What can I do now ?

Dear all,  I was used to create books (240 pages) from my old imac in lightroom 6 and print them with Blurb. But this is the first time i try this operation with my new configiration : Apple Mini M4 + Lightroom classic., all pictures beeing shot with a Canon R5. And it went wrong. When i try to upload my new book (240 pages) in Blurb, it fails on the "cover page" upload step. When i simply try to export the book as a PDF file from lightroom, it works and i can read it perfectly in AcrobatReader. (Cover page file and all pages file). When i try to upload this pdf file via the Blurb website, it also fails with unexplicit error (just asking me to call my support line)I tried to upload some subsets of my books. It worked once for a subset that included the cover page and the first 45 pages, but it is not systematic. Now i cannot upload anything (even a very simplified 20 pages book with no text, no legend, just pictures and a cover page). It always fails on the

For years (and years), I’ve been hitting Command+K to bring up Preferences and immediately change the keyboard increment. The input box for keyboard increment used to be auto-selected, allowing me to type a new value without any extra clicks. In the just-installed version 29.7, Command+K still opens Preferences, but now it auto-selects the search input instead. Is there any way to restore the old behaviour? Personally, I use search only occasionally, whereas I change the keyboard increment multiple times a day. This change feels like a step backwards in terms of productivity.

I'm new to Premiere 2024 and I've serched this but haven't found a deifintive answer yet. When my timeline is zoomed out to encompass a fairly lenthy period, say for instance 10 seconds (at 24 fps), the clip end that I'm dragging appears not to snap to the large "second" intervals. I'm pretty sure it's snapping at the frame level, though. Is there any way to make the clip ends snap to a timeline grid that's in a more zoomed state -- so snap onto the whole second intervals while zoomed out? But still  snap to the frame intervals when zoomed to in to that level? This is dragging the clip beginnings and ends I'm talking about, not the playhead. Though now that I'm looking at it, the playhead seems to be exhibiting the same behavior.I have "snap to timeline" enabled under the "sequence" menu, but whether that's on or off doesn't seem to make a differce. The playhead AND the clip ends will snap at a frame level when zoomed in but not a larger level when zoomed out.&

Hi everyone,I have a problem with some images that contain a smart object. I need to modify the crop after working with the liquify tool. When I crop, the liquify shifts from the area it should act on. Does anyone have a solution? For now I've duplicated all the images and I'm rasterizing the layer, but obviously I can't go back. Thanks a lot.Sergio

Good day!I wanted to get a free trial of Adobe pdf and filled my visa card details. But payment was declined because of the long-non-use of the card. Nevertheless the system billed me for one moth. Now I cannot cancel the subscription until the card problem is solved. I havent used Adobe programme a single day. I just want to camcel it and not pay anything, because it was inaccessible to me. What should I do?Sincerely, unhappy subscriber

I'm constantly experiencing memory drain in Lightroom Classic. It seems to be a constant issue across all versions of LR, on different computer builds. On the latest versions, it's incredibly frequent and severe. I've noticed that it consistently happens when using auto masks and denoise. It also happens during normal work with brushes and the healing brush. An interesting observation: the program's performance is affected when the memory exceeds 8GB. It usually reaches 15GB and then stops. It slows down significantly. My system has 64GB of memory. Can someone help? What can I do?

Syncing photos and clearing all ones to make space has been a NIGHTMARE recently. It keeps clearing the cached data and syncing again and again from the cloud that takes ages, to just do it again after a restart.  I have never been so frustrated with Lightroom in my 4 years of experience

when using generative ai on an image is it permanently stored on adobes servers? i ask because I keep getting generative ai failure notice with something about guidelines in the message when just removing people out of a photo

Opening an attached pdf from the new outlook app with Adobe Acrobat Pro installed locally, throws a windows application error saying the memory could not be read. When opening a pdf file from file explorer there is no problem or error. Not sure if this is an Adobe Acrobate Pro issue or New Outlook app issue? I can just click ok and prompt goes away. PDF opens fine as it should, it just always will pop up with this error message everytime I open a pdf attachment on a mail, which I then have to actively click ok.I had this problem on my old computer for a long time, tried everything. Couldn't find a resolution. Just got a brand new laptop, with new installs of Windows 11, New Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Everyting is up to date. I am now haunted by the same issue. This is not good for my OCD 🙂Also, I have run virus scans to make sure it isn't a virus causing this issue. Used Copilot for assistance, still no luck. If anyone out there has solved this. Would love to hear from you.

I opened a PDF created by another company and simply wanted to delete a few fields and add a company logo.  The app is so slow I can barely use it...  Just to move the logo I've pasted using the arrow keys is an excruciatingly slow process.  Moving left or right or up or down "5 clicks" can take 30 seconds.  Seriously adsurd...  I.e.  Get up and walk away from the machine while it is trying to move an image within the document or even simply scroll. Yes, my machine can handle this app.  Brand new iMac w/ 256gb of ram.  Acrobat acts like I'm using an Intel Pentium from the mid-90s.  I run Illustrator all day / every day without an issue.  Acrobat is unusable. Surely there's a solution???????

画像の時間と項目の間の赤と白のグラデーションの図形の作成方法を教えて頂きたいです。グラデーションと端が透明になっているので、その部分も含めお願い致します。

I'm a bit confused.  I have licenses for Acrobat Premium for Enterprise, but can't find it to build a deployment package.  I see the installer for Acrobat, but the info bubble doesn't list Acrobat Premium as one of the versions in the package. How can I build a package for Acrobat Premium for Enterprise? Thank you!

Hi everyoneThis error on my Behance profile:Your ability to send messages has been disabledCan anyone tell me how to fix this?

I want to add captions. I want to click on audio and add captions is an option. The current process is designed for adding captions to finished products not part of the video production process. To add captions to something I just made in Express, I have to download and then reupload and then edit in a new file. This is very disconnected from the process and my drive is full of incomplete projects. I have to go and delete constantly. If you are promoting cloud usage, the caption option should at least let us select from Your Stuff. Thank you.

I am using LightrromClassic 14.5.1 on a MacBook with M1 Pro processor running version 15.6.1.  When I try to import Fuji RAF files they won't import and I get this error message:I did previously have a trial version of Capture 1 (now deleted) but I think the icon suggests LR thinks this is a Capture 1 RAW file??? Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks Terry

I have a Photography subscription and AI credits but I cannot use ray3 in Firefly even though ray3 is supposed to be free.

Hi I have been trying to upload an FBX file, however I get a blank (grey) screen once my character has been uploaded. If I upload an OBJ file it works, however later on I seem to have uv texture mapping issues when I try to remap textures. Why will my character not show and what is the best way to get around this? Kind regards

Photoshop says that I don’t have an internet connection to use this feature. I can’t use image generation, increase file size, or generate backgrounds and so on.How can I fix this issue? Why is this problem occurring?
