Object styles seem to allow duplicate names as long as they're in different groups. The condition"if(!d.objectStyles.itemByName(a1).isValid)" doesn't appear to check for "a1" within its own group.Instead, it requires this approach:if(!d.objectStyleGroups.itemByName(“AA”).objectStyles.itemByName(a1).isValid)) Since I don't know all group names, is there a way to check if the style `a1` exists in any group or outside all groups?

Hi, I want to fully understand how to read the motion path in my animated still, and have a few questions: 1.   What does the endpoint of the downward path at the right represent in the 2d screenshot?  This endpoint is where the image reaches the 3rd set of keyframes, and stops panning up, left and zooming in.  It obviously has a specific relationship to the image, I just don't know what it is. 2.  In the 3d screenshot, the vertical path is just reflecting the upwards movement of the pan, right?  But why is it a solid, not dotted blue line? 3.  In the 4th screenshot, a dotted line appears moving leftwards and down.  This comes during the 2 sets of keyframes where the image is panning left and zooming in, as the image has already started moving both left and up.  Its appearance seems random to me.  Why does it start where it does, and what is it showing - that the image is panning left? @Conrad_C helpfully explai

Good day to everyone! I'm hoping someone can help me with a script so the result doesn't round up or down.  The issue is I am not using any decimal spaces so the result is rounding up.  Here is my example:   field l6 = 101field l9 = 200field l10 = l6-l9 (this should give a result of (99) but it is rounding up to 100.  I suspect that field l6 is where the issue might be because the result of 101 (which is field M2 * .02). Any ideas on script that might resolve this issue would be much appreciated.

I selected the Rename option to rename raw files on Import from my Windows 11 C drive.  That worked.  Then I tried to import a different set of files from the C drive, but specifically unchecked the Rename option.  However, the files were still mistakenly renamed.

18pt type when correctly sized is perfect for application. Sometimes it's so small it's impossible to see - and the maximum size 72pt is also barely adequate. Sometimes rebooting makes it work correctly, sometimes not. Any advice appreciated. (Computer 3 mo. old Dell Pro Micro Plus QBM 1250)

Hi.Is there any way of installing plugins e.g Topaz Photo Ai etc in Elements 2025.I have tried through the settings, preferences and this will not work and i have also tried navigating to Applications then highlighting Topaz AI and opening up and copying the file and pasting into the Elements plugins folder but thi still doesn't work and i get the dialogue box that the plugin is broken even though all works fine in another application and as a stand alone on my Mac. I'm not sure if the option of installing other plugins into Elements is now available but i am sure i have been able to use them in previous versions.Any help will be gratefully appreciated

Can I use an Adobe product to redact echocardiograms?

Are there any good guides online or in print to formatting a book with InDesign?  I have 300 pages of scanned editable text and a few grayscale photos from my wife's book, Iron-Jawed Angels by Linda G. Ford for which she has obtained the copyright and wants to issue a reprint.  I have produced a book using PageMaker back in the day, but am new to InDesign.  Any suggestions in getting started would be greatly appreciated.

Just purchased Adobe Premier Elements 2022 and as my first project I need to rotate a clip shot by an iPhone in portrait mode, however video is supposed to be landscape. All I have to do is rotate it 90 degrees. This is something I used to easily do with Premier Elements 2018, however now it rotates the video just fine but maintains the canvas in portrait mode. What changed, how can I rotate both the video and the clip?

How do I change my plan from Acrobat PDF Pack to Acrobat Pro? The fee is the same.

Hi, I was taught (many years ago) to do my work in Photoshop and then save the final file as a tiff to include in my page layout program. It seems like InDesign files that have a lot of Photoshop files added to them are very large and take a long time to load. Is there a good reason to do one over the other?

Hello guys, I know is pretty awkward what I'm asking and I'm sorry to bother a big community for this... but how can I set once I'm using a brush in a preset mode to a 90°precisely ? Is there a way to set the brush or a keyboard shortcut? Even when I open up the brush setting window, I can choose plenty of different settings but I cannot turn it into 90°, or 180° or whatever degrees... maybe there's a an hidden path to it. Thank you

Hi EveryoneI chose the one-year plan.monthly payment, used from AugustSince September, every time I log into the software, it will ask me to update the payment method.I contacted customer service, and they said they had received the payment and asked me to continue using the software. However, every time I log in, it still says that I need to update my payment method, and my membership page also shows that there is a problem with the bill.but I receive electronic invoices every month. However, on October 10, I received an email stating that my subscription had been suspended due to payment failure. Now I can't log in, it asks me to choose a subscription plan I contacted the credit card company and they said the charge was successful. Now I can only wait for customer service to work and call to ask.Or are there other ways to report and solve the problem? I'd like to ask if anyone has encountered this situation. This bothers me a lot.Thank you for taking the time to read Charles

I canceled my 7-day free trial on the 5th day (I received an email confirming the cancellation). However, on the 8th day I received an invoice. When I checked my account settings again, it still showed an active subscription (so I canceled it again). Is there any way to request a reimbursement?

Dear members,I am a new user of the Character Animator and I tried to create an own puppet. I used a puppet of Character Animator as a template for the different layers. The problem is, that the eyes of this puppet are unnormal moving and "flipping" when I use it in Ch.. I will try to upload this puppet here. Also if I load this puppet in the Ch the whole puppet is moving. I attached my waterdrop puppet to this post. I have German Ch. I know this is an English forum, but I hope to find help.
