshop versions and the creative cloud and installed everything new. I tried with deleted the default settings in start mode, I tried to jump over third party plugins, start as admin. Nothing helps. However after (it

Hi Guys,I am new to illustrator. Is there any crash course?I have two objects below, how can select all the elements on one, then reposition it?  Thanks

Hello! Last week, my CC desktop app crashed, and when restored, the option to pause/restart library sync had disappeared. Will this option be coming back? Our marketing department uses it often to resolve sync errors across our team. For example, if someone has loaded assets but others can't yet see them, we can toggle the sync option on/off and resolve the issue quickly and without disrupting any work inside of our Adobe programs. Now, I'm assuming we would have to completely log out of Creative Cloud in order to force a sync? Thank you for any help or insight here!

Suddenly having issues opening PDF attachments from my email through Outlook.  We have 5 email accounts with our company and my email is the ONLY one suddenly having issues.  The error message is: "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'report name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent an an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). I can forward the email and attachment to another email address within the company and it opens fine.  I have already uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and reloaded it, searched on line for solutions, tried to chat with someone at Adobe....with no answer.  I'm not sure what else to try.  Any help would be much appreciated!

I have multiple reports from users being unable to e-sign our agreements. They are pulling the agreement up on ipad and mobile respectively and they will click the "tap to sign" button but there is no response from the document.

I have multiple users with an Acrobat Pro license that can't request e-signatures from the e-sign tool. They either get the "services are unavailable currently" or the contact your IT team for permissions. When I go into the admin console there is no option to enable signatures for individual users.

Recently I acquired a TASCAM 202 MK VII audio cassette deck. I have begun digitizing many, though not all, of my 350 or so cassettes. The deck has a USB B port and I am able to connect the tape deck to my PC’s (desktop and laptop) USB Type A or USB 3.0 port. Audition recognizes the signal and records the input. The input signal level from the TASCAM into Audition doesn’t leave me much headroom. The TASCAM deck does not allow for the output level via USB to be adjusted. I reviewed alternate means to adjust the incoming signal level, such as right clicking the speaker icon in the task bar; it does not appear the USB signal is considered to be an audio input source. A friend loaned me a Behringer U-Phoria UMC22. All that did was confuse the computers and/or me. What it didn’t do was allow me to adjust the signal level going into Audition. I am open to suggestions.  The only solution I can think of is to get a mixer that has an USB Type A or USB 3.0 input port, the output is

Bonjour,   J'utilise régulièrement cette petite fenêtre flottante pour ajuster le niveau de mes bandes son. Mais elle a disparu mystérieusement, et je ne sais comment la faire réapparaitre. Une idée?   En vous remerciant.   PS:Version 25.3.0.71, W11

I just paid for the subscription for AI, but everytime I try to use it, a popup asking me to signup again appears.  This is frustrating.

Since last week, when we login to https://adminconsole.adobe.com/, we get a message saying:MyCompanyName is being migrated to VIP Marketplace.  Your account manager has made a change to your Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) membership. Your products, services, users and VIP number have not changed. You can access Admin Console as soon as migration is complete. This may take up to 24 hours. We can't login to the console to issue licenses or manage the users.  It is becomming a big problem for us.Can someone assist me or provide the appropriate phone number to call for support?
