How can I make the pdf not pixilate

Hi, I've always been able to export a document from InDesign to PDF (Print) with the settings Export as: Pages, View: Fit Page, and Layout: Two-Up (Cover Page) and have it open with the Two Page View in Acrobat Pro. For some reason now my PDFs open with the Single Page View all the time. I have the "Restore last view settings when reopening documents" checked so if I change the Page Display to Two Page View, close the document and reopen it, it opens correctly the next time. However, if I quit the progam and open another file with the same export settings (Two-Up), it's back to Single Page View again. I know I can change the export settings to Spread, but I want to be able to create PDFs for my clients that look like spreads when they open in Acrobat but prints as single pages. (And I don't want my clients to have to change the Page Display, some are quite technically challenged.) This is really annoying, please help! P.S. I'm using CC and my software is up to

On the iOS platforms we have add to and move to album, but I can’t find move to album on my MacBook. What am I missing? Or is it not there? If not why would it be on the phone but not the desktop?

PLEASE BRING BACK SUPPORT FOR WIN 10 IN VERSION 26.3 AND UPCOMING VERSIONSI work in parallel on two systems with Premiere pro….WIN10 21H2 IOT Enterprise LTSC Pp 26.2 WIN10 24H2 Pro for Workstation   Pp 26.2And I didn't have any problems until you released version 26.3...which doesn't support WIN10....WHY ARE YOU FORCING US TO SWITCH TO WIN11?  Windows 10 support quietly extended until Oct 2027, as users reject Windows 11 Win11 is crap that uses a lot of resources especially after the last update KB5095093 and every update brings 1000 problems and win11 is getting worse and worse...  if you only knew how Pp works on Win10 you wouldn't think of installing it on win11.…especially on the version WIN10 21H2 IOT Enterprise LTSC - everything is flyingHere is the last link that came out fromVashi Nedomansky, ACE....look at what system he works on, and I corresponded with him about win10 vs win11....and he himself says that his technicians advised him to use win10… Vashi Nedomansky, ACE -If you

I have a section where the person has to add their name, telephone number and email. I have placeholder text for both names and emails...but the telephone number one, I can’t format the phone number unless I use Special > Phone Number. Is there a way to get a placeholder text for this as well?

Good afternoon everyone.Lately I’ve encountered a pretty substantial problem with my illustrator, where every digit I type is stubbornly turned into arabic digits with arabic right to left reading order and everything else that comes with that.Context: I have spent a couple of years working on projects where Arabic language support was required, hence I used to have the English/Arabic versions of the adobe programmes installed for that time period. Since, having no more need for arabic script use, I’ve reinstalled all the software to the default English language. No problems were encountered in the process, apart from a recent issue with Adobe Illustrator (only).Everything else in settings seems to be fine, the language is set to English UK, nothing in properties indicated arabic script requirements. What is worse, is that I can’t locate the digits settings in illustrator to fix this script mishap. Anybody else encountered this issue? Please help, adobe is rage-baiting me into installin

I just tried to bring in a movie from my iPhone Pro 16 into Premiere Elements and I got "generic error" when trying to add the media.  However, if I rename the file to have a .mp4 extension rather than a .mov extension, PE loads the movie and it plays just fine.  Clearly the right codecs are installed.  Is there something else that could be causing this error? On iPhone, recorded as 1080p30 with most compatible setting. Output from MediaInfo shown below: Format : MPEG-4 Format profile : QuickTime Codec ID : qt 0000.00 (qt ) File size : 58.1 MiB Duration : 30 s 567 ms Overall bit rate : 15.9 Mb/s Frame rate : 30.000 FPS Encoded date : 2025-02-21 01:41:32 UTC Tagged date : 2025-02-21 01:42:03 U

Hi,after the latest update of the CS suite programs like Photoshop (windows) I am not able to record the executing/opening of a JSX script anymore. I have done this many times before: executing a JSX within an action; as described e.g. in this very old posting:  Screenshots of these steps:  It should look like this: Bug? Feature? Any idea/suggestion? Thanks!mycc

I logged into LR Classic this morning and a message popped up with an update and that I should back-up my catalogue, which I did, however, all my photos have disappeared!  When I open LRC now it is empty!  What have I done?  I chose to back-up to Google Drive rather than Cloud, is that why?  Can I reverse it?

What is "automatically analyze photos in a catalog" checkbox located in the Catalog Preferences > Metadata panel? What does it do exactly and how do you use it?

My Adobe account was suddenly locked today for "Fraudulent activities," even though I have already paid for a full 1-year student subscription.I contacted Adobe Chat support, but they couldn't resolve the issue. They gave me a US phone number, which I cannot call from Vietnam. Then, they provided a Singapore support number, but due to language barriers, I am unable to explain my issue clearly over the phone. This is a legitimate student account. I have all the necessary official documents to prove it, including my school enrollment information, student ID, school email logs, and the payment invoice (Invoice: AD04786701908EVN).The only reason I changed my login email to a personal one is because I am graduating next year, and my university will revoke my student email access. I did this purely to safeguard my paid account. Can a moderator or support agent here please help me escalate this case and reopen my account? I can provide all verification documents and invoices upon request.

