Solved

Hello all, I've been researching how to create a good solar eclipse for weeks for a company logo. The tricky part was it also needed to be transparent. I found a few tutortials that helped me create the attached image. However, it ended up blurry. I have tried to research my way around why this is and how to fix it, but to no avail. I created this ecplise by using layered elipses, each with their own colored gradient and added the Roughen effect to the outer most elipse. then I created several transparent masks to make the moon look transparent. Is there any other way I can do this that won't make it so pixelated and blurry? Thank you in advance.

I am an engraver and just started sticker printing. The last two updates seems to be terrible for me. I thought it was my RAM or even my graphics card(s). i waited for hours for a 7 px offset. 7 hours!!!! Ive got to be doing something wrong, or is the updates really that bad at this moment?

Good morning! Yesterday, when I opened Lightroom on an iPhone (not for the first time), I suddenly had to log in again. When I did this, all my presets and previously edited cloud photos disappeared. On my Mac the same: Cloudphotos are no longer avaliable and so are the Presets. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this and if I can get my photos/presets back? Thanks

Hey there, I feel like I've been living under a rock but finally got to look into why it is possible that some people can create animation presets that look like 'plugins' but work natively. So I discovered the beautiful but seemingly incredibly clunky world of pseudo effects and I want to create my own.   I've been looking for tutorials but while I can get them to work by altering the PresetEffects.xml in the install or by using a trial version of PseudoEffectMaker, I don't understand how to pack them into an ffx so they can be opened and used anywhere without other dependencies.   Does anyone know of a resource that explains the process fully in a way a non script savvy person can follow?   I also feel that the entire mechanism should be a complete native integrated feature in AE itself with friendly UI/UX directly in the software. It's a system much more powerful and useable than all these separate controls or Essential Graphics. But that's an entire discussion by its

Hi, I have enterprise license of the Adobe creative suite, including Substance 3D designer. But after installing the Substance 3D designer, I cannot find Substance 3D Automation ToolKit. Any idea how I can install it? Further, I cannot find "sbsmutator.exe" either, and is it also part of Substance 3D Automation ToolKit?  Thanks a lot for your assistance and help, andLooking forward to your reply!

I've been dealing with terrible performance - I thought the issue was ppro 25 (https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/premiere-pro-25-performance-vs-24/m-p/15408676#M565829)but yesterday I used 25 to work on a much smaller project and it was fine.    Why would a large project kill performance? How can the volume of source media slow it down? Does it make a difference that the source media is from multiple paths?   Does lots of warp stabilise data affect perfomace?  Knowing this stuff would help develop best practice with large projects (and tell me when to start from scratch)I'm going to to import this project into a new one today and see if that helps.

I am new to Media Encoder. I have been using it for about a week now. I can't figure out how to keep my Disc from looping at the end and start playing over. My goal is to play the disc and then stop at the end.

I can't download Media Encoder 2023 anymore, and my system doesn't support the current version.  Am I out of luck?  I can still get older versions of Premiere, Audition, Photoshop, etc.  Why has this one disappeared?  And why no access to the last version of Encore?  I already don't like the subscription model, but now losing access to programs that I use makes it more frustrating.

Is there a way to use the fonts I've added to my creative cloud in any of the Articulate 360 programs? I see the fonts show up in my Microsoft apps but not in Rise 360. I don't see any font 'files' I can upload to Rise - does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you!

Hello,I have an issue when using a timestamp in ZXPSignCmd. The error I get is this:http://timestamp.digicert.com/ failed with exit code 3221225477I found out that there was a similar issue recently, and it was solved by the latest version of ZXPSignCmd.I use Windows and the latest 64-bit ZXPSignCmd executable.I also tried various other TSA servers, and I didn't manage to sign the extension. The only way it signs now is just without the -tsaoption, which is not suggested by the official Adobe docs. Everything was working fine before, but now it just doesn't. I don't know what's causing this. Do you have any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance,Bogdan

I’m reaching out for assistance because I’m unable to install Lightroom and Photoshop despite multiple attempts.I selected the Photography plan and proceeded to the payment stage. However, each time I enter my payment details, I receive an error stating that my card information, city, or postal code is incorrect. I have carefully checked and re-entered all the data. I also tried using a different card and connecting via VPN, but unfortunately, the issue persists.I am currently located in Ukraine and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this problem so I can complete the installation and start using the applications.Thank you in advance for your support!

Hi All,   With respect to the above image, is there any way to stop Adobe Sign from automatically placing those yellow text boxes.  The yelllow boxes are editable/fillable fields that are preset in the Adobe form.     I did not create this document.     Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.     Thank you!

I'm mixing large multitrack podcasts in Adobe Audition 2025. Lately I've encountered a weird issue that none of my coworkers with similar setups are having.  I use lots of plugins such as EQ, compression and so on. But when I'm working in a large multitrack mix (e.g. my current project has 23 tracks including 4 bus tracks) I consistently find that the visual displays for the plugins are out of sync with the audio. But it's not a lag -- the weird thing is that the visuals in the plugins are happening before they're actually being triggered by the audio.  For example, if I use a plugin like the tube-modelled compressor, the level meter on the left of the plugin screen should sync up with the audio on the track. But the levels will start moving a split second before the audio on that track starts playing. I'm attaching a screenshot to demonstrate this where you'll see the plugin is detecting a signal before the playhead has reached the audio.  The result

Hello is there a solution to this problem that I have seen many others are facing?I get an error when trying to upload regular (non cinematic) videos to Adobe Rush from my iphone 16 pro. This is extremely frustrating because this is my main way of editing videos for my buisiness. I pay for Adobe Rush pro and it no longer works for me. Please fix this ASAP. Error message: Usupported media type. 1 of 1 media coule not be imported. I shouldn't have to run my videos through some encoder in order to upload them to Adobe Rush Pro........

Hi,I was drawing with the paintbrush tool and I found a brush I really like. So I make it a tad thicker for my outlines (10pt) but when I want to change the stroke size down to 5pt to do some fine detail work, it changes all my previous 10pt strokes to 5 pt.  Is there a setting I could adjust to stop this from happening? Thanks,Rich

If the desired folder has a long path, there seems to be no way to route to there directly. Instead the user has to manually find it through the media browser. Drag and drop in bulk also does not seem to be a feature unlike Premiere Pro. Rush is supposed to be for quick easy edits but this makes it a lot more cumbersome. Needs work to be useful.

Hi all,    I'm looking at positioning an advanced support plan for an Adobe Sign customer.  I can only find the enterprise support plan in the wizard.  I know an Elite support plan also exists.    Is the Elite support plan possible for Adobe Sign? If yes, how to quote it?    Thanks

Obrigado!

Hello As advised by the support helpline at Adobe - see below. We use the Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365 plugin with Microsoft SharePoint. Normally when you open a PDF in browser (Edge) - you can add a signature and save it.  When you open another PDF, the signature previously added is retained for use.  That feature has stopped working in the past week.  The signature is not being retained. We suspect this is a bug/glitch - can anyone help?Regards

Please help me get started on the main page. I'm unable to see my select options to choose from the main page. It keeps giving me options to buy. I'm, trying to convert pdf's to word. I already have a paid subscription.

Hello, I have used this one my phone with no problem. I decided to try edit videos on my PC so I install Premiere Rush. When trying to add titles I get an error message "Motion Grpahics Tmeplate I:mport Error: An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock server. Please try again." I looked and saw this issue is common with education accounts. I am just using a simple email login so I don't know why this would be occurring to me.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
