I also got charged for a free trial. I canceled the same day and received confirmation of cancelation. Why is this happening? And didn't Adobe get fined by the Federal Government for this exact thing?

Hello, I was just charged $29.99 for an adobe subscription after making a free trial. However, I know I cancelled my free trial and recieved an email saying that it was cancelled. I've attached a screenshot as proof.

Hello! I use Photoshop, but the AI generation tool is not working. Every time I try to use it, I get a message: “Please check your Internet connection.”

I have a relatively new (almost 1 year old) Mac mini M4 and I can't get it to download the update, 15.4.1 that is showing in my Creative Cloud. I starts downloading but extremely slowly and eventually grinds to a halt.Is the problem with me or is it a general issue? I’m currently running LR Classic 15.3.My Mac mini is an M4, 32 GB memory,Mac OS TahoeStorage 304.33 GB available of 994.66 I read a suggestion that I run Creative Cloud Cleaning Tool but though I have downloaded it I can’t seem to open it. Not sure why?

PDF files used in print production occasionally require image retouching.Today, this can be done directly in Acrobat Pro: select the image, open it in Photoshop, make the necessary changes, save, and the image is automatically updated inside the PDF.Why is the same simple workflow not available in Illustrator? When a PDF is opened in Illustrator, raster images are already recognized and displayed as image objects. Yet there is no straightforward way to open the selected image in Photoshop, edit it, save it, and return to Illustrator. As a result, users often have to switch to Acrobat to perform a task that seems like it should be possible directly inside Illustrator. Please consider adding the same Photoshop round-trip editing workflow that already exists in Acrobat Pro.

Hi Support Team,I faced with a new issue during the Tagged PDF implementation, now is with the reading order in “Read Out Aloud” option from Acrobat Reader. Overview I created a simple example layout with some fake data, and I labeled it in the correct reading order : And this works correctly, but only for the first page. The text in a yellow box are artifacts. The issueThe problem starts from the second page onwards : It starts the reading from the first line of table, ignoring the table´s header and finally goes to the first flow that should be the first reading, like the reading of the first page. StructureI´ve been tried to do some workaround and investigate some options but I didn’t find anything to fix it.Investigating with PAC, we can see the documents structure and the flowArea4 only appears in the first page :AnalisisFront of this I opened a ticket with the software vendor that I used to generate this test and they answered this :"Unfortunately, this is by design and how Adobe

The Generative expand function in my desktop Photoshop software doesn't work. My latest attempt at using it simple involved trying to generate new image either side of an existing horse image. I was following a tutorial provided in Photoshop called ‘Expand images with Generative AI’ (see attached image). When I try to use the Gen expand function, it seems to start processing but then an error message appears (attached). It used to work fine but it has not worked for over 6 months. This is the first time I have reported it. I believe it started malfunctioning after a routine Photoshop update.I am part of a business subscription plan so I believe I have the most up to date version of the software (version 27.7.0). I am using a MS Windows operating system Dell machine. Full details can be sent on request.

I have purchased free trial of Adobe scan premium plan on 24 june 2026 but. I want to cancel it now as it is not that useful for my work. I cancelled my subscription from the play store as well as from the app. And according to your policy if a free transaction is cancelled within 48 hours I am eligible to get a full refund for it . Also in free trial the company should not cut money from account directly as the trial is free and should start Autopay once the period of free trial is over. Mandate over upi is okay but deduction of money with slight complex refund process is cumbersome for customer.Kindlu schedule my refund as early as possible and if not give me date till which I will get my refund.Thank you

Is anyone else experiencing the Dimension tool not working, with the following message coming up in a dialogue box?“The Operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [UKFG]”Then only half the label shows up; no measurement etc.Downloaded and running v30.3 on Mac, Sequoia 15.7.5 (can’t use a later OS due to age of Mac)Any ideas on correcting this, as I do use the Dimension tool a lot!Video attached for reference.

I was notified that I needed to update my payment method for some reason, it wasn’t because I had no balance so I just tried to reconnect the same payment method that I used, I was then charged for the month. After doing that and getting charged, it still says that I need to update the payment method so I changed it to a different one, after doing that I was charged again for the same month.

Firefly keeps stating that my graphic illustration of a Graffiti teddy bear violates the Adobe user guidelines and I don't see how. I am unable to generate my video with my original work because Adobe won't be specific with the issue or offer a way to contact someone to fix my issue. I would like someone to help me figure this out and see how maybe Adobe can loosen up their grip a little when it comes to thier gaurds. A teddy bear with stitches and graffiti art is not animal cruelty if that's what they are going for with my image. lol

Non potendo fare più di 5 scansioni in un pdf mi è stata proposta la prova gratuita per 7 giorni, ho accettato ma mi ha addebitato 10,49 euro come abbonamento mensile. Voglio il rimborso!

