Having a hell of a time figuring out which installer to use for a 64 bit adobe reader deployment via intune win32 app. I located a good process at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVAADl2J65Y for the 32 bit version, but I cant find an offline 64 bit installer that will let me extract the MSI from it.  Why is this so absurdly challenging?!

I'm using Illustrator on an 2021 M1 Pro MacBook and I'm seriously having issues with Illustrator: Illustrator will freeze while selecting colours in the colour selection window. It's unpredictable when it will happen, but sooner or later it will happen, i.e. I may be able to select a couple of colours without issues, but then suddenly the app freezes and I can only force-quit it.The app will always crash when I use the "Colour guide" panel to select a colour group. Both issues occur in existing as well as completely new documents. I am currently using the most up to date version 27.6.1 of Illustrator, but this problem has occurred with all previous versions of Illustrator that I've been using on this Mac since ~ 1 year ago. I'm on MacOS 13.3.1. I have added two screen recordings that demonstrate how both errors occur in a new document, using a fresh installation of Illustrator.  Options that I already tried:Restarting Illustrator and my Mac.Deleting and re

Hi,Yesterday I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro. I downloaded and installed it using the Creative Cloud Desktop app. When starting the app it just hangs: it starts with the Home screen as expected, but after about 3 seconds the whole screen is filled with a semitransparent black overlay and a blank (white) square is displayed in the center (see screen dump). The whole app freezes. It becomes completely unusable and the only way to close it is to kill the task/process.I have tried:-Uninstalling and reinstalling-Ending Task in task manager, for just Acrobat as well as all adobe related software-Restarting my computerI have tried all these options multiple times in various orders and combinations. All other apps work fine (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom Classic, InDesign, Topaz Gigapixel, Affinity Studio, Microsoft Office etc.).---------------System details:Adobe Acrobat Pro Version: 26.1 (latest)Windows: Windows 11 Pro 64-bitVersion: 25H2OS build: 26200.8655NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060NVIDIA Studi

Hello,I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and I typically use it through the desktop app on PC. I routinely use the request E-signatures tool to sign contracts with clients and have never had any problems until today. Today when I use the e-signature and begin to type in the recipient’s email address, suddenly the program goes inactive and all I can see/access is a vertical toolbar. It’s very strange. The only solution to even close the program at that point is to restart. I have tried restarts, uninstalling/reinstalling, removing caches, selecting the legacy version of e-sigs (per troubleshooting). Nothing solves the issue. Can anyone help?

I want to create Action to access Shadow/Highlight in Photoshop 2026 on my new Mac. I had it on my old Mac, so I know it was possible. When I try to record, it says there are no actions listed. Can someone please explain how to do this?

Firefly’s upscale is unusable. Anything with text in it turns into a mush, with extra lines and connections added to text that aren’t even there in the original. This is like generating from a year ago on other platforms. Considering how much we pay for adobe they should at lest be keeping up.

i know that there is some problem with reflection removal section, but in camera raw, it is not working also, it cant remove anything, do you know guys how to solve this problem, or its a worldwide problem?

Please give me the download link for the Lightroom Classic version 12 with macOS Monterey.I can't find lightroom classic version 12 in creative cloud. Give me the download link for lightroom version 12 on macOS Monterey.

I recently installed Adobe DNG Converter, and now I'd like to uninstall it. However, the program doesn't appear in either the Windows Control Panel or the list of installed apps, so I'm unable to uninstall it. Is there any way to perform a clean uninstall of the program?*This post has been moved by a moderator.

Hello,I am unable to cancel my Adobe Acrobat subscription. In the subscriptions section of my account, I only see the following message:"Unable to load information. An error occurred. Please try again."This happens even when I try using Incognito mode and different browsers.I would like to cancel my subscription effective as of today's date. Please confirm that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made.

