Hello Community!I have just been updating to the latest Version of adobe dimension, 4.0.2 . My machine is running windows 10 with the nvidia quadro RTX4000 and the latest drivers installed. With the prior version of Adobe Dimension I had no issues running the GPU-rendering and I really enjoyed working with it. Now with the updated version, the GPU rendering option is and remains greyed out, no matter what I try. Dimension says my system is compatible, but due to windows graphics-settings it coud not be activated. I did follow the recommendations on settings in both, the driver and the windows menu. But as these primarily refer to machines running integrated and discrete graphics cards, it doesn´t make the difference. I remenber that at the beginnning, with the older version, there were also problems getting the GPU rendering to work, now with the time gone by, I hoped that we had come past this point.  Is there anyone facing the same issues, or maybe does anyone have a s

Hello, Since updating to Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.1882), Acrobat takes ages to launch. I found out that disabling Security (Enhaanced) -> Run in AppContainer fixes the problem, but that's obviously a workaround.I'm using Acrobat 2024.003.20180 (latest). Attaching the log file.Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, in Adobe Acrobat Reader there is a message bar across the top of my screen saying "this file claims compliance with the PDF/A standard and has been opened read-only to prevent modification". But there's no close button on the bar. How do I dismiss it?  This app is already wasting so much screen space with the title text, then a menu bar, then another tab bar, then ANOTHER menu bar, then this message too. It's ridiculous.

I am new to scripting and have no idea what I am doing... I seek help with developing a script to do the following (if it is possible): Activate a particular layer. (e.g. "Black")Deactivate a particular layer. (e.g. "CMYK")Find/replace all instances of a swatch used as a fill in tables (e.g. Find "Yellow" change to "Grey")Export book to PDF (so the dialogue box is shown and I can choose the appropriate options). Some background on the project...I have an ID book that contains 40 chapters. Each chapter is one INDD file. Each chapter has a layer named "CMYK" and another "Black". The respective layers contain different versions of artwork as well as background designs that are used in the colour version and the black and white version of the PDF.. Rather than manually activating and deactivating layers on 40 different INDD files, and then running a find/replace colour operation, I would like to be able to streamline the process and run a script where all the changes are mad

Hi, I have spent two days trying to set up a cover and spine for Amazon KDP and have to admit defeat, so I’m hoping you can help. I have watched 10 videos, read all the online content I can find and am working to Amazon KDP’s cover calculator. My book is 152.4 x 228.6 mm (6 x 9 inch) with 150 pages. I created a new print document with three pages. Document setup (screenshot at end of this message): facing pages unticked, margins: 3.17 and bleed 3.17 (top, bottom, left and right). Then I selected all three pages in the pages panel and unticked allow document pages to shuffle, and unticked allow selected spread to shuffle.   Under liquid page rule, I selected scale, then used the page selection tool to select the spine. I then went to Layout/Margins and Columns and set all to 0. Then I went to the control panel and changed the width of the spine to 8.58mm (as per KDP calculator for my books size and page number). This created a space between the spine and the front cover (

Hello, I've got a play that I am editing with 2 multi-cam set-ups: -One recorded during tech rehearsal with 3 cameras on stage -One recorded during the show with 4 cameras behind the audience.-There are 32 mono mic tracks in both recordings (poly-way file). The tracks are all 32-bit audio tracks. Everything is fine with the audio in the show recordings. With the tech recording audio:1) I can see the wav forms on tracks 1-32, but I cannot hear more than tracks 1-2. If I mute tracks 1&2, I can't hear anything, even though I see wave forms on tracks 3-32.2) Edit in Adobe Audition is greyed out (tried to Render and Replace everything). So I openend Audition, clicked the Premiere file and imported the sequence through Audition. With that method all 32 individual mono mic tracks get merged into 32 identical, duplicate mixed mono tracks (which I think are only from channels 1 & 2). That's no good.3) Tried exporting from Premiere to an OMF and open in Audition. When

Hi everyone,I’m working with Automation Blocks for After Effects and running into an issue when trying to parent all layers in one composition to the first layer. Here's what I'm trying to do:I have two compositions:4kcomp2kcompI want to parent all layers in 2kcomp to the first layer inside it, using a script built with Automation Blocks. What works:When I open 2kcomp first and run the script, it works correctly — all layers are parented to the first one. What doesn’t work:If I open 4kcomp and run the script (without manually opening 2kcomp first), the script runs but doesn’t parent anything. It seems like the layers in 2kcomp aren’t being accessed or recognized properly unless that comp is opened manually beforehand.Question:Is there a reliable way in Automation Blocks to make sure all layers of a non-active comp (like 2kcomp) are accessible and parented correctly?Do I need to “force open” or “activate” 2kcomp before looping through its layers? Here’s a simplified version of what I’m doin

I have checked the other posts but my problem is the opposite, my display is not larger than 1920x1080 but smaller:HP ProBook, Windows 11What ends up happening is this:The UI scale is really big and I cannot the see the options at the footer. This happens for all the windows. How can I change it?

The attached screenshot shows the problem. The pink box is 4.25 inches by 6.25 inches, the blue-green box is 4 inches by 6 inches -- which is what I want for a 4 x 6 card. BUT when I export the file to a High Quality Print PDF, the bleed area outside the cut marks is gone -- so there is no bleed area. The office printing the card won't accept that.  I have an M3 MacBook Pro with Sequoia 15.5.  What do I do???

Graphic designer creates indd files for catalog - then I take them and turn them to pdfs for online -  never had a problem in the past with CS6.Now we have CC - so I am in Essentials mode (as usual), but when I open a section of pages, the numbering is different than gr. designer has numbered.  So her pages numbered 8 -12 in the Pages panel is numbered 1-5 on my computer - which makes it confusing to say the least.I am IN "Start page numbering at ...  " and it will say 8 or 12 or whatever it should be - but in the pages panel to the right, it has the pages as 1, 2, 3 etc.I've looked everywhere and can't see why this is happening - anyone know?

I am developing a service that extracts rgba values and automatically converts them to specific rgb.The rgb values are automatically changed to make them look smooth in the rounded corner, but because of this, the border is not extracted cleanly, so I have a question. Is there a way to process it by changing the opacity while keeping the rgb fixed?

Hi we have a Creative Cloud for education | K–12 School Named User  license, but without Adobe Portfolio/Behance. It's free now for schools during this time, but it's not listed in our Adobe Admin Console to turn on. Anyone know of a way to activate it for our students now? It works for adobe accounts not tied to our Named User license.

Vuelvo a entrar con mi correo de gmail a behance y me doy con la sorpresa de que este se desvinculo de mi perfil de behance anterior (https://www.behance.net/alessndro).
