Solved

I've been experiencing this bug in all version of CS so far. It hasn't been fixed by any update. When placing an .ai vector smart object in Photoshop the object gets automatically distorted. Instead of placing at 100% on both horizontal and vertical axes it gets randomly distorted. This is a serious issue when using logos or other branding artwork where it's critical for it to be in proportion. I've also noticed that if I delete an element from the .ai file the smart object distorts even more severely once it updates, even though the artboard is unchanged and the outermost edges of vector art are also identical. Does anyone have a fix for this?

How do I change the "Create Trim Marks" tool to automatically make the line 1/4" and not 1/2"?I'm looking for a way to keep it automated and not have to go in and manually change them for each file.

Hey all, I was hoping to get some help with a project I have been stuck on for longer than Id like to admit. I tried gaussian blur to get this effect but it was mediocre at best. Does anyone know how or is willing to help create said image as a vector graphic?Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have 300+ collections in my account. All the vector designs I have been uploading for the past few days are showing similar issues but I saw with Google Lens that there is no such design. Now what is the solution?

Hey, back with another question lol but this problem has kept occurred in so many animations i try to do.So I'm trying to do a classic tween when something is moving up and to the right and then rotating at the same time. These are two different keyframes of course and I created each one seperately with absolutely no breaks in between so when the classic tween is added, it should just move smoothly while rotating to the specified location. But then when I put in the classic tween and play it, the animation is smooth for a bit but then I found out it tween to a different location one frame before the actual keyframe and then when it hits the next keyframe, it snaps awkwardly from the random position to the desired position.Idk, this seems to happen to much and I don't want to make new keyframes within the tween just to fix it. Is there a reason why it keeps doing that?

I'm going nuts and haven't been able to find an answer online.   I changed jobs and now work with a new company. In the past, when I logged in to Creative Cloud with my Old company credentials, it would redirect me to Old company's sign in page.   Now, when I enter my email for New company within the Creative Cloud app, it says "Redirecting to your organization's sign in page", and will take me to the Old company sign in page.    I can't get it to stop automatically redirecting to the Old company which I no longer work for!!  I uninstalled all of my adobe applications and creative cloud, cleared my internet cache, cookies, and saved passwords, and the Creative Cloud installer will still take me to the Old company login page after I enter New company email address.   I think there's a hidden file somewhere that I need to delete - please help!

Just recently started using premiere rush. 2nd time this happens that i spend hours recording voiceovers. And the files just disappear. They show up in the bar at the bottom. But there's no audio to them. In project assets it shows up as missing file. Very frustrating. Can't see anywhere to recover them from. Is there anyway to recover them or fix this?! Why is this happening?

Hello! I'm new to after effects but I'm having a hard time following tutorials and how to use the software, does anyone have a tutorial on how to learn it easier? I'm a visual learner btw !

Hi everyone, I really need help with this problem. Every time I try to open Premiere Pro, I get this message: "Sorry, Premiere Pro has encountered an error and needs to close. You will not be able to use Premiere Pro at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 102 for more information on how to resolve this issue."   I already tried most of the official troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked: Uninstalled and reinstalled both Premiere Pro and the Creative Cloud desktop app Signed out and back into Creative Cloud Disabled antivirus and Windows Firewall Checked my internet connection (works fine) Reset preferences / caches Tried creating a new Windows user account Updated GPU drivers and Windows Despite all of this, the error still shows up, and I can’t launch Premiere at all. - Has anyone here fixed Error Code 102 before? - Is this an account/subscription issue or something deeper in my system? Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance

Weiß jemand was mein Fehler ist?Vielen Dank.Silvia Hetzer

Firefly 4 or 3 or n versions will remain terrible and absolutely frustrating to use. I found free image generators from unknown 2 room startups to be far more better than this creative software powerhouse of Adobe.  Putting some prompts & the results I got as an example, have been flagging poor quality results from months, but i dont think Adobe pays any attention to user feedback. A)  1. There is no head of the person below.  2. The rest of the images also have people with deformed eyes & hands  in the results.   I have flagged many such results over many months, but no improvement.B) Too many repetaed entities/persons in the same pic, making it useless to be used. Some examples   Deformities also consistent. C) Firefly 4 has very very poor understanding of word " Indian" it gives nationalities other than Indians in the results. I consider such ignorance as Adobe's gross carelessness when it should pay attention to su

Hello,I recently submitted several astrophotography images to Adobe Stock, but all of them were rejected. The files I uploaded include: These images were created from multiple exposures and processed using astrophotography techniques (composite stacking, noise reduction, calibration, etc.). However, all of the source images were captured by myself, and I hold the full copyright to the final works.I carefully ensured that the submissions meet the technical requirements (resolution, noise level, sharpness, framing, and composition). However, I did not receive a detailed explanation of why they were rejected.Could you please provide more specific feedback regarding the rejection reasons? For example, was it due to:Technical issues (focus, noise, exposure, artifacts, etc.)Metadata or keywording problemsContent suitability for stock use I would like to understand the reasons so I can improve my submissions and ensure that future uploads meet Adobe Stock’s standards.Thank you very

Lately, the highlighter tool in "Comment" won't stay active.  I can highlight one thing. Then, say I read a bit more and see something else to highlight, I have to go back up and click on the highlighter to activate it again.  It used to stay active until I deactivated it by unclicking it or choosing another tool.

I am creating a form in InDesign and Acrobat.Drop down menu items can be two or three sentences long.Acrobat cuts the list item off at 100 characters. Can I increase the maximum character per length? If not what solutions exist for having multiple line answers as part of a door down list?

I've tried to install Adobe 2020 on 2 different Mac. One on 15.4.1 and the other on 15.6. Adobe installs normally with no issues (I put in the license key, etc). The issue is when I go to run it the first time and Adobe launches the Adobe Licensing Application to have me log in. I'll put in the information to log in, but after I hit enter, the app crashes every time, on both Macs. I've reinstalled it multiple time and even installed creative cloud and logged into there first, but 2020 still requires me to log in separately. ChatGPT tells me that the licensing application is now incompatible with Sequoia, even though I just installed in on a Mac a couple weeks ago that's on 15.5. Is anyone else having this issue or know what's changed?

Everytime I download a file to Adobe Acrobat, I get the following message, "There was an error opening this document.  This file is already open or in use by another application."  Neither of these are true.  I've tried on many files.  I've also uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Acrobat, but got the same message.  Any suggestions?