I am reviewing selects from a shoot in Bridge and opening in Photoshop. Camera Raw 18.3 opens and has an error reading “operation could not be completed” and when I click Okay. It just opens the error again. The only way to make it go away is by force quitting Photoshop

Credits were generated when I pressed Generate and were NOT restored when no image was produced on three occasions today. On the final attempt, the system returned an image that was complete GARBAGE because it did not make changes requested to the previous image (because “something went wrong”). VERY disappointed with this tool. Please return my 80 credits. Thanks.

Text between square brackets should not be spoken.Unfortunately, this isn't working right now! e.g.I’ve this row as part of my text...[ 8–13s (two design options, 2x2 vs 1x4 5G array, dB results) ]and it’s finally spoken after generating the Audio

Has anyone else tried to use Inglesa Script Variable font in Express? Text in that font is visible in the project preview but not visible when I actually open the project itself. There’s also an exclamation mark icon that appears in the top left corner of the text box, but no error message.  I’m a paid subscriber so I should have access to this font, right?

Why does Acrobat sometimes increase PDF file size after editing?I've noticed that some PDFs become significantly larger after making only minor edits in Acrobat, such as updating text or adding comments. Is this expected behavior, and are there any recommended settings to keep file sizes smaller without affecting document quality?I'd be interested to hear how other users manage this.

If I create a PDF from Illustrator and InDesign and the file uses a Variable Concept font, that text is not legible in the resulting PDF. It looks ok visually but copy/paste or text extraction by other means is no long possible. Will Adobe see that as a bug or is this just how it is with those types of fonts.I also haven’t seen a workaround to disable the fonts to prevent accidental usage. I have added a simple test just to show the issue (you can try to copy/paste “06”, it won’t work)Thankful for any input,Johan

Dear Adobe Support Team,I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my Adobe subscription and a full refund for the subscription charges deducted from my account in May and June.I mistakenly subscribed to an Adobe plan and cancelled the subscription as soon as I realized the mistake. Immediately after cancelling, I also requested a refund through Google Play, but my request was denied.Despite cancelling the subscription, I was charged again a month later. I received the Google Play order details for the May charge, but I did not receive any order confirmation or receipt for the June charge. However, I have my bank transaction details confirming that the June payment was successfully deducted from my account. Please investigate this issue, ensure that my subscription is completely cancelled so that no further charges are made to my account, and issue a full refund for both the May and June charges. I am happy to provide the May order details and my bank transaction rec

Lr Mobile on Android does correctly show photos from Lr library in grid. When I open it, it does only show like this: I see this on 2 phones while a third, old one does show it correctly.Any ideas?

OS Sequoia 15.7.7, and have isolated this issue down to a problem with the color profile not embedding correctly in a PSD file. This directly affects the ‘Quick Preview’ on Mac.Same files with no changes in workflow, both in Photoshop as ProPhoto RGB color profile, and both saved with box mark checked ‘Embedded Color Profile: ProPhoto RGB’

I am using a data merge for a brochure I am working on. In the brochure there are tables, I would like to remove any cells which are empty by using a script. I have found several online and added them into the script folder (not all at the same time), however I get an error every time. Can anyone help - please?

I’m building a super cinematic superhero tale. Action, suspense. All very much like low PG-rated...Honestly, my 6 year old could watch this. I am constantly receiving this monkey graphic with a shrug and an indecipherable message that it couldn’t load my generation and tells me to edit the prompt and try again. But it gives me no direction or information so I have no clue what about the prompt is generating the area. I’ve been doing this a while, so I’m pretty meticulous about my prompts. I color within the lines best I know how. I am asking for nothing offensive or unseemly. It appears that scenes involving my unconscious FEMALE superhero is incredibly difficult to generate. She’s injured and unconscious and a man is attempting to rescue her. But the mere mention of her being unconscious hinders the process. So, when the action involves the man touching her—picking her up, moving her, carrying her, holding her… as you can imagine, it’s more difficult than pulling teeth without anesthe

The text to video feature just tells me it can’t do anything I ask it to, no matter how simple the task.I gave it a cartoon character and said, Animate it. It told me it couldnt.
