I have just subscribed to Adobe Cloud and received this:“We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Creative Cloud Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services. For more information, please contact our dedicated customer support line at 866-493-4991.”Why would that be? I can not call this number, its not even clear what country code should I use. Can I rase an urgent support request or ticket somewhere?

How do I set all my PDFs to enable scrolling by default in Acrobat Pro? In Version 2024.005.20421 | 64-bit, I need to go through these steps for every PDF, which is extremely annoying as the keyboard shortcuts do not work in my version of Acrobat and so I need to go through 4 clicks for every new PDF:   Menu | View | Page DisplayClick Enable Scrolling Also, how do I toggle between the arrow and the hand tool / pan tool in Acrobat Pro? There used to be a simple select icon in Acrobat X Pro but it seems to have been removed in Acrobat 2024. Finally, how do I get messages emailed to myself? I tick the option to enable messages to be emailed to me but they never are.

i purchased my subscription, but was mailed that they smelled fraud act. Wanna learn about the team that detect fraud activities. which acts are detected as fraud activities .

I am unable to appreciate other people’s work on Behance. Every time the button is clicked it reverts back to the original state.

Hi, I don’t have the option to download the previous version (2023) through the Creative Cloud. How can I download it, or where can I find a direct link to install it instead of using the Creative Cloud app? Thanks

The guided activity for “Learn balance in Design” seems to be broken or down. I get an "Unable to Open Document" error when trying to open it. This is happening in multiple browsers, and with cache cleared. Has it been removed for some reason or is this temporary? Does anyone happen to still have it to share? Was hoping to use it in my courses this week.

Hello Everyone,   After speaking with an adobe agent requesting for a download link for adobe premiere pro 2020, they said they dont have that version (which seems odd to me) and that someone from the community here could supply me a direct download link. I accidentaly deleted my version and need it for a project im working on.   Thank you!

I need urgent assistance with an erroneous dues notification on my account.I spoke with a chat agent to cancel my high-tier Adobe Pro plan because I cannot afford to pay for that higher tier. The agent offered to cancel all outstanding dues on that plan and transition me to a cheaper one. He canceled the old plan on his end, but immediately went unresponsive before finishing the setup.Because no active plan showed up on my account and I needed to work, I purchased a new, cheaper plan that fits my budget, which I am happy to pay for. However, I am still receiving notifications about unpaid dues for the old, high-tier plan—which no longer appears on my account dashboard. Please help resolve this by: Waiving/canceling all remaining dues associated with the previous high-tier plan, as promised by the chat agent. Updating my account status so only my current active, lower-tier subscription remains. Thank you,

I’m a teacher and had an education teacher discount. I missed the renewal date to confirm I’m a teacher, the full price payment did not go through and the account is now suspended. I want to be able prove my teacher status in order to restart the account.

Hello, May I request for a refund of my automatic bill this September 12 amounting to 1,450.40 pesos. I have been wanting to cancel my subscription but it is connected to my visa card which automatically gets the payment and if I want to unlink my account, It will not let me because it needs to get money again. This is so frustrating, I have not used ADOBE for months now but I have paying for it for months now as well. The Auto-debit is so sketchy. That was solely my allowance for this week. Huhu please

Hi everyone,I am currently having a critical issue with iOS packaging using Adobe AIR SDK 51.3.2.2 and would like to know if this is a known regression or if anyone has found a working solution.Environment: Adobe AIR SDK: 51.3.2.2 Adobe Animate Xcode 26 iOS 18 / iPadOS 18+ Pure AIR application (NO ANEs, NO distriqt extensions) Problem:If I package my app using a custom Assets.car, the app installs successfully on the iPad/iPhone, shows the splash/title screen for about one second, then immediately crashes with the message:“Packaging Error, please check your assets.car file”What I already tested: completely recreated Assets.car using Xcode all required icon sizes added correctly no transparency in PNGs valid 120x120 icon included Assets.car exists only once in the IPA file is located correctly in the app root CFBundleIconName set to AppIcon tested renderMode="gpu" and renderMode="direct" no ANEs used re-signing IPA manually tested on real devices My AIR XML c

Hello everyone! I am a travel food blogger, and I regularly take pictures of restaurant food for my website. I am currently using Lightroom to edit my photos, but I struggle with indoor restaurant lighting. The yellow/warm lights in restaurants often ruin the natural colors of the food. For example, I recently visited a fast-food chain to update my guide on the McDonald's menu prices in Poland and the indoor lighting made the food look very unappetizing in the raw photos.Does anyone have tips on how to color-correct harsh indoor restaurant lighting in Lightroom? Or any recommendations for a small, portable light I can carry in my bag? Thanks in advance!Aileen

Hello everyone! I recently started Blender a couple of days ago and found myself to hit a wall. The model I chose doesn't seem have a lot under her dress. Mixamo asks for elbow and groin markers so I thought maybe it would work if I add objects as markers when the dress itself doesn't work. I'm unsure how all parts have to be attached together:  I have attached the clothing to the rig, which I think can be smoothen out with some weight painting, but I still find parts of the clothing stiff. At some point I clicked on viewport shading and boom she is pink. In the shader editor I still see the nodes and I'm not sure what I did for this to happen:  I've attached the imported model I found from our community and my own attempt to edit it. I also imported the gltf file from the game and converted it to fbx (this one has a groin). While it does work, the clothing is stiff and I don't know how to separate each layer. I find myself starting over many times with ea

Hello Adobe Team,My Adobe Stock contributor account has been blocked, and I already submitted an appeal over a week ago. I received an automatic email with the case number 00439200, but since then, I have not received any update or response from the support team.I completely understand the importance of the contributor guidelines, and I already provided all necessary details in my appeal message. I'm trialing Acrobat pro, mainly I want to edit pdfs created by the charity I volunteer for.On setup I answered the questions about what I want to use Acrobat for but didn't pay much attention to the questions (yes I know, eager to get stuck in).Is there a way to change preferences (I'm on a Mac), so I have the right tools - I really don't want to uninstall it)? Thanks

Hey all,Is there a way to shift an entire track up or down placing them in the order or arrangement you want? I want to be able to grab V1 and move it to where V3 is, so that it's above the other footage on V2.Or grab A6 and pull it up to A2, Making old A6 now A2, and previous A2 is now A3. Curently (as far as I know) you have to highlight all the clips on the track and bump them up when highlighted.2 problems accure, if you bump up and land on the track above it will overwrite the clips above, or if you unlink the audio video you may misalign sound from video. How is this not a feature? When I started out 15 years ago with Sony Vegas, it was available. 15 years later I still can't do that in Premiere, or am I missing something?

Hi. In the Edit window, when I try to adjust any of the value amounts of a slider (blue arrow in attached) using my keyboard arrows the amounts increases or decreases by 1.00. Is it possible to change this setting so that it increases/decreases by 0.50, or for any amount I want? Thanks.

I tried several times to download the Adobe Cleaner Tool (from the adobe site), it has either triggered the pop-up ‘do you want to install Rosetta”, or has got stuck at downloading at 45.5% with a pop-up saying “Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to install. If you choose to restart instead of waiting, you will lose any installation progress“. The only way I could get rid of the install window was to force quit the computer. I tried several times to download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop ap (from the adobe site) as a way to uninstall and reinstall, but that also gets stuck downloading at 45.5% with a pop-up window again saying “Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to install. If you choose to restart instead of waiting, you will lose any installation progress”, and again the only way I could get rid of the install window was to force quit the computer. I removed these adobe partial installs that were still showing on the Activity Monitor. I deactivated the old intel co
