Solved

I'm using InDesign CC v15.0.1x64, Windows 10. When I create a new style and give it a paragraph rule (let's say Rule Below, 1pt, Black, Offset 0.125in), then when I go back to edit the style, the paragraph rule can't be edited. It shows as if there is no paragraph rule applied, yet it's right there. The Rule On checkbox becomes mysteriously unchecked but the rule is showing. If you click the checkbox on, it creates a new rule style over the existing one that can't be edited or deleted. I've tried creating new styles, creating new documents, restarting, rebooting, and nothing is solving the issue that I can't edit a Paragraph Rule after I create a style for it.

Hi, I sign in to my Mobile LR (Android) with my Adobe account. Adobe account is still active, but it says that my subscription has expired. I have tried the various methods here on Adobe community to re-activate, but have been unsuccessful. Hoping for some assistance. Thanks!

Hello, I recently signed up for Acrobat under the impression that there was a 7-day free trial. However, the full monthly subscription amount was charged to my account immediately. As I had not intended to be billed right away and believed I could cancel within the trial period, I kindly request a refund for this charge. Please let me know if you require any additional details, such as my account information or payment receipt, to process this request. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Best regards

I have been charged twice a month for two months in a row so 21.34 x 2 for two months, how do I get in contact with customer support to have this either refunded or go towards the cancellation fee?

Hi,Whenever I upload new photos to LRC saving them to an external HD and OneDrive I receive an email from OneDrive "We noticed that you have recently deleted a large number of files from your OneDrive". Looking in the recycle bin the files include - Lightroom Catalog Ircat - walmetadatahelper.db -walpreviews.db. journal376E23AC-A33F.......................................... Can anyone help with explaning why these files were deleted, what they might be and whether they should be restored? Maybe this post might be more suited to a OneDrive forum but I have started here. Cheers, Lynton

Hello,I own a valid perpetual license for Adobe CS5 Production Premium. It was purchased legally years ago and has been used on my previous hardware without any issues. Recently, due to a hardware failure (SSD crash), I cannot activate the software on my current machine. I also noticed I am not allowed to assign the serial number to my Adobe account — the system rejects it. This was never required in the past, but now Adobe uses this as justification to claim I do not own any license, which is false. I have a valid serial number and proof of ownership. I contacted Adobe Customer Care multiple times and received only template replies stating CS5 is discontinued and no longer supported. However, the core issue remains unanswered: why is a legally purchased perpetual license completely blocked from activation, especially when hardware failure is out of the user’s control? This situation has dragged on for over two weeks, with repeated ping-pong between different support age

Hi! Can someone help. I just recently purchased a Creative cloud subscription. I tried the install and uninstall and also used CC Cleaner but still not showing.

Hi ! Found the problem troubleshooting in every way until i finally reverted to previous adobe version 25.3. Problem solved. So I'm positive the problem came with the update. Drone files frozen : h265 HEVC 10 bit 4:2:0    What I first intended to write, in case it could help a developer or programmer :  I've been working on a big editing project for some months and all was going well. Then I installed the new update (25.4)  august 2025. And since then, everything is the same EXCEPT the playback on my own DJI MAVIC PRO 2 Footage, that is choppy and laggy. -I'm on Mac Sequoia 15.6-I cleared cache -restarted and rebooted numerous times -tried importing the footage from another hard drive : same problem -playback isnt laggy when I just watch the video with vlc or preview window -deleted render files -Even rendered, still choppy, sometimes frozen.-The files in my project have different frame rates and encodings and all of the other sources works well, as it did befo

I can't find the events tab? Where is it?

I've been using Fresco for years, and I just realized the version I am using isn't the latest, greatest version even though it is up-to-date. No idea what is going on. I just updated to version 5.7 but I am missing some features. For example, the screenshot below shows the "add images" tab on the left with all the cool new features like "Elements" and my boring old version on the right. Anybody have any ideas as to why I don't have the cool stuff?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I've been using mask with puppet tool to animate and I just experience this now.  So I'm animating something using puppet tool and I applied a mask on it. Then when i tried to play it, it looks like there's a glitch. Here's what it looks like when I play it in the main composition  And here's what it supposed to look like:I played this one in the precomposed layer. I tried saving it and then re-opening but still the same.

Pessoal bom dia, estou tendo falhas na atualização do meu software, alguma dica? obrigado   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Does anybody else experience this issue? I'm using the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 24.002.21005) to open and print shipping labels generated by Canada Post as PDFs which include a shipping BARCODE. On every printer I have (HP laserjet and Brother lasers) the BARCODE prints BLURRED (BLURRY)! I downloaded PDF24, and it prints the barcode just fine -- crystal clear!  I discovered this when my local post-office said they can't scan my shipping labels any more because the BARCODE is BLURRY!  So it's not my Windows 11 PC or Windows fonts (nothing has changed recently on those that I'm aware of), and it's not my printers, because they print the barcode crystal clear from the PDF24 application. Do I need to download and install some barcode font file from Adobe? I hope somebody from Adobe can help, because it's useless trying to contact Adobe support!

We have 1 Creative Cloud Pro license. We have used it for several years with no problem. I have 3 admins who can re-assign it when needed.Since a couple of weeks in the Admin Panel the license appears to be assigned (Total Licenses 1, Used Licenses 1) but in the table below I see no users so I cannot remove the license from the user and I cannot assign it to another user (the button is greyed out).I chatted 2 times with the assistance but the problem is still there. The first time they required 48 hrs to solve and they did not solve. The second time they accidentally deleted one of my users which seemed to have the license assigned, but it did not solve the problem.A the end, at the moment we are not able to use our CC license. Help!!!