This issue occured this morning. I already deactivated all my devices by going to this link: https://account.adobe.com/activated-devicesHowever, when I launch any of my apps, the popup comes up that still shows two activated devices. When I click on one of those devices to deactivate, the deactivation hangs, and practically stalls the applciation. I have to force quit to close the application. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP. I cannot just be locked out of my applications that I pay for almost $800 a year. Adobe needs to fix this issue.  I petitioned Adobe in the past to expand 3 device limit, not two, because typical professional like me uses three devices -- work computer, home computer, and laptop. This constant activate/deactivate is a travesty, and I knew that one day it is going to cause me some serious trouble. It is pain enough to alway have to quit all your open sessions when you activate/deactivate, but now I am pratically locked out from Adobe.

I’m on Windows 10, and using LRC 13.5.1. I am using this version because later versions caused tethering bugs in our studio, so that’s the version we’re on right now, so please don’t tell me to upgrade if you respond.  I have a question about resources. When I look at a film strip and click on any image on the film strip, the CPU usage jumps to 30%, then down to 15%, then 3% etc. But why on earth is the CPU jumping to 30% when I simply click on an image in the film strip? When I launch PS, launching it only takes 3-4% CPU. When I open even a very large file in PS, the CPU usage only jumps to 4% max. But when I simply view an image in the film strip in LRC, the CPU jumps to 30%.Why such  crazy CPU usage for such a simple task in LRC?I’ve also noticed that LRC is using more RAM than even PS. Currently sitting at 12GB of RAM, doing nothing. Whereas PS is only using 7GB of RAM with a 1GB file open. I’m asking these questions because lately this machine has been running hot, and sometimes th

As the title says, the UI fonts are blurrier than in After Effects 2024 and earlier. Since I'm on a 1080p monitor, it is very hard to look at that much antialiasing. Can I get UI looks similar to After Effects 2024? I did everything to fix that, changed settings, display settings, etc., on the internet. cause of this issue, I can't go for future upgrades, sadly. Still stick with After Effects 2024. seems like bold and antialized UI text and icons on 2025 and 2026 give unwanted eye strain if used for while, compared to 2024 and earlier. Those earlier versions has more crispier UI fonts and ui and theme. I downloaded photo from another bug report which you simply ignored. I don’t want to continue this chat, when you can clearly see it.. or you can ignore this tooo and wait until 7 years to fix that..

I am trying to transfer my portfolio cite to my school account, when I follow the tutorial adobe provides it  appears to be correct, but the website(adobe portfolio) is refusing to accept and transfer to my school email even though I use both accounts and checked to ensure I spelled my school email correctly. What should I do?

I am working with the 'Ludwig' theme on Pf and need to know if I can flip the positions of the pages and logo here. This means the logo is on the left of the screen and the page titles: work, play, and contact are on the right side. How can I achieve this?

In the Lightroom app on my iPhone,I can’t delete any imported photos,Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app,the problem still remains

Updated my OS and now Adobe Creative Suite doesn’t seem to work. Photoshop will not load at all and says broken. Have tried uninstalling but now cannot re-install.

I see today that the Creative Cloud Desktop app has changed. I use (or I used to use) this app to keep track of the different versions of Ps, Br, ACR installed. I could uninstall a version or reinstall an older version. I could also see whether there were any pending updates for any or all of the different version that I have installed. I currently have three version of Ps and three versions of Br installed. But with the newest version of CC Desktop I cannot see any Br or ACR app, and I only see the latest version of Ps. It did briefly flash that a new version of Ps was available, but then it also said there was a new version of CC Desktop. Now I can’t find the update for Ps.Very, very confusing.Any insight, observations, or suggestions would be appreciated.Peter

I am doing some improvement to scanned vintage wedding photos for a client. Firefly continuously changes the faces so they no longer resemble the actual humans despite specific prompt to not change the faces of the individuals in anyway. It’s wasting my credits!

Hi there,  My lightroom app was being slow, so I closed and reopened it. Upon doing so, I received a pop-up saying "this unlicensed app is not genuine and will be disabled soon" after 5 days. Needless to say, I have a subscription. Part of me isn't sure if this is somehow some cybersecurity threat by a bad actor, but if this is genuinely an adobe pop-up, it is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly poor customer service. Firstly, I am a genuine customer. The fact Adobe doesn't seem to know this is more than a little concerning. Secondly, the pop-up doesn't have an X to close it, and hasn't been accompanied by an email to confirm the pop-up is genuine. Thirdly, it means I cannot continue to work. I am not going to close the pop-up and will cease working until this is fixed. I would be most grateful for assistance. In providing assistance, I would be grateful for some fairly detailed advice. If I need to delete the app or some folders or something, please let me know how I
