HiI use camera-elated presets in Adobe Camera RAW. With the original RAW files, the presets automatically work as soon as I load the file in ACR. However, as soon as I output an original RAW as DNG, both compressed and uncompressed, and then open it in Camera RAW, the preset no longer works automatically. I then have to manually set the values stored in the preset or manually start the preset. The latter is curious, because the same preset is also used when opening the DNG.Does anyone have experience with DNGs in ACR and the automatic assignment when opening a DNG?By the way, the DNGs are generated from DxO Photolab as linear DNGs.Greetings Joerg

PS and LRC are displaying the same file quite differently. I use an Eizo CG2700S and my main display. I have also confirmed the same results on a BenQ 2700PT. The PS display is more saturated and deeper shadows than LRC. There is not difference if I take a DNG, make no changes in LRC and edit in PS straight, or as a smart object. However, if I make a change to color, exposure, etc in LRC before editing in PS, there is a substantial. Any changes in PS also cause a difference in displays on the roundtrips to LRC. It makes no difference with tiff or psb files. I have attached screenshots of side by side PS and LRC of the same file on the Eizo. I have also attached screenshots of settings, system information and Eizo calibration.Note: the png files do not show the extent of the differences, but it is apparent. I have read multiple reports of similar cases, with no found solution. I am preparing for 2 exhibitions now and this is driving me nuts. I appreciate help in finding a solution.

Hello !So, I’m reaching out here for help because I’m starting to feel a little desperate. I apologize in advance if my request is long and unclear (English isn’t my native language).A few months ago, I wanted to try the personal student subscription to work on a project for my studies. So I signed up using my student email address (the one from my university). I didn’t realize I already had access to academic software (through my university.I think this caused some kind of glitch, because I never received a confirmation email for my personal subscription, and my Adobe account history is empty, as if I’d never paid for anything. However, I am being charged €24.39 every month with no way to cancel the subscription since it’s invisible (it doesn’t appear anywhere).I first looked for a solution on the Adobe website, but since my account is linked to the university, I keep getting redirected to the university’s IT department. They told me they don’t handle “individual” subscriptions and th

I've got an error message in Adobe Express saying 'We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the asset and try again'. I don't know which asset is the problem - everything was working OK when I was working on it a couple of days ago.

I use Photoshop 2025 and I have a Pixma Canon G650 printer. I’m unable to print with it. Once I reach the print screen, it closes itself down. Even touching any of the setting buttons on the print screen causes it to close. I’ve installed the latest drivers for the printer but nothing. This is very frustrating as I rely on it for printing often. Any help would be appreciated?

When I create a table in InDesign 21.5.1 for an accessible PDF, IDs are not automatically generated. In Acrobat, the ID fields remain empty. In tutorials, however, I see that these are automatically filled in. Am I overlooking something?

In Creative Cloud, if an app is Up to date or has an Update available, you have the followiung options: Manage Plugins, Learn More, Other Versions, Uninstall, or Add-ons.  However if the status is Update failed, which usually happens due to having insufficient space, the options are reduced to  Retry, Manage Plugins, or Other versions.  I keep filling up my system drive because I have multiple beta versions of the software, plus the current version, and in some cases old versions of the software, like Premiere 6.0 to allow me to still work on old Muse websites I have floating around. So it doesn't take much to fill up my 500GB Nvme system drive. So sometimes I want to uninstall different versions, but if the app had already tried to install but failed because of space, it won't let me uninstall. In fact at that point, if I want to uninstall, I have to first update the app, which I obviouly don't want to do if I am trying to uninstall, plus I'd have to clear up space to do

There is no update.IT of my company told me they don’t have any restriction or adobe management. Does someone help me to pass through this strange situation ?Best regards Sébastien

I have some digital downloads that are google pdfs. Is it possible to convert them to Adobe PDFs? All I see is the option to convert them to other formats. I need to do this in order to print them.

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated on February 10, 2026, due to “suspicious activity.” However, I did not receive any clear or specific explanation of what exactly was wrong. What is this “suspicious activity.” meanI have been a contributor for several years and have always tried to follow all guidelines carefully. I worked honestly, respected Adobe’s rules, and never intentionally engaged in anything that could be considered suspicious or abusive.I contacted support, but unfortunately, I only received generic replies directing me to read the guidelines again. I still don’t understand what caused the issue.I have a few important questions and would really appreciate any insights:Is it possible to restore a deactivated account in cases like this? What steps should I take to improve my chances of recovery? If restoration is not possible, am I allowed to create a new account? Would creating a new account violate the “multiple accounts” rule or another rules and lead to ano

Hi,I see the issue of Photoshops nueral filter being used on faces and hair has been discussed several times over the last 5 years. Has Adobe fixed this issue as it render the use of neural filters for face enhancement useless.I have attached an example of the issue showing the original image and the use of 60% and 100% face enhancement. The face itself is excellennt and the lower part o the hair is excellent, however the top half of the hair remains blurry.  Has anyone got an easy workaround to this issue?Does anyone know if Adobe has stopped calling this issue a feature and decided to fix it? Thanks

In Lightroom Classic, when I use either the Radial or Graduated Filter, there is no handles. I cannot adjust the filter because there is nothing which allows me to move it with. Is this how it should be. It is not like this in Lightroom.

