Solved

I would like to export jpg in 300 dpi and it's impossible (only 240 when the original image was in 300 dpi)... i don't understand why it is not possible with Lightroom ! I paid to use it, it should be normal to have this basic option.

I use a LrC Classic on a laptop for several months of the year to manage bird photographs away from home. A three-day bird watching trip typically results in 3500 NEF (Nikon Raw) images, and over several months I typically start with a total of 20,000 files. I use the laptop to do culling and editing of the photos, deleting unused files. In the process of editing, I also produce DNG and possibly TIFF files stacked with the original NEF file. Eventually, I want to merge the files into the “master” LrC Classic catalog that I maintain on the home desktop. On both laptop and PC I am running the same version of LrC Classic 15.3.1. I have encountered problems merging the laptop catalog into the master, using guidance that I found on the website. I am hoping that one of you experts can help me explain the problems I encountered and confirm/correct how I tried to resolve it.I know this is detailed, but I wanted to describe my setup so that you can help me. I hope you have the patience to read

I optimized my images, but the file sizes are still heavy and affecting page speed. What export settings or formats do you recommend for better web performance?

HiIt appears that its not possible to contact the well known developer of dreamweaver extensions, project Seven (PVII) as their website says "Err_Connection_refused" and their support email address bounces back. Does anyone on here know if they are no longer in business? (were certainly still active earlier this year)Thanks

Hello! Good day.I've been trying to change the name displayed on my portfolio, I've tried changing it through the Manage Adobe ID page and replaced both my public profile name and the one in the Account Information Access tab but to no luck. Would appreciate it if anyone from the team helps me with this. Thank you 🙏

I recently had to move my photos folder from one place to another (old drive died, copied files from a backup to a new drive). At the same time I updated to the latest Adobe, that now has assisted culling for example. Main catalog updated fine, was able to view photos etc. Then I tried to import. Since it's a new version of adobe it's now showing me the new fetaures.. in this case assisted culling. No problem, click on the X to close the dialog.. nope.. hmm.. I can't click anywhere to get rid of the dialog. Thought maybe adobe crashed, so i clicked on another window and low and behold there's another dialog behind the culling sample one.. it's showing that the old destination folder no longer exists, which is true. Ok, click on Ok. Nope.. instantly the culling dialog is back.. so now I'm stuck. I can't close the culling dialog, and I can't close the missing destination folder dialog. I can only kill the process.. Anyone have a solution for this crazy one?

I have a Mac Mini with M1 chip. I’ve been using Photoshop without any issues until a couple of days ago. I have been doing frequent edits using the remove button on specific selections without issue. Now, however, when clicking the remove button I get the error message, “Can't use the Removal Tool because your system is running Rosetta.”  I do not understand why this is suddenly an issue and have been unable to find a solution. I’ve seen the Get Info solution from posts from a few years ago, but there is no such option for disabling or unchecking open with Rosetta for me. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling without success. The only potentially relevant change I can think of is that the Mac OS updated to Tahoe 26.2 this week. The Activity Monitor lists the Photoshop app as Intel, which has been indicated as an issue, but this was not a problem until a few days ago, and, regardless, I can’t figure out how to download a different version in Creative Cloud. The Intel version is the o

I’ve successfully been using denoise since it came out in LR Classic, but now it has stopped working. I use 14.5.2. I tick the Denoise box and it produces a progress bar but then stops. I asked Chat GBT and it tried lots of things (I reinstalled LR) but it eventually said ask Adobe. Here is the Chat GBT chat: https://chatgpt.com/share/6a3d7c65-5564-83eb-ba38-ecdfef8e9588 Any human ideas?

My Images have a larger background than the image. Its not the canvas, that I know how to change, but each image that I open, has a much larger background (see screenshot) This problem is new after asking AI about something else, it told me to reset things, and restart Photoshop and I’ve been plagued by various problems. This is the last one, the others I’ve solved. I need the images that I open or “NEW” to revert to same dimensions as the image, instead of this very large background. Not sure what it is called.

hey, I need help with a refund but can't find an email to contact them

L'application adobe firefly ne veux pas généré la vidéo car mes images ne respecte pas les conditions que vous avez mis en place alors que ce sont des images manga que j'ai créé et sa le fait avec plusieurs images que j'ai créé

Does Adobe have any plans to integrate Gemini Omni video generation capabilities into Adobe products such as Firefly or Premiere Pro in the future? If so, is there any estimated timeline for its availability?

I have older xeon processor computer. it is incompatible for premiere pro ver 25. I need to install premiere pro ver 23. please help me

So the book that I am producing is an adult coloring book I drew all of the coloring book pages by hand then I vectorized them in Adobe illustrator and then I turned them into PDFs so now I need to upload my book to KP, but I don't know how to format all these PDFs Plus do my title page my copyright page, etc. to get it all uploaded for Kdp so I'm having a really hard time finding this online ... I don't need to edit my PDFs. They're already done so anybody that can assist me in how to format this that would be terrific. The only step that I've done so far as I pulled all of my PDFs into a file in Adobe acrobat standard. I'm not sure if my topic is correct.

