Solved

I can open the filter gallery and see the image but there is no preview of the filter. And the filter doesn't apply when I click ok.  This is the case with any image, all RGB, 8 bit. What am missing? Thanks!

I use the autorotate feature in the crop mode all the time.  It would be even better if there was a keyboard shortcut that adjusted the image similar to how Shift-A applies auto-settings so the task is even quicker/easier to do.

I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version 2026.001.21789 with the new interface.A few weeks ago, when I selected text in a PDF, a small popup appeared with options like Copy Text, Edit Text, Share Text to WhatsApp, and Generate Image. Now that same popup no longer includes the Generate Image option.I tried selecting the exact same text in the same file, as well as other text in the document, but the option still doesn’t appear. The file isn’t protected and isn’t stored in the cloud. I even tried selecting text in another file and it doesn’t appear. How can an option like Generate Image show up once and then disappear weeks later? What controls when this option is available?

When accessing “Manage My Acount”, I chose the “Manage Plan” option. I next selected “Cancel My Plan” but the screen hangs and never confirms my request. How do I cancel my Firefly plan? I will keep using my Creative Cloud Pro plan.

My free trial started on Aug 13 and i got charge this day Aug 20. I was able to cancel it in the app and I saw the refund timeframe after cancellation. Do I just need to wait for the refund?

Lightroom is misspelled-  no bug just wanted to make you aware

The “Request e-sginature” feature has disapearred in my desktop app and I get the following message with trying to use the web service: “E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”I have tried mulitple computers and signing in and out. I have the Pro license supplied by work - who are telling me my account looks normal.Any ideas?

If you access the admin console, go to "Storage", "Individual user folders" and "Inactive users", you are not able to able to navigate through the folders there. The only thing you can do, is to go to the next page, which is very time consuming, in case you are searching for a specific folder and if there are a lot of pages.  Suggestion for this page: Add a search bar, where you can search for names of folders.Add something to increase the number of shown items at the bottom.  We dont really understand, why this is all possible in the "Active Users"-tab, right next to it, but not with the "Inactive Users"-tab.

Despite installing the English یدعم العربیه version of Illustrator and enabling both the Indic Options and the Middle Eastern and South Asian Single-Line Text Composer, I still don't have the RTL (right to left) text options for Arabic. As a result, the dots and symbols at the end of the text are appearing on the right side instead of the left. Can anyone please help?   In the screenshots you can see my seetings as well as the text. I am using the most up-to-date version of the illustrator (28.6) as of 2024 Aug 20th. MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020, MacOS Sonoma 14.5

I started a free trail on 13th July and cancelled my trial subscription on July 16, before the free trial ended on July 20. However, I was charged 69,87 RON on July 21. Please review my account and issue a refund.

I/we have this issue too. I’m on a new laptop, installed Creative Cloud and Acrobat yesterday, can’t access digital signing. Click “Request e-signatures” results in nothing, if I select the “E-Sign” tab I get the two spinning wheel icons mentioned previously in this thread, signature functionality never loads.

Is This Pop Up Necessary?"Are you the only person using your Adobe account?"I'm getting this pop up in Adobe Premiere Pro, and I must say it is becoming pretty annoying.I am a subscriber and I use my Adobe account on my two computers that are mine – one Windows PC and one Mac. I'm not sharing my Adobe account with anyone else – I'm just using it on my own computers wherever it is convenient.I know that it is necessary for Adobe to protect against any type of account sharing, but showing such warnings all the time to legitimate users is really unnecessary.A few questions for the community:Does anybody else that uses Adobe on both Windows and Mac getting this pop up?How often are you getting it?Is there anyway to turn off or at least to minimize such warnings when the two devices are mine? What makes Adobe show such a message?Shouldn't there be a better approach from Adobe regarding such use of account?I would really appreciate hearing from other users who use Adobe across multiple person

I upload Iphone photos from my phone to the LR Cloud using the LR Phone App. I then go into LrC and let them sync back down to my desktop. No problem so far. Once the photo files are safely on my desktop I unsync from the cloud. I then assign keywords and other metatdata whilst in LrC. My next step is to sync the photos back to the Cloud as smart previews. I do this by dragging the photos to an already synced collection. However, they don't sync. They try for about 3 mins and then they remove themselves from the synced collection. However, they still appear under "All synced Photos" and the blue sync ball continues to spin. However, when I remove these photos from "All synced photos" the green tick immediately appears. To sync these photos I have to restart LrC and then again drag the photos the the synced collection. They then sync properly in seconds. I should add it makes no difference whether I delete smart previews, delete the deleted original files from the deleted folder, save t

This feature was installed without my knowing it. It slows down my workflow because it takes forever to do a conversion and the cancel button doesn't work. I've accidentally activated it about four times today. I want to turn it off/uninstall it, but the Adobe page describing the feature doesn't tell me how. It's a beta, so I should be able to opt out. Anyone know how?

signature field should not have other characters except A-Z, a-z and _ while prepare a form in Adobe DC. How to remove other characters from the field name.

My free trial ended and I forgot to cancel. I do not wish to use this service.

Hi! my vendor is asking me to create designs so they can copy the patterns from my AI work. I have attached what they are requiring but I have no idea where to start! Can anyone assist please?

Really bad timing, I remember when businesses goal was to deliver more for less. I started with Lightroom when it was a one time but. Corporate subscriptions are pushing small users out. So good bye

Adobe Stock account blocked – Appeal submitted 12 days ago, no response yetHello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked/restricted, and I submitted an appeal to Contributor Support on August 7, 2026.I received an automatic confirmation email with the following case number:Case: ADB-46533675-X8V3CRM: 00061013292579The email confirmed that Adobe had received my message, but I have not received any further response or update from the Contributor Relations team yet.I am a photographer and have been contributing my own original photography to Adobe Stock for years. I understand that Adobe has strict policies regarding similar or duplicate submissions, and I am willing to review my portfolio and correct anything that may not comply with the guidelines.I would really appreciate it if an Adobe employee or community expert could help me check whether my appeal is still under review, or let me know if I need to provide any additional information.I understand that th

Hi everyone,This might sound like a basic question, but I’d love to get some clarity from experienced contributors and buyers here. When designing vectors intended for print media (like posters, flyers), traditional prepress rules dictate that we should work in the CMYK color space. However, if you look through Adobe Stock, there are thousands of vectors designed in vibrant RGB—featuring bright neon tones, rich electric blues, and smooth gradient glows that are impossible to achieve in standard CMYK.Adobe approves these files, and clearly, they sell very well (otherwise contributors wouldn't keep producing them!).What are your thoughts on this?To Contributors: Do you design your print assets natively in RGB to make thumbnails pop on screens, or do you stick strictly to CMYK-safe gamuts? How do you handle complex elements like opacity masks or gradient meshes when converting modes? To Buyers/Print Designers: Is downloading an RGB vector file for a print job a hassle, or do modern digital

How should I got about this?

I have been an Adobe customer for over 6 months. Since the beginning, I have contacted Customer Support more than 4–5 times, and each time I was told I had no other active subscription. About 4 months ago, I was given the option to pay an annual cancellation fee (approx. $105) or continue paying $29/month. I paid the annual fee, yet Adobe has continued charging my checking account $29/month without my authorization.I have now been charged 5 additional payments ($145 total), which must be refunded immediately. This is an unauthorized and improper charge, and I am extremely frustrated after repeatedly contacting Adobe with no resolution. Please refund the $145 and confirm that all unauthorized recurring charges have been stopped.