Photoshop version:27.10OS:Windows 11Issue:After updating Photoshop, pressing Ctrl+S or choosing File > Save on an already existing JPEG no longer saves directly back to the original JPEG file. Instead, Photoshop opens the Save As dialog. This did not happen in my previous workflow and significantly interrupts a high-volume production process.Steps to reproduce:1. Open an existing .jpg file in Photoshop.2. Make a normal image edit.3. Press Ctrl+S or choose File > Save.4. Photoshop opens the Save As dialog instead of saving directly back to the existing JPEG.Expected result:Ctrl+S / File > Save should save directly back to the currently opened JPEG file, as it did previously.Actual result:Photoshop opens the Save As dialog and requires additional interaction with the filename and/or file format.Additional information:- JPEG is enabled under Customize Save Dialog File Formats.- “Open JPEG without Background layer” is disabled.- “Enable legacy Save As” is enabled.- I am deliberatel

This is the screenshot…  … anyone else get this?

In this new version of Premiere, it appears that using the ripple edit tool causes everything around the split to slide in real time. I don't like this because it makes it tough to keep a sense of how much you've cut so far. Using the playhead as a reference is, like, the only way now to set a cropping goal.At the very least, if others do like this new form of operation, make it something optional I can switch back to in settings. I checked "Timeline," "General," "Control Surface," "Playback," and "Trim," and I can't find an option to change this back to the old way.Has anyone else noticed this, or found a way to change it back?

In the illustrator v30.6 non-proportionate size is not working. Give me a solution regarding this.

Hello Adobe Community! I am looking to shorten some music tracks for an upcoming dance performance event, and rather than just fading songs out at the end I am looking to cut out repetitive sections of the songs. Does anyone have any advice for doing this in a way that makes it not obvious to our audience that the music has been edited? Any tips on clean transitions in a song when a chunk has been taken out?  For context, most of my experience with the adobe suite has been for graphic design, but I am learning this program as a hobbyist and am by no means doing this professionally. I am also a dancer and often have to shorten songs to fit into performance time slots, so I am hoping to gain a better understanding on the best ways to do this.

Dear Adobe Contributor Support Team, I am writing this as my second urgent follow-up regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account suspension. Account Deactivation Date: July 11, 2025 First Appeal Submitted: July 17, 2025 Second Appeal Submitted: July 29, 2025 Previous Follow-up Sent: August 8, 2025 It has now been over one month since my first appeal, but I have not received any response or update. This prolonged silence has left me in a very difficult situation. This account is my only source of income. I am a single parent of 5-year-old twin daughters, with no parental support or external help. The sudden loss of my account has caused serious financial and emotional hardship for my family. I fully understand the mistake I made regarding Adobe Stock’s submission guidelines, particularly related to generative AI content. I sincerely apologize and respectfully request one final opportunity to contribute honestly, adhering strictly to all Adobe Stock policies. I am willing to h

I had two Adobe accounts. One is a full CC paid account that I use every day, the other was an older free account that I never used and was basically obsolete.I wanted to change the email address on the the active paid account to the address that was associated with the older free account. In order to do that, I needed to free up that email by cancelling the older account, which I did, about a week ago. However, the active account still won’t let me change the email address to the now freed up email. I get a message saying “An error occurred” when I try to change the address in the account management page.So my question is: (1) does it take some time for the other email address to be freed up, like say, a month, or (2) simply, what is going on?Thanks. Patrick

InDesign 21.4.1 on Mac Studio M1 Ultra Tahoe 26.5.1. Pretty simple and annoying bug. I am unable to stack/group panels on my workspace. This only pertains to the bottom 1-2 for some reason. You are able to place more panels below  I would confidently assume this is a reproducible bug. This has been present for the past few versions but I am just now reporting it. The workspace panel is one of the most important features for InDesign workflow and this is the second (albeit, not as annoying) bug I found that I didn’t even need to try to find…   From the gif you can see it seems like the bottom 2 groups cannot be stacked. It doesn’t seem like it matters what panel you grab.

URGENT – Adobe Stock Contributor Account Hacked – Email Changed Without Authorization Hello Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,I am contacting you urgently because I believe my Adobe Stock Contributor account has been hacked or compromised.I recently noticed an unauthorized change to the email address associated with my Adobe Stock Contributor account. I did not make or authorize this change. [Sensitive personal information removed by Moderator.] Unauthorized Email ChangeOn September 4, 2026, at approximately 1:06 PM, I noticed an email notification indicating that the email address associated with my Adobe Stock account had been changed to an unknown/unrecognized email address: I did not make this change, and I do not recognize or authorize this email address. This strongly indicates that someone may have gained unauthorized access to my Adobe Stock Contributor account. I am extremely concerned about the security of my Contributor Portfolio, submitted content, account information, ea

What I have here is a design where the linework “flows” into a rectangular border that frames everything.  I need to bring the inner border in to where the red rectangle is.  I don’t wand to scale everything down, just change the inner rectangle to where the red one sits, effectively “trimming” everything with the red rectangle.  In the past I thought I have done this with pathfinder, but I can seem to make it work.  I have tried to combine the red rectangle with an outside rectangle, but that didn’t work.  The info panel says all shapes are closed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated...
