Solved

I'm on Windows 10 and no matter what i try, no matter how i mark text (doubleclick or left mouse button down + drag + left mouse button up or even menu/edit/select all), most of the times (but sometimes it does work for the same document where it previously didn't, and while it's still open, no close/reopen has been done), copying text (with CTRL+C, with Right-Mouse-Button-Context-Menu + Copy, with the popup-toolbar and its copy icon or with menu/edit/copy) doesn't copy anything to the clipboard. Copying the same marked text from the same document with the chrome pdf plugin always works. I'm testing with the newest Adobe Acrobat Reader (V 2022.003.20310 64-bit). Here's an example file where sometimes copying works and sometimes it doesn't:https://www.adobe.com/support/products/enterprise/knowledgecenter/media/c4611_sample_explain.pdfNote that i did click on "enable all features" when the warning about a potentially unsafe document has been shown. The "Document Properties"

I am printing a customer supplied PDF from InDesign. (Attached) We needed to add bleeds and that's why I am not printing directly from Acrobat. The word STOLE on page 2 of the PDF won't print when printing from InDesign. (It will print when printing direct from Acrobat) I tried to find issues in Print Production and Preflight in Acrobat but admittedly, I'm not particulary savy as deciphering all of Acrobat's features. I'm on a PC, Windows 11 Pro, InDesign 20.3.1

Folks, any ideas?I am looking to merge elegantly the sea/lava picutre with the sunset and I am failing at providing a photo realistic result.I tried creating masks using alpha channels (the one attached looking not too bad, created by first using camera raw to accentuate constrast), played with gradients on layer masks etc, pinged ChatGPT extensively.Still, it is not yet convincing.Thoughts on how to proceed? Do I miss something?best,Dan

Suddenly, when I'm adding fade transition to one audio track, Premiere adds transitions to all audio tracks, like they were linked but they're not. To make one transition I must click on the right track- I didn't needet to do that before. What happened? Linked Selection is off. I tried to rset Premiere but it didn't help.

My Adobe premiere pro was working till last night. I installed camera drivers and it stopped working. It just opens and only black screen is visible. I have urgent project to complete. Contacted customer support and even they couldn't resolve I am told to use the old version. Please help.

Hi everyone.Maybe someone got a hint for this:I created a bottle in Illustrator, exported it as an obj and imported it in Dimensions. When placing a high resolution png graphic on it the rendering is generated in a low resolution (the preview is also pixelated). When I place the same png on a cylinder or a bottle taken from the standard 3D models of Dimensons the rendering and the preview is perfect. After hours of futile attempts with various model scales, recreations and graphic adjustments, I have not found a solution. What do I need to change? In attach you can find the obj of the bottle.

I added form fields to a PDF file, but I can't move, resize or copy fields using mouse actions. I've checked field properties and document settings to confirm the fields aren't locked, and the options I've found for editing restrictions are unchecked. I've attached the file to this post.

My video is 3 minutes long and when I export it says 20 mins - I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2020 and I cant seem to figure out how to trim the video to export only 3 minutes. Can somebody help??

Firstly, please excuse my ignorance in such things I normally work mainly in Product Design but sometimes I get roped into the more Graphic end of things as I work for a small company.  I've been tasked with creating a design file for an exhibition booth - 5 panels roughly 1x2 metres but was asked to provide the artwork as a PDF at 25% scale. I believe I've managed to get the Illustrator file set up correctly but the trouble now is the file appears to be too large to export to PDF (I have the High Quality Print preset selected just with added trim marks). I tried exporting individual artboards rather than the whole file in one go but that also is not working. The file contains a lot of high-res embedded images so I'm wondering if that could be an issue? And if so how do I optimise images so I can export to PDF but without losing their quality? Or is there something else I need to be doing/checking? Any help from any proper graphic designers would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I just bought a subscription for Lightroom and photoshop and have downloaded them both three times now. Each time when I open them and try to press anything - this pops up. How long should it take for them to contact me for fixes? Or does anyone have any idea what to do?

Hello all - I'm exporting a multi-layered EXR from Cinema 4D at 3840x2160. I'm new to EXR workflow. All of my testing was done at 1080 and I haven't had any issues. In my final render, when importing into After Effects, it imports as 1920x1080. I've double checked render settings and opened a frame in photoshop and confirmed it is 3840x2160. Why is After Effects scaling this down and how to get to import at full size? Thanks!

So, today I loaded up Photoshop to do some art. However, something is wrong. The mouse pointer and tools/menu keep flashing when I go to any menu or try to do things in them. As if something is loading or communicating. It doesn't do it if it is just setting there with nothing open, or if I go to another window/tab on my PC, if I don't have any psd or file loaded. Starting up PS is normal and everything is fine, but once I open a image or PSD it starts. And if I have something open and I come back from another tab once I click on the menus it starts again, even running the mouse over the menus, you can see the mouse pointer start flashing only when highlighting menus, etc.. Think of it as if a key on my keyboard was being held down, or something is loading and the pointer/menu's keeps flashing, that is how it is. Anything I click in menu's etc it flashes there too. But, there is nothing happening on my mouse or keyboard. No keys being clicked on my keyboard, or my m

I'm new to Lightroom, so bear with me. I have imported a folder of pictures. All the pictures showed up until I update that folder again. Now only the most recently added pictures show up when I click the folder. What's going on and how do I get LRC to show all the pictures in the folder.

How do I make a pdf fillable and signable and be able for someone to fill it out

VGDer Dennis

Images and parts thereof in some PDF magazines are now not displayed or are mishandled since v24.08.00 update on Acrobat for iPad Pro, running iPadOS v17.6.1.  All the previous PDF magazines that contained the same images were previously perfectly reproduced, now since the last update, Acrobat does not display the same PDF magazine images and mishandles parts thereof.  Using another PDF App (PDF Expert) there is NO issue, all the images display as it used to on Acrobat.  I have attached one of the PDF Magazines that easily shows you the problem as it is displayed on an iPad Pro.Need to fix Acrobat v24.08.00!!

Is it possible to remove the colors when editing in RAW? There are so many colors that it is impossible to see the image...

Hello everyone,I want to share a concerning case regarding suspected counterfeit Adobe products.Previously, I asked about GameSeal here and was able to resolve the issue thanks to the community’s help. I confirmed with Adobe headquarters directly through 3–4 employees that the products I purchased were genuine, and of course, I did not sell them. However, on a major corporate site, individuals can open personal stores. The sellers there all claim their products are genuine, but my investigation suggests a group of about 20 people may be selling counterfeit products. The presumed leader, a woman, operates two stores and has been selling for four years, with reports of tax evasion. Adobe has stated that selling products as genuine without being an official partner—or even using non-official accounts—is punishable. I contacted three different Adobe departments and submitted related evidence. Based on their response, it seems the backend team was involved, and internal transmissio