I am using Skolar Sans PE in a web project, and it appears that the smcp and c2sc OpenType features for the Medium weight (500) were somehow excluded – they both work fine for the Regular (400) and SemiBold (600), but with Medium specifically, I get browser-resized capital letters and full-height lining figures, rather than the actual small-cap letters and numerals. In the version loaded locally through the Creative Cloud desktop app, it works as expected; just not in the webfont. It also works fine in Skolar Sans Latin Medium on the web; just not in Skolar Sans PE. It seems like the OpenType features simply aren’t exported in that particular file. Is there a way to report this to Adobe?

Since the latest update, Photoshop doesn’t always open my .psd files. It will open the welcome window, but it’s sporadic whether it will open the file. As well, trying to close Photoshop  and restart has become an issue, forcing me to Force Quit the program and that doesn’t always work either without a complete shutdown.I’m on a Mac using Tahoe, 26.5.1 Any suggestions would be so helpful. Thank you.

I run a movers and packers business in Dubai and recently created a logo for our website moversandpackersindubai.ae. The logo uses navy blue and gold colors. I want to make it look more premium and professional. Any tips on color balance, font pairing, or overall design improvements would be appreciated.

The newest update is trash. Every time I download a PDF from Google Chrome, Adobe automatically opens the file the second it is finished downloading. In the updatede Adobe preferences, the item to uncheck "Open PDFs automatically in Reader when they are downloaded in Chrome browser" no longer exists anywhere.I've confirmed it is not an issue with Chrome settings. It is definitely an issue with the new Adobe...  Is there another way to stop Adobe from automatically opening??

At first when I tried to synchronize a folder in Lightroom Classic, Synchronize said there are 424 photos to import, but then it did not import any. I am on release 15.3.1, which I am told is the latest, and Windows 11 Pro. I have installed all operating system updates and GPU updates. I have also restored preferences in LR Classic. At the top level of my catalog, selecting All Photos, I have tried looking for specific files that are not getting imported, and LR can’t find them, so they can’t be there somewhere else in my catalog. I have never had this problem before. I have quit LR several times, and it sometimes would tell me that there was a corrupt file, so I deleted those files from my system. Now when I try to synchronize, it says “importing files at their current location”, but nothing ever happens. When I ended the import, it told me that 2 files were unsupported or damaged. The files are type .ARW, created by a Sony A1 camera, that I have had no problems with in the past.I have

The iPhone app has stopped working. Will I lose my previous scans if I reinstall it?

Olá, estou procurando o Illustrator 2022 v26, por gentileza, quem tiver e quiser repassar

For myself (and it appears many others) this is the worst feature Adobe Acrobat (maybe Adobe period) currently has. Trying to edit a PDF is a nightmare with this idiotic scan. It repeatedly scans, over and over (once isn't enough?) it takes forever, and oddly it tilts random images off center. What is the purpose of this? To frustrate users into using another PDF editor? I could understand if it was a work in progress, but you can't even turn the damn thing off. I've tried all the "steps" recommended and nothing. Yes, I have the latest version. Threads like this appear through-out Adobe support. It's currently a garbage feature - allow me to turn it off until it's useful. Until then, I'm using another editor.

Issue summaryOn my Mac, Lightroom Classic 15.3 becomes unresponsive after some period of normal use. I have to Force Quit it. After that, Lightroom Classic can relaunch, but RAW files can no longer be opened properly. I cannot guarantee exact reproduction steps every time, but the issue has happened multiple times in 15.3 and has not happened for me in 15.2.1 on the same machine.Environment- Lightroom Classic: 15.3- macOS: 26.4.1- Apple Silicon Mac: M1 MaxWhat I can confirm- This issue started after updating to 15.3.- It happens after some time of normal RAW workflow use, not immediately on launch.- Once Lightroom hangs, I have to Force Quit it.- After relaunch, RAW files still cannot be opened properly.- Downgrading to 15.2.1 on the same Mac resolves the issue.  Relevant lines from the report:Process:      Adobe Lightroom Classic [12526]Version:      15.3OS Version:      Mac OS X 26.4.1 (25E253)Exception Type:      EXC_CRASH (SIGTERM)Signal Number:      15Publisher Process Name:
