Solved

I can't get some of my photos to rate properly in Photoshop Elements Organizer 2024. This is the first time I am experiencing this and the photos that I can't rotate share one thing in common.  They were all taken by using the camera button on the side of my iPhone 16 Pro rather than the "button" on the screen. The images are jpg's (not Live, HEIC, or PNG) same as the other photos that will rotate.  I tried resetting my PC and also deleting and reloading the images. The images were taken what would be considered upside down. PS will rotate the images sideways, but will not allow full rotation so that the images display right side up. Other images seem to rotate normally. My PC  has Windows 11 Home, Version 25H2,  OS Build 26200.7462, 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX (2.20 GHz)

I was making a 60 page book with 39 fonts and many of the graphics with feathered edges. What I've ried so far is to start a new book in 3 or segments. But now even opening InDesign for the START of the book, after doing well for much longer (half a day with hardly anything accomplished because I was listening to tutorials while the program sat open) It is frozen. I thought with the new book I'd fist go find some Adobe Fonts so that I'd be SURE there was no "missing font" messages.  I went looking for templates to choose from to possibly make my life easier, but so far haven't found them.I've watched many tutorials over these months to get answers on hw to do things, and am puzzled because everyone has a different way to do the same thing. I'm sure I do much better work with a limited pallet.

Hi everyone I need help with a situation that I am facing with Adobe After Effects. I have no idea what happened previously AE used to work just fine when launching the app. Now sadly every single time I try to launch the app, the app constantly freezes on Boot Splash Screen. I don't even see any of the small letters running on the bottom left indicating the software is loading up. So I have to waite couple of minutes and the app just closes by itself and it constantly produces a .crash file on my Desktop. Is there any way I send that file for someone to take a look into it cause this issue has been bugging me for a long time. So far the only workaround is whenever I run the app. I need to use CTRL+ Shift + Alt and launch AE and reset my preferences. Once I reset that only then the app runs correctly. But then the moment I close out of the app and launch it again, it just keeps getting stuck on that Boot Splash logo screen.   Doing CTRL+ Shift + Alt is a temp fix to

Hello community, there will be a script that restores distorted text while maintaining its appearance.

Recently, when I try to edit an image from LR in PS, it can take up to 15 minutes from the time I open LR before I'm able to have the file open in PS. This is a regular occurence. What's happening and why is it taking so long to get going? Any suggestions?   Mac OS 12.7.6 LR Classic 13.5.1 PS 25.12.2

HI, I would like to know if the Samsung galaxy tab s 11 is suitable for working with ADOBE for tablets, or can only the ADOBE version for phones be installed on it?

Went to record an action to batch process my 100 frames with same set of... actions. And now it's all broken down into the new default "Actions" and a harder to get to "Classic Actions".But the default one has no way to record your own? Does that mean "Classic Actions" and recording your own - are considered a thing of the past? Why would Photoshop consider users recording their own actions no longer important?  I am confused by this UI change.

Ray3/ Ray3 HDR not working, nano bannana pro also poor qulity(not 4k)

the prompt clearly states: ,totally clean shaven, head and face bald man, razor-smooth skin texture, smooth skin on jawline and chin, bare skin, absolutely no stubble, no shadow. then adding at thr end :Negative prompt: beard, mustache, stubble, facial hair, shadow, 5 o'clock shadow, goatee, scruff, hairy, And yet every picture adds some form of hair, a beard, stubble 5 0'clocl shadow. This is a major issue that will prevent me from paying for another month, not every man has facial hair, it is an unfair bias and a major flaw in your models.  Fix it

Is the submission limit for each contributor fair? My assets are only 50, waiting for a long review, 10 submissions get a limit again, what about your limit experience?

My company got me Adobe Acrobat Pro license. At first, I signed in adobe cloud desktop app with company email credential. (we use Single Sign On, where we only need our company windows account to access Adobe)It was all good, I never got logged off while using Acrobat Pro (for PDF edit)Then my company got me another Adobe Experience Cloud Marketo Engage License. Then I followed Marketo Join team step by step. (Email confirmation, set new password, set new mobile phone etc)After all that, I have successfully logged in both License Profiles. I can even switch profiles in a webpage. (attach screenshot)But the problem is, once a day, Adobe will automatcially log me out.  Next morning, I want to reopen my PDF file to edit, it will ask me for credential again.I feel like two company profiles caused this issue.  Please fix this.

I recently had issues with photoshop crashing as soon as the loading screen was done. It showed no errors at all. I reached out to support twice and eventually after installing a much older (2023) version which did actually show an error we found it it was ICC profile issues.Note: This also caused issues in Lightroom where none of the thumbnails would be visible.I fixed this setting the ICC colour management in Windows settings to Automatic and then restarting the graphics drivers (Win + Ctrl + Shift + B)Then everything worked. So if you have this issue try this!

Hi All, Not a very inspiring post, but hopefully you'll be able to help nonetheless. Lightroom is running very slow while only clicking through photo's and selecting/removing them and I'm not sure what to do. It takes half a minute to simply view the next image in a folder of 20 images.... I'm using a Dell precision 5480 laptop with additional A1000 6GB graphics card. I'm aware it's not a powerhouse, but a total library between 10k-15k pictures should not be an issue to only navigate right? I've read some posts, so here's what I've done: Checked processor and memory. Processor 13th gen i7-13800H is on 10%, memory 60% used out of 32 gb.Checked disk space. OS partition has 1/3 left, data partition with all images could be better with 60gb of 470 available. Optimized the catalogChecked preview sizes. Set them to 1024 and quality medium.  What else is there to check or do? Thanks!

It works in the Beta program of Photoshop but not Photoshop CC 2026.   I like using Photoshop because it has this extension for Kubota Dashboard and I want to see it be able to continue--I have a lot of presets I've invested in in the Kubota dashboard.

How can I add the presets I bought to Lightroom Desktop and Mobile?  The desktop files are XMP files. The mobile ones are DNG files. When I try to upload them into presets, Lightroom doesn't see them...  There is no Lightroom customer service or anything, so I'm not sure how to get help.

Can you install topaz as a plug in in the Lightroom version, not classic.

I obtained the spread coordinates using the TransformInnerPointToSpread method. I want to convert these to page coordinates.

Hi All,I have to implement the functionality to modify/update paragraph style without text range selection.  Is there any other way to do this?  Thanks in advance.

I have written a script that adds an effect to the currently selected layer and then automatically opens the Effect Controls panel.Because app.findMenuCommandId("Effect Controls") toggles the panel (opens or closes it),it does not meet my needs. Therefore I used the menu command "3734": "OpenEffectControls" instead,as shown in the code below: var cmdId = app.findMenuCommandId("Open Effect Controls");app.executeCommand(cmdId); However, the panel does not open when no layer is selected, and it also fails to open when the selected layer is a shape layer. The panel opens correctly only when the selected layer is an AV (footage) layer. Is this a limitation of After Effects itself? What approach can guarantee that the Effect Controls panel opens automatically regardless of which type of layer is selected?

Hello,   I am an Adobe Stock contributor. I want to confirm officially:If I delete files from the Draft section (files not submitted for review), does it affect my contributor account, ranking, reach, or trust score?   Thank you.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I have a new computer and had to install my Creative Cloud apps.  All's fine exept in LR when I used to import an image there was an "Add to Collection" option on the rightmost panel.  Your Collections would show and you could put a check mark in the box next to the Collection you wanted to add it to.  I don't see it now.  Does anybody know where it went?  Thanks!
