I created a vector image in Fresco on my iPad Pro, exported as pdf file, and opened in Illustrator on my Macbook Pro 2016.  For some reasons, some portion in my image remained vector, but some turned into pixel.  Not sure if it is because of the clipping mask.  Is this a bug on Fresco side?If this is a bug, is there any suggested way to work around on this issue? The way I could think of is using the eraser for images under cliping masks, but that would be a lot of work. Any suggestion?

Good morning. I have only been using Premier elements a short period. Why is it i can only access all my mp3 files with premier elements TIA

The support is the worst I've ever encountered. It's almost felt like they are intentionally irritate you.Slow and delayed response without answering your questions.Keep asking/selling for irrelvant products while I'm seeking help about my current product (first time encountering this non sense)Not able to answer my questions and in the end...END THE CONVERSATION just right away after throwing some random response, without confirming with customer whether the problem is resolved.

Installed Acrobat Pro 2020 on two new computers using two newly purchased licenses/serial numbers.  After opening the program, I am prompted to use a QR code or URL to log in.  Logging in using either method appears to be successful, but I after I open Acrobat,  I am presented with the QR code/link screen again. Any tips on how to get past this sign-in loop?

HELLO , I have a problem with a mosaic of 30 logos in After Effects. Only 6 logos are displayed and duplicated to replace the other 24. I have already purged the cache, restarted the computer and reset the preferences without success. The names of the images are not similar, which rules out any confusion due to file names. (the names of the logo images were similar ( logo(1) logo(2)..) but I renamed them differently and the problem persists Could you please help me to solve this problem or provide me with additional advice?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there, I was provided a logo from a client and need to add it to some packaging designs. The logo has a gradient using blurred layers and a clipping path. It appears pixelated at full resolution (Left in attached image) but becomes very bad when scaled down (right in attached image). Any idea what's going on? Eoin

Hello,  i have been tasked with finding a way to integrate a client's different tools and systems, and specifically their premiere pro, so I have a few questions regarding integration & CEP extensions.  Specifically a react webapp with premiere pro, and integrating communication between them, or more if possible.  My problem is, I first need to know what is possible with the tools that exist today before I learn how to do it.  I have been reading about CEP extensions trying to understand the flow, because there's a number of posts here and elsewhere about react webapp integration with premiere pro.   From what I have read, it seems like most people are talking about building a react app inside of premiere pro's cep extensions folder, and loading the react app INSIDE of premiere pro itself.  But I'm wondering, can I communicate from an external react webapp to premiere pro?  so a few questions:- if there's an interface on an ext

This is an on going problem with my iMac, running High Sierra v 10.13.6.Regularly, my acrobat will stop printing. I can open a file, but when I hit Ctrl-P I get the spinning beach ball.I restarted my computer, now it tells me that I should "please wait a few minutes while the update is installed..."This comes after I have already uninstalled the application, reinstalled it, restarted my mac, reset my prefs, restarted my mac, searched for a solution, and it never finishes this phantom "update install".I'll force quit the app, uninstall it again, reinstall it, and maybe it will work?david

I am trying to use custom plugin-specific metadata on a per-photo basis. In the API reference for "setPropertyForPlugin" it states that metadata set using this function does not need to be declared anywhere. However, when I attempt to run a script I get an error that reads "attempt to access property that's not declared in Info.lua". Currently I do not have a metadata scheme defined nor a LrMetadataProvider file specified in my Info.lua file. I would like this metadata to only be viewable and editable from within the scope of my plugin. Did I misread the API reference stating that these metadata fields don't need to be declared? Do I need to specify my metadata id in an LrMetadataProvider file?

Hi there. My colleagues and I are a bit stumped over why one machine seems to render much faster that the other two. We have three Mac Pro's, one each here. They're the same hardware specs, the software is the same. One of them renders out after effects file much, much faster than the other two, infact there's a horrible lag on the other two machines when trying to edit a file generated by the other 'faster' machine, and we can't figure out what it is.We've been through the files, turned off all effects to the point where we're basically dealing with 2D text and some shapes but still this awful lag...Specs on all machines is:Mac Pro (Late 2013)  Model Identifier: MacPro6,1  Processor Name: 8-Core Intel Xeon E5  Processor Speed: 3 GHz  Number of Processors: 1  Total Number of Cores: 8  L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB  L3 Cache: 25 MB  Memory: 32 GBrunning latest Mojave and After EffectsThe files don't employ any third party plug-ins either, although w

We have a PDF on our internal website that has an "updated" date as part of the content. It's not a dynamic date that updates automatically when the file is opened, it's typed in manually. The date should read "01/09/2025" (January 9, 2025). However, for most users viewing the document on our website via the Adobe Acrobat extension in Chrome, the document displays "01/08/2025" (January 8, 2025) instead. If users turn off the Chrome extension, the correct date displays, but it would be difficult to communicate this to all employees. What could be causing this? Is there a setting we can change in the PDF to prevent this from happening? Thanks!

Hi all! I create charts online then download them as SVG files. I open those in Illustrator, adjust them and save them. I've been doing this for years... probably since 2000. I know I've had this issue before, but I fixed it. And now I can't remember how I did! Basically, I download an svg file. When I open it, it alerts me that a font is missing (see screenshot "Font Problems"). Then I got to Type > Find/Replace Font... and it shows there are NO fonts in the file to change. So... what do I do? Or rather... what DID I do because I did fix this at one point. But I just got a new computer so I'm trying to figure out how to get back to what I was able to do before. Thank you!

Since yesterday and all of a sudden, Adobe Reader will not open on Windows 10. I've tried running it as an administrator, I've repaired it, I've uninstalled and re-installed it - all to no avail. A white screen comes up and disappears again. Please help. Camadi

A red "Payment issue" alert banner keeps being served up within my Adobe CC console window (see screengrab attached); however there are no issues with either my billing information, plus my monthly subscription payments are up-to-date. How do I stop the red banner being displayed every time I login to my adobe account…?

I installed Acrobat Pro DC on my new Windows 11 PC. I was expecting that Acrobat Reader DC would also install since that's what happened on my older PC. I don't have an option in my online account to install Acrobat Reader DC even though it's included in my plan. When I download Acrobat Reader DC from the general Adobe site and try to install, it returns a message that another version of Acrobat is already installed and quites the installation. I'd appreciate any assistance. I'd like to have Acrobat Reader DC on my PC too since I need to test how forms I create behave for Acrobat Reader DC users.
