3 problems have popped up in 26.2.0: No tool bar icons, can't select fonts with type tool, error code when exiting. Tool bar is just a bunch of dots.  Only type tool font avainable is Tahoma - get "Could not complete your request because LoadDeepFontCache in GetDeepFontCache failed" error code when trying to choose any other font. When exiting PS, get error code "Can’t write new document presets file"  Been using PS since Ver 7. Been using 26.2.0 since it came out. Uninstalled and reinstalled through Creative Cloud. Tried everything suggested on the web. Windows 10. Looks like I've got to dump PS and start looking at Capture One et al.

Adobe Acrobat it is not allowing me to open any files whatsoever.I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my app but everything in vain. However, my files can be opened using PDF Reader app. I am using Oneplus 13, Android 15. Please provide the solution for this.

Hello guys,Since the last update, I'm encountering the error "Could not complete the liquify command". This happened multiple times today while I was working so every time I had to restart Photoshop. What should I do? Thanks.

Printing from Acrobat pro - double sided printing - prints even pages upside down and backwards. Text and pictures. All documents - If printing from any other non adobe program printing the same pdf it will print fine. Using official HP drivers and it pulls up the same dialog box from other applications and checked all settings they are the same but Acrobat is broken. Works fine single sided printing but need double sided.Updated Acrobat pro to newest version same issue.  Tried "print as image" option - still breaks it up and flips and reverses the text and image into chunks.  Other threads about the same issue mention uninstalling and reinstalling the 32 bit version. Thats not a real answer an neither is print single sided.

Hola comunidad!

I try to create a PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with a form button that calls a JS function. The purpose of this function is to open a file picker dialog, and append the selected file's content at the end of the current file (that calls the JS function). I placed following JS code into C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Javascripts (file is: appendPDF.js): var appendPDF = app.trustedFunction(function () { app.beginPriv(); try { var oResult = app.browseForDoc({ cFilter: "Adobe PDF Files: *.pdf" }); if (oResult && typeof oResult.cPath === "string") { // Convert from /C/Users/... to C:\\Users\\... format var rawPath = oResult.cPath; var windowsPath = rawPath .replace(/^\/([A-Z])\//i, "$1:\\") // Replace leading /C/ with C:\ .replace(/\//g, "\\"); // Replace remaining / with \ app.alert("Selected file: " + windowsPath);

Hello, I have a user that changed email addresses and after removing their entitlement to Acrobat, creating a new account with the updated email address, now I can't assign an entitlement for Acrobat to this new account. It shows the deletion and creation in my log but I've attempted several times to assign not only Acrobat, but any of our other entitlements to this account. Please help me get this resolved. Thanks,Vanessa

I'm a graphic designer, using mostly Illustrator, but also Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Acrobat. My current 32 GB RAM is not enough memory for my vector-heavy Illustrator files – I get file-swapping and crashes. MicroSoft Outlook is the thing that often shuts down the system! I’m looking at buying the Mac Studio with Apple M4 Max chip, 14c CPU, 32c GPU, 16c Neural Engine. Unlike with the iMac, you cannot upgrade the memory post-purchase, so I have to decide now how much memory to get. 48, 64 or 128 GB? I would love some feedback from anyone similar using this system.I've attached my current computer's specs and the Mac Studio I'm considering. Thanks!

I downlaoded the latest PS Beta earlier (26.7 released today) and the Curves Panel which was of a sensible size is now tiny and I can find no way to increase its size?

Recently, I purchased Adobe, and initially, the Generative Fill tool in Adobe Photoshop was functioning perfectly. However, after three days, it started displaying an error message stating, "Please check your internet connection and try again." Despite having a stable internet connection—trying various Wi-Fi networks and even an Ethernet cable—the issue persists. I've taken several steps, such as checking the firewall, clearing cache files, and even reinstalling Adobe Photoshop, yet the problem with the Generative Fill tool remains unresolved. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this persistent issue.

My issue is very simple, but the solution seems to be difficult to figure out. When I load in a mesh and try to apply a material to it, it doesn't display on the mesh. It remains as the default grey. Even when I load in the sample files like Mat or the sample sphere, which are already unwrapped. It's absolutely not a UV issue. When I load in a low poly mesh that I've created (perfectly unwrapped) and bake the high poly mesh on it the maps bake, but they do not display on the mesh in the viewport (not on the 3D mesh or the UV view). In the maps panel it shows that the low poly has the details of the high poly (ID, Normal, etc..), but they do not display.  I've looked everywhere for a solution and can't seem to find anything on this issue. I appreciate any help. Thank you. Chris

Music files need to be easier to find on local devices. I have music on my Android phone which I add to Rush project files. Instead of folders, I see an alphabetized list of ALL audio file names on the entire device... And I have hundreds. Seeing all folders would make it much easier to quickly find the the files I want to add to the project. Please add this feature!

Tried BackSpce, doesn't seem to work.Or is there another way?

This popup always shows up when I click the adjustment panel. There's no way to x out of it or click away from it. It covers up the adjustment options I was going to click on. It's extremely annoying! I know how to use adjustments. They're not a new feature. How do I turn off this tutorial popup?

With recent upgrade of LRC Mac, this is Mac Studio, 2022 running on latest macOS, select object, select sky, radio, gradient, etc., blur the selected area. I tried on another computer with an older version of LRC and I didn't see the problem. Anyway, to fix this?   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules.]

I have a lot of CS6 projects that I'm going back and reworking in Premiere Pro 2024. This worked fine for a while, but starting a couple of months ago an annoying glitch popped up. When I specifiy the destination folder and tell it to create the new version of the project, it does its thing, pops up the warning about the Legacy Titler no longer being supported, and creates the project. However, when it does so, the Project window - the one that lets me see and organize all the sequences, bins and media in the project(!) - is missing from its usual place in my workspace. If I go to the Windows menu, Projects> and select the project name, an error pops up that says "Matrix Cannot Be Inverted." So in order to work around this, I have to start a brand new PP 24 project, then import the main sequence and its accompanying media from the CS6 project. This works, but seems unnecessarily kludgy and time-consuming especiall for something that used to work fine.

I've started having an issue with the Acrobat com plug-in causing Outlook to freeze and then crash.  It is happening everytime I click on the "change conversion settings". After it crashes and I reopen Outlook I get a message saying the com add in has been disabled and asks me if I want to enable it again.  I say yes, but it does not turn it back on.  Instead I  have to go to Adobe and say "repair instalation" which notifies me that the add in has been disabled and asks me if I want to re-enable it.  I say yes and then the add it shows back up in Outlook.  However, as soon as I try and change the conversion settings it crashes again and I have to start all over!   I've tried "repairing" my installation and then completely uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe DC via Creative Cloud and I am still having the issue.  I really need to get this working as I need the conversion function to work so I can do my job!  Help! I have A