Since updating a couple of weeks ago to Lightroom Desktop version 8.4 the Colour Mixer no longer works properly. Immediately after launching, as long as I do not use other editing, the Colour Mixer works fine. But when I start using other editing tools, the colour mixer stops working after a number of edits (particularly after using masks). All other editing tools work fine. Just not the Colour Mixer any more. The only solution I have found is to close down and restart Lightroom Desktop. However this is exceedingly time consuming as I have to restart Lightroom Desktop at least once, sometimes two or three times per photograph.Switching off the GPU acceleration seems to make no difference.I have not yet managed to find exactly what sequence / type of editing causes my Colour Mixer to stop working. Any ideas anybody? I am using a MacBook Pro with M1 Max, 64 GB memory and Sequioia 15.6.

Hi folks—I want to create an expression where a sound is triggered when X happens. Let's say, every time a null gets to a certain point, play from 0-4 seconds on an audio clip. I'm close, but having trouble with the last part. Here's what I have on the Time Remap keyframes for my audio track: countstart = 0;countend = 0;if (thisComp.layer("Null 9").transform.xPosition > 1080){countstart = time;countend = time+4;}linear(time,countstart, countend, 0,4); The problem is that time is re-defined on every frame. So instead of playing from the current time and just running, the "play from" time is always equal to the current time, and it never catches up. I think a solution would be: when the Null reaches X, have the Expression jot down the current time, but only once. Also, do this every time the null crosses X. But I'm stumped on how to do that. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,My CPU temperature easily rises to 95°C and then cools down again thanks to the fan. When I batch process 10, 20, or 40 photos, the same thing happens when exporting these photos to jpg files, and the process slows down considerably.Hardware acceleration is enabled in both Lightroom and Photoshop. I have the latest NVIDIA graphics driver 572.83, completely cleaned of all unnecessary items using NVCleanstall.I should also point out that I have an HP Omen PC with an i7 12700, and I know it's not as good in terms of cooling performance as a PC that has been rebuilt (my CPU fan is 92 mm, meh). But this problem is new, so is this the beginning of a technical problem for me, or is it a bug in Lightroom version 14.2? I would be very grateful to know if I'm alone in this situation or if others have already encountered this problem.Have a good evening and a good day everyone, and thank you for your feedback.

We are attempting to launch/open a .PDX file so that we are able to search PDF files with a large number of pages on a VDI desktop.  On a regular desktop, the user just double clicks on the .pdx file and it launches and they are able to search without issue.   On the VDI desktop when we double click on the .PDX file (or right click on the file and select "Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader") an install process is attempted (screenshot attached). It will eventually produce an error which is outlined below and also attached to this post.  The error says "Error 1406: Could not write value BrowseInPlace to key \Software\Classes\Acroexch.Document.DC. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel."How is this accomplished on a Omnissa Horizon VDI desktop? Thank  you.Rachel

Will Lightroom Classic read the metadata that I have added to the jpegs of my jpeg+raw pairs of images?I don't own Lightroom yet. I shoot jpeg+raw. I have added keywords and star ratings to many of my jpegs. If I decide to get Lightroom Classic it would be nice if it would read this information from the jpegs and associate it with the raws.

Hello,Are you able to help?I am using Adobe FrameMaker 2022 and I am placing a SigmaPlot graph (v15) into a graphic frame in AF, when I place the graph, the lines are not smooth.  This graph was created originally back in 2011 and the curve was smooth in my previous version of AF a few years ago. I had to make a minor update to the graph and I keep it in the relevant version of SigmaPlot,  Do you know why the curve do not show smooth in AF2022 package please.  Is there a setting I need to add or untick in AF2022? Thank you for your help in advance. Above is previous version.Curve now showing not smooth

Hello, basically I have Account #1 on "shard" na3, this account has the Adobe Acrobat Pro license and is being used to send signatures. Then I have Account #2 on "shard" na4, this account is a Adobe Sign Developer Account. I want to send a HTTP requests to my Application ID on Account #2 to send signatures. I am trying to get the Authorization Request for Account #1, this way I have access to my documents, templates etc on Account #1.API documentation tells me to use this structured URL to process the Authorization and get the Token Code. https://secure.na4.adobesign.com/public/oauth/v2?redirect_uri=https://example.com/oauthDemo& response_type=code&client_id=d4HQNPFIXFD255H&scope=user_login:self+agreement_write:account& state=S6YQD7KDA556DIV6NAU4ELTGSIV26ZNMXDSF7WIEEP0ZLQCLDQ89OYG78C3K9SROC8DXCGRVSGKU1IT1 This structured URL is working great with Account #2 but when I try to use it on Account #1 it returns invalid request error. Hey everyone, I’m not sure if this is just me, but I’ve noticed something odd when using Adobe Firefly alongside Spotify. Whenever I’m working on image generations or more complex prompts in Firefly, my Spotify playback sometimes stutters, slows down, or briefly drops in quality. Once Firefly finishes processing, the music goes back to normal. My internet connection is stable, and this doesn’t happen when I’m browsing or using other creative tools — it seems specific to when Firefly is actively generating something. I’m wondering if it’s a resource or bandwidth conflict, or maybe something in the browser that’s affecting both apps at once. I came across a related discussion here on Adobe Community: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-firefly-discussions/how-can-i-use-spotify-music-in-adobe-firefly-for-my-creative-projects/m-p/15201543 — but it doesn’t address the stuttering issue specifically. Has anyone else run into this? Are there browser settings, system tweaks
