Solved

I am working on an article that includes Sanskrit text. I have tried two different Adobe Sanskrit fonts (Two Devanagari Sanskrit and Tiro Devangari Sanskrit). I have flowed the text from Word and converted the fonts. I have copied the text from a Plain Text document , pasted it in place, and converted the fonts. According to the widow of the author, in all these cases, the text becomes garbled and unreadable. Must I use a Unicode font instead? Why aren't the Adobe fonts simply converting the characters as they should? I hope others have had and solved this problem.   <Title renamed by MOD>

I am trying to import a psd file into after effects and it is not coming at the right size. The psd file is exported from illustrator then imported into ae. In illustrator, the image is 1366 x 768, which I've saved as an ai file and exported as a psd file. When I import the ai file it comes in at the expected 1366 x 768 but when I import the psd file, it comes in at 2849 x 1065. Does anyone know why this is and what I need to do to make sure it comes in at the artboard size?

My (dad's) credit card is used to renew my child's (student) account.  Student's status swapped from student to regular without our knowledge.  Note: student was always a student and fully enrolled throughout.  Adobe was contacted - asked for proof of status - recieved it.  All ok except I already paid yearly (not month-to-month) up front.   Will Adobe credit the overpayment (difference between regular rate and student rate)? Thanks

I want those two files - the crossword puzzle and the bar - on one page, not on two. It is the first time I am trying to do something like this but it already took me three hours and it is driving me crazy. Please help me out...

Hi all.. so im really new to this and at a point where i was able to figure out Face tracking.  So, my model have this Back Hair, which is suppose to go BEHIND the body. so i have it in seperate group AFTER the body.+puppet     >Head     >Body     >Hair Backso the head turning is working fine (little choppy but that may be a different topic) but... of course the back hair is NOT inside the "Head" group so whenever the face tracking changes the head direction, it will do nothing to the back hair. i understand that the easy solution is put them in the "Head" group in their proper categories (frontal, left profile, right profile, etc)... but that will make the back hair in FRONT of the body, visually, covering the face and the body. Then If i have the "Body" group on TOP of the "Head" group, i have some font hair that comes over the body so now, some of those front hair will be covered up by the body...  S

Hello, I just joined as a contributor and uploaded my first photos. Where can I see the photos I've uploaded before they have been approved?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello, I have purchased a stock photo as an extended license. I had actually edited it beforehand via Adobe and replaced the background. But apparently I bought the unedited version. I suspect that I made a mistake somewhere during the purchase process. Can I somehow undo this and "return" the unedited image and receive a credit note in return? I would then try again to edit the photo and buy it again. I would be very grateful for any help.

I Loaded 10 pictures in that 1 month contract for free. Now i stopped the contract, the licence overview ist not visible anymore inside my profile. Is it still aloud to use the loaded files for a internet website ?many thanks for help !

All the examples I can find show how to find a table when you're already in one. But I need to be able to find the next table before or after the insertion point, even if it's sitting in regular text. Presumably I need to find the absolute index of the start (and end, maybe) of the table in the story and compare it to that of the insertion point, but something like the following doesn't seem to give an index in the entire story:     var tables = story.tables;    var nextTable;    for (currTable = 0; currTable < tables.length; currTable++)    {        alert("currTable index: " + tables[currTable].cells[0].insertionPoints[0].index);        if (tables[currTable].cells[0].insertionPoints[0].index > app.selection[0].index)        {            nextTable = tables[currTable];            alert("Table found.");  &nbsp

This can't be an intentional update, so I'm posting as a bug....When using the Hue/Sat adjustment layer, I want to view the mask as I've always been able to do using the "\" key. Since updating, it temporarily resets the adjustment. There is a hide/reveal button already in the adjustment pane. There is the ability to turn the layer on/off. Why would anyone need this? How do I correct this?

I want to edit a photo and while editing, check for the complementary colors for the some specific color inside the image. This would be so that I can check and edit parts of the image so that they match the complementary color that I want. Is this possible without the color theme tool that Adobe removed a few years back? I don't really want to create a jpeg, use the Adobe color online tool and again come back to photoshop etc.

Hi, when I apply a drop shadow to an object in Adobe Illustrator, the object's frame reshapes according to the drop shadow. The object's dimensions are distorted. It looks like the object is expanded along with the shadow. But I don't do anything like that. The object's borders don't change when I preview. This happens when I apply the drop shadow. How can I fix this?I used translation. I hope it's understood. Thanks.

I plan to provide a service where users send me their downloaded Mixamo characters, and I return a rigged version compatible with Unreal Engine 5. The rigging process involves adapting the Mixamo character to the UE5 skeleton, ensuring compatibility for animation purposes.Questions:1. Redistribution of Modified Assets: Is it permissible to return the rigged character files to users, given that the base Mixamo character was provided by them? 2. Commercial Use: If the rigged assets are returned to users for their personal use, does this scenario align with Mixamo's terms regarding redistribution and commercial use?I aim to comply with Mixamo's licensing terms and would appreciate any insights or guidance on this matter.Thank you for your assistance.

Hi all, Does anyone know how to filter all AI-generated images out? It's been a REAL nightmare lately. I can generate some images myself. Don't need an expensive stock subscription for this.AdobeStock is turning into a garbage. How is it possible AI-generated imagery is labeled as photography? Any advice?

I signed up for Adobe Stock Images, thinking I would use the credits. I found that I did not use it much and tried to cancel. They offered me a plan at a lower price. I first thought, why couldn't the plan be at the lower price right from the beginning? I say, "No, thank you." Then it got ugly. I am told that I have to pay for the entire year to get out of the contract, AND by canceling, I will also lose all my existing credits. WHAT THE ACTUAL EFF? I paid for those credits! I honestly do not recall agreeing to this term... I am vigilant about contract terms, but I must have missed the small print on this. So I am (begrudgingly) fine paying for the year to terminate BUT to take away my credits that I have paid for? That seems shady to me.

Hi, please help me understand why this photo was rejected for quality issues. Should it be cropped 5x4? Thanks!

Hi, I am facing issues that my LMS does not mark the e-learning courses as "Done" after exiting the course.I never experienced this until now, after I inserted a few question slides (multiple choices and true/false/yes/no) into a course. So, i suspect it has something to do with the quiz settings. My idea was to let the learner listen to different audio scenarios (blank custom slide), each followed by a question slide (audio -question-audio-question etc). Graded, since Survey and Pretest were not really what I needed. No matter if the learners answered all correct or all incorrect, they would still be marked as "Done" after shutting down the course window. BUT, the learning portal says "Continue", which means the course is incomplete in some way but I can't figure out how. I didn't want the quiz result slide either but I forgot to uncheck that box before inserting question slides. In addition, I re-made that slide by inserting my own button and deleted the"Continue"-button and everything

Hi, the following picutres were denied because of quality issues. Can somebody point out what could be the issue(s)?

I have five text boxed named Name1, Name2, Name3, Name4 and Name5.  When I enter names into each of these text boxes, I would like to populate another text box, named All Names, with these names.  If I filled in Allan in Name1, Bob in Name2, Charlie in Name3, Donald in Name4 and Edward in Name5, I would like All Names to look like this: AllanBobCharlieDonaldEdward I have tried using this custom calculation script in All Names, but the names all populate on the same line in All Names, not on different lines: event.value = this.getField("Name1").value  +  this.getField("Name2").value +  this.getField("Name3").value +  this.getField("Name4").value +  this.getField("Name5").value; I think I need to insert code for a carriage return after each name.