When I try to create a path from selection, it interpolates the pixels as intended. Is there a way to select the pixel squares specifically as squares rather than it interpolating the pixels?

Hi All,I am on macOS 26.5.1 and testing on InDesign 2025. I notice that getFiles function is behaving strangely. If I do something like the following, I get 0Folder("/Users/manan/Documents").getFiles("").lengthThe same happens with other folders in this folder as well. Now, my script tries to use unPackageUCF and that too fails with these paths as input. I have noticed one thing, when the folders are created on the same day the code works fine. However, once the folders are older than a day the API starts failing. It does not make any sense to me. Any insights?

So I have a 2D project of a line that is moving from left to right while the "camera" follows it (by adjusting a null's anchor point to always have it in the center of the screen so it looks like the camera is following the line movement). I can successfully attach an object (i.e TEXT) to the line's movement so it looks like the Text is at the front of the line and directing the path. However when the line goes up and down, the text rotates it's shape WITH the line instead of staying horizontal. Is there a way to LOCK the text's rotation so it still follows the line's path, but doesn't rotate and stays rotationally stationary but still moves with the line? Thanks guys -- any ideas?

HI EVERYONE!  Im having a problem where i dont know how to remove the wave looking thing on this guys tuxedo all answers help if you know what you are doing ! (on his rigth shoulder )

I upgraded to Photoshop 2025, and now my swatch library is gone; also, the legacy swatches are not the legacy swatches I'm used to.When I upgraded Photoshop, I clicked the button to restore/keep all previous settings.I need to get my swatch library back. Swatches are labeled and organized with it's own title and name for each swatch. Also, I prefer the old swatch library with the gradients and patterns with a good selection of colors. This new swatch thing is ridiculous. I don't have the time to re-make new unstable swatch libraries for RGB and CYMK. I want the old library back- how?Mac Studio, Sequoia 15.1

A serious problem appeared suddenly yesterday in Photoshop. My long-used workflow with large feathered selections no longer behaves correctly during direct adjustments such as Curves, Levels and Saturation.Reproducible issue:Large image Large selection area Feather values between 250 px and 700 px Direct adjustment via Curves / LevelsExpected result:A very broad and soft tonal transition.Actual result:The transition remains extremely narrow, visually similar to a much smaller feather radius.Important observations:The same workflow functioned correctly until yesterday Feather is actually stored in the selection (verified with Ctrl+J transparency test) The problem specifically affects practical adjustment behavior during Curves / Levels operations Reproduced after complete clean reinstall Adobe Cleaner Tool used Preferences reset GPU disabled and tested Multiple Photoshop versions tested Same behavior on a new Windows user profileThis seriously affects fast local correction workflows base

This is a continuation of the issue that occurs in Illustrator CS6Illustrator CS6 artboard exports 1 pixel off in sizeSettingsThe images I'm exporting are using whole numbers for width, height, x-axis position and y-axis position from x:0, y:0The artboards are the exact size of the image: Object > Artboards > Fit to Selected ArtThe Object > Make Pixel Perfect trick did not work for me. I got an Illustrator message stating they were already perfect.TestedFile > Export > Export for Screens... (adds 1 pixel to height and width)File > Export > Export As... (does not add any pixels)File > Export > Save for Web (Legacy) (does not add any pixels)ThoughtsThis seems to only be an issue with the "export for screens" option. I'm guessing this is a bug that just hasn't been solved yet.If anyone has any insights regarding solutions, feature requests, or bug fixes please add them in the comments.

The other day, my image was rejected due to quality issues. It would have been fine, but it took them almost six months to make that decision. Are there quality issues? Perhaps. No image is perfect, so you can always find something to nitpick. The only strange thing is that it took so long.

How can I make the pdf not pixilate

Hi, I've always been able to export a document from InDesign to PDF (Print) with the settings Export as: Pages, View: Fit Page, and Layout: Two-Up (Cover Page) and have it open with the Two Page View in Acrobat Pro. For some reason now my PDFs open with the Single Page View all the time. I have the "Restore last view settings when reopening documents" checked so if I change the Page Display to Two Page View, close the document and reopen it, it opens correctly the next time. However, if I quit the progam and open another file with the same export settings (Two-Up), it's back to Single Page View again. I know I can change the export settings to Spread, but I want to be able to create PDFs for my clients that look like spreads when they open in Acrobat but prints as single pages. (And I don't want my clients to have to change the Page Display, some are quite technically challenged.) This is really annoying, please help! P.S. I'm using CC and my software is up to
